i feel like I don't like batman anymore. I liked the ones that time burton did.. but these new ones seem a bit too 'standard'.. I mean batman doesn't seem speial at all. they don't really make the character anything special. I much prefer the depiction of tony stark. similar characters, but tony stark just seems more interesting. batman just seems like a guy who sulks a lot. in hte old film, it seemed to add some depth to him with his odd humour on ocasion. or rather.. the way he reacted to situations in a deadpan way.

Iguess i'm not a big fan of that stuff anyhow.. I was only looking for anything remotely Guyver related anyway.. or even kamen rider, or some maxfactory figurines..

I don't think you sound dreaful or hateful. I think you sound down to earth and sensible. it is wonderful to have faith in yourself. because once you can have faith in yourself, you can extend that to that which is beyond yourself. This is what i believe in some respects.. that God starts in your heart and spreads out. that god isn't in some other place.. but god is your own love, your own trust in yourself.. god may be 'trust' and 'love' itself. or not, just some suggestions. I think that any faith in anything should be a beautiful pure thing. I mostly have believed that i am just ME. and i am isolated, an individual that is separated fro existance and yet able to communcate with others through various means. but one time.. a few days ago, I had the stranges tthought.. what If I am not just me.. what if I am mmore than just me, and I just don't realise it. it was a startling thought and I didn;t quite understand it at the time and i stil can;t make head nor tail of it. but I felt an element of truth there, so much that i have never felt before. well it's one of those things where you just shrug your shoulders and move on. no point dwelling on it too much, or it'll just turn you crazy. anyway.. derfintely have faith in yourself if only that. People who don't have faith in themselves are those kinds of People that become crusaders. I mean, I think this is a good thing.

yes it is never good to impersonate somebod yelse. I think that everyone is free to think their own thoughts though. I mean, you can never force somebody to be a believer. to give misinformation though.... i guess it does manipulate People a fair degree. is it dangerous? hmm.. insofar as the groups of People remain in power and teh country remains stable, i think it not dangerous, rather maybe a bit safe. but then safe is not always good. if everyone stayed safe, the cultures of teh world would collapse. because nobody would go out. I do think thogh.. that People will only follow something if they feel it is right i their very soul. a lot of People these days turn their back on religion. a lot of People investigate many different religions to find ideas that feel right to them. the bible is an intersting thing. I have spoken to a number of new and born again christians about it. People who choose to be a christian rather than be indoctrinated. they each have their own views on hte bible and what parts are literal, what parts are metaphor.. what parts are simply misinformed or outdated.

I thought the forbidden planet in london was a bit rubbish to be honest. if you want Guyver figures you need to look in the shops in akihabara. but that requires travelling to hte other side of teh planet so it might be a bit much. check the internet. that's the only option really.

I don't think it's fair to say that, it comes across a little judgemental. I think it might be wise to rephrase it?

I apologise for not watching it first.. you did say that and i blatantly ignored it. my bad. I mean no disrespect but to be honest, I do not like watching conspiracy theories too much. I will try to watch it later on this evening. I have watched half of 'the secret'. I really appreciate you telling me about it. I don't take it all literally.. I think it's to do with psychology mostly.. if you believe something strongly, you will find a way to make it happen. but I do believe in psychic energy so I think there's a lot of truth behind it. (not the turning a statue into gold part) The EXTRA CARE part.. that will appear all the time in hte "Theories and Ideas" forum. i moved this thread to this forum because this can be a sensetive subject.

when talking about religion being a hoax or a conspiracy.. I think that People have taken the truth and twisted it. but at its core, I think religion can be pure.

there is a suggestion that the headbeam cannot be sustained since it works on expelling the internal heat of the guyver. not confirmed either way.. but it is a possibility.

Don't be such a spoilsport. we just need to accept that a policemans hat is the strongest material known to man.

I'm not overly familiar, but we know that a policemans hat can survive zerbebuth's acid when guyvers high frequency sword can't.

I think Guyver armour is made out of the same material that japanese police use for their hats. We'll have to investigate and see what they use.

there's a thing called existential anxiety. if People continue to think along the lines of "what am i here for" it can breed a sense of hopelessness. it's mostly when a person lacks ambition. People need something to work towards. a task. because if there's nothing to work towards, that person could be alive or dead at any moment and it wouldn't matter. if they think it doesn't matter they feel they are worthless and low self esteem creeps in, thus destroying them from hte inside out.

I think that should be compared to when purgstal shot off the gigantic guyvers high frequency swords. light saber is not made of matter so the hf swords have nothing to cut.

heh heh, you can call me that if you want... no i never made this thread, that honour goes to 's naught'. I am glad you can appreciate my outlook. my outlook has changed a little now... a little more spiritual.. I believe that teh meaning of life is to reach enlightenment and to help others reach enlightenment. I believe it is one great big lesson.. and so I think that it's not always best to 'help' others.. because some People do not want to be helped. and I feel it is unfair to deny them their misery. if they choose it, they should be given it because I believe they have chosen it in order to learn some important lesson. whatever that lesson may be. so in some times, I believe that by acting 'badly' towards soembody .. is actually helping them. you know, the 'cruel to be kind' mentality. of course i would never assume to treat somebody badly. my natural tendency is to treat somebody the way i would like to be treated. I would only give somebody misery if they made it absolutely clear that it is what they want.

I find that when People have something to believe in, they feel their life has more purpose. they feel valuable. in this way.. religion can be a tool for People to cope with life more easily.

well now I that i am thinking more clearly... no more university work to be done.. I am thinking about how teleportation could work. i am unsure about lightning carrying molecullar patterns. it seems odd. lightning is electricity, and electricity is movement of electrons very quickly from atom to atom. it's a transfer of energy.. so really... that would require a conversion of a zoalords body to energy. that seems a bit overelaborate to me. thing is... teh lghtning strikes when they arrive.. so.. electricity could be related. the gigantic Guyver creates a barrier technique. he does it using electromagnetic energy fields.. i believe.. I think we have had this confirmed. teh zoalords can also create teh barrier.. so I think it is feasible to say all zoalords create a powerful EM field at will. so purgstal could augment their barrier by using his elecrticity power. I think that is a pretty safe assumption. we know that khan can teleport... if he was powered up by a huge jolt of energy, could he perhaps extend the range of his teleport effect?

totally agreed bbdude. it is so easy to go and read what is already there and just change something. add a sentence or something. sometimes you can add a whole paragraph and not even realise it. it's not something that needs meticulous planning, it's something that can be done bit by bit. and it always evolves if somebody has somethig they can add.
