This has being mentioned before but I'm putting this under it's own topic now that the day this will happen is getting closer. After 7 days part 7 is fully up it's time to get the re-writes done. It's not the only thing that will be getting a new design the WG-Fic site will be too in many important ways. 1. The site will no longer sorted by who did what. Instead the story rules all. When you enter the WG-Fic you'll be given a choice of 2 main blocks of Stories, Chronicals and the the Orginal Story line (which I've yet to think of a good name to call the orginal group of stories). 2. Chronicals is managed by Mike Cox, it's viewed to be it's own story based on that of the Orginal fics. Inside it's section of the site it will have it's own data files setction etc. 3. Orginal Stories will be as I said be orgnaised into the fics rather than who did what. So when you enter that section of the site you'll be given a choice between the storys and all will be sorted A to Z. I'll be freeing up who can write about what. So basically once you're a WG-Fic autour you get to write any story you feel like, but ulitmately if it's included will be decided by that Fic's founder. So if I decided to do a Max story based in Canada I'd ask Matt for example. If a new writer came along and wanted to continue a fiction that has being left alone for a long lenght of time it would be possible to do so with the founders approval. If not their story would be continued in another fiction. in total we have. Assassin Guyver, Cyber Guyver, Flight of an Angel, Guyver XT, Nova Guyver, Warrior Guyver, Warrior GuyverC and W'Kar. All these sections will have art to represent them. All the above will share the same Data Files and Calendar (this will also be updated after the re-write) which will link them together. There will also be a simple part of the site listing storys by release date. 5. All in all this will alow the site to be more flexable, dpeending on how the rest of the guys feel is also allows for people to submit stories they would like to be part of the offical fan-fiction. But again that would be up to the founder of that story if they wanted such a story to be part of their work (note this is for the Roginal stories, not Chronicals which will be still Mike's work only).

I've actually not herd from Andre (he's got a wife, kids etc so most likely is very very busy) in ages, but if he was not to return his stories would be most likely handled me and important plots finished. As I stated before somewhere else his story is an important part of the WG fic so nope they would not be cut out if he didn't return to writing his story. Though that would be something I'd worry about after 7 days is done, rewrites etc are complete and my next 2 fics are out. So this is a long way away from being even decided. Warrior Guyver C - Matt's lurking around somewhere. He can answer that one Assassin Guyver - Simple answer is yes. This will be done either while I work on the Guyver US Orgins story or after it. But yes there is a good story to be told... Unforunatly this story is based around the events of 7 Days from the Chronos side... so not something I'll rush into right after 7 days is done. I'll want some time away from that story before I consider going back to show stuff from Guyver 4's view point. Wrong. Never said that, but anyway back to tradition "No Comment " This is actually something that's bothered me too. And yup the next story will not be based in Washington but a different US city where the new character gets it's barings. So will be all about civilian life, one of the other new characters is simply a human detective. No special powers at all, doesn't know any Guyvers etc just a normal jo soap doing his day to day job (and nope this isn't the unique main character I'm on about). Word count btw is 23848.

Nope that was a group called the Uranus. These are the offical "Creators" and are part of a Federation and are not a fan-fic creation. How the group actually worked is a big question. But from what we saw of Alkanphel's memories here are the important facts. 1. the Federation decided Earth was to be destroyed after the Uranus told them of the Guyver event. 2. The reason for this was Earth itself. The creatures of Earth made their standard equipment (the Unit-G) rogue as the combined result was not only very powerful but also uncontrolable (humanity was breed as a weapon not to be warm and cuddly). This also means before Earth all other members of the Federation never had this issue. Also the Uranus attempted to control the Guyver 0 and was ignored by him. To do so they had the expectation that they could control him. But they could not. This effectively meant Earth was screwed and the Federation sent the giant moon sizes rock to kill us all. 3. The Uranus basically had only moments to get off Earth after 2 was decided by the Federation, they left stuff behind because they didn't have time or didn't want to bring it with them. That stuff they expected to be destroyed by 2. 4. They have along with the Federation have never being herd from since. We don't know what the Uranus looked like, most probably never will. As such they'll never appear in the fan-fiction. The Gen are mostly energy based beings. But they have found a way to become humaniod and go back again. Teh Gen where the ones that decided they wanted a controllable Guyver. The Uranus and the Federation do not know what the Gen planned. Earth is their dirty little secret.

that would be somehwat right. Btw depending on what Takaya does I most likely will not kill off Guyver 2 F before Warrior Guyver. I quite like the character as a more ruthless Guyver that possibily even Guyver 3. As the moment she's a bit of an unknown and in Japan somewhere, as the fanfic has never really given heavy detail on events there there is no need really to go furter than that. So a Female Guyver 2 and Guyver II F meeting up batle is a possibility.

There has being no new Guyver chapters this month. But the reason for it is of cocern. Takaya is on sick leave at the moment and as such the Guyver is on hold (this would explain why there hasn't being any chapters in the last few months) To Takaya I hope along with those at WG.com that he gets well soon and is able to continue on with his excelent story

I know this is unlike me but.... You'd be wrong on both guesses. There are a few key events that lead to the new characters creation. But as for the "host" it would be near impossible to guess but the event that lead to it being to where it is for the character to be interesting happened in 7 Days already. In the daily word count the fic is now 22747 words. The battle with the Grakken is nearing it's final phase.

Going to give the update on the fic here since the "Whoho" topic is about my latest laptop and lack of beer... Anyway back to point. I'm actually writing my first proper battle sceene. This will be the last battle with the Grakken in Seven Days 7 which well see them gone from the story after that point. I've yet to decide how these final parts of the stroy will go. But the clues to the changes this story will bring are around the site (though I'll not say here and completely spoil it).Writing these in and having them beleiveable will be the hard part, what I don't want to do now is take the easy route and have it end the day after and we simply see the character has they are now. Tonnin is an example of this being ok as his creation story will happen some point later, but doing too many of these weakens the story. Note I've already setup the next stories main character (the new Unique'ish one I was talking about before on another topic). Though part of this characters creation events actually happened in a previous story too.

But bear in mind action stuff yet to be wrote and given more detail, and you still have James edit and that's not over yet by any means. The Grakken are in the last part of their battle, which then leaves us in the final phase of the story. And that battle will be nasty and hard fought and will have a few surprises. All in all, Meetings was 42,500 approx words. At the moment in it's unfinished and basically about 2/3 stage 7 days part 7 is 21,500 words. It's getting there considering it was 17,000 and stuck at that for 3 odd weeks untill last week when I discovered trains and small laptops work well together Though I'm tempted to buy a Dell Mini 10 next month.

Frist time I've had a proper look through the fan-art section in a long while and found this gem. All I can say is I'm very impressed!

Well over the last 2 weeks I've got two laptops. The old small one: IBM X31 important specs: Uses DDR PC2100 or 2700 2.5V SO-DIMM memory, no support for parity/ECC Total of 2 memory slot, 1 slot prepopulated with either 256MB or 512MB depending on model Supports up to two 1GB SO-DIMMs Supports maximum memory up to 2GB Dual-mode, high-performance Mobile Intel® Pentium® Processor at 1.3GHz, 1.4GHz, 1.5Ghz, 1.6GHz, 1.7GHz. Enhanced Intel SpeedStep technology 1024 KB onboard L2 cache memory I know my one is the 512MB of ram version. It's about 5 years old now so it's technically not the best. But it has a 12.1inch XGA (1024 x 768) active matrix TFT display which is not wide screen and overall makes the laptop and nice size to both look at on screen and type on. Only thing I don't like is the small backspace key. This laptop took me over 2 days of work (mostly waiting for millions of patches from Microsoft) as the OEM image on the laptop was Windows XP SP1. I've the hard drive backed up through ghost onto my own private server so if the hard drive ever dies I can quickly get another up and running again in about 20 mins. The laptop has a strange qurke of freezing if not plugged in when it goes idle. Great for gaming and other such stuff so when I get sent to Shannon or some other town that has nothing to do I've an entertainment system to play on rather than watching ****e TV. At the mo though I'm using it less than the X31 I got for free. Odd that Anyway I'm now into the final battle with the Grakken. Once that is done I can get back to some good ole character driven hate without having to explain who is who after forcing the Grakken to finally have some real characters and develop said characters in a story where there is sooooo many fights isn't easy. As such I wouldn't be at all surprised even after I've said the fiction is wrote it will be a fair few weeks before James and myself are happy with the edits to the story. There's a lot of development in the story and at the mo too little action that needs to be edited in. This will be one big part , the other previous smaller parts will be merged together so isntead of it being 7 uneven parts it will most likely be 3 or 4 parts to 7 Days. This will be done after 7 Days part 7 is fully published. I'll have a chat with James at some point over the weekend and we'll decide what will be the best way to get it to you guys. But at the mo personally I'd sooner publish it late and complete rather than fixing it up later in a rewrite (though that might possibly happen later for small edits where Creator needs tobe replaced with Gen for example). The choice "Might" be left up to you guys but again that will not be decided until after the chat with James.

Got the above laptop free from work... Basically they where dumping it in the eco bin for disposal. Some nice cleaning and install of XP and Office 2000 I have got a laptop I actually like working on when sat on the train. Not too small, not too big this oldy is still a goodie. Anyway the important thing is I got another 2000 words wrote over the last day on the train that normally I spend twidling my thumbs or sleeping. So the fic Seven days should be over sooner rather than later. Would guess going by current speed and hopefully lack of writers block about 2 -3 weeks from now the story will be ready for edit for James to edit up (only he would then be able to give you an estimate on how long it will be from there). Anyway thats the little bit of news for today. :

Can't really say, other than there is one person like this Unique being out there. Not saying who it is or what events that character was like the new one... But it's not 100% Unique in that it does have someone out there kinda like it. But in saying that no this being is pretty much on it's own for what it is. On a good note I've decided on a name fo the next story.

It's not exactly a secret that the roster which is large is going to get larger before it gets smaller again.But yeah I've reached the point where stuff would sooner be cut than added I don't really want stuff added to already planned events. That should be cryptic enough

The power levels aren't soo... umm even. in otherwords this is one of those X things not being enough to discribe it. The Warrior Guyver is X4. But it can be argued his shielding system would be greater than that of the Gigantic because it can handle and use to add to itself with energy from the pressure cannon and gravity based attacks. Battle Guyver has the same shielding system and was the Unit that sucessfully tested the shielding system. This unit was made for example after Alknaphel's unit. So while it does have a normal looking control medal that is mainly because of the failings of the 3 sided control medal design to hold together everyhing Solom wanted. This unit is an enhanced normal unit and very stable compared to WG Type 4's and below. Also it should be pointed out this is the V2 of the Battle Unit design. No it will be a bloody and nasty ending. I've no bad feelings in leting this part of the plot be known!

Thats being explained somewhere else before.... not sure where. But basically for the most part no. But things will make more sense power level wise.
