  1. His plasma ability may have been limited, it depends how he created the plasma... Like it could have been a effect of exchanging particles from the shadow dimension to normal space. The ball shape could also have been misleading as to how powerful they were, like balled lightning for example. But he had also locked the room that the other Zoacrystals were being kept in by using his dimensional power on it. So Apollon had to defeat Caerleon to gain access and gave him yet something else to focus on at the same time.

  2. He probably had a various number of abilities, Zoaknight, but seeing as his opponent had infiltrated the Ark and almost caused him to submit to his will, he was distracted. Also seeing that Apollyon could do the same things he could, and even manipulate his attacks against him, made Edward even more on edge instead of being focused on his opponent. Looks like he knew who his opponent was in the end, but until Takaya gives us the okay, we can only speculate.

  4. Originally we didn't base it on anything. The numbers were already floating around the Internet back when we first started the site. Don't know where they originated from, probably from one the early vinyl models that provided basic stats on the side of the box, but so far they seem to fit and so we still use them. Official data files really only state the speeds of zoanoids, but we know from them that hyper class can go 45 MPH and faster. Some are rated at 90 MPH, though Thancrus isn't specified he was designed for speed and during X-Day was seen assassinating someone and moving so fast that the crowd only saw a blur. The Guyver is faster than Thancrus and we have a scene in the Manga where G1 runs right past a moving car that spun several times before stopping, indicating the car had been going fairly fast as well. Also the scene just before it shows G1 shooting forward even as the wake of the blast field could still be seen knocking down a sidewalk tree but G1 was already half way down the block before the tree was even halfway falling down to the ground... Indicating an acceleration greater than 1 G. A cheetah has 1 G of acceleration for comparison and can go 0-60 MPH in just 2.5 seconds. So overall I'd say the 250 MPH top speed is a good ballpark figure. Now for the flying, we don't have as much to compare to but we do have scenes where the Guyver seemed to just vanish and we know they flew away, but only the Gigantic has actually broken the sound barrier, so this too seems to match up to 300 MPH figure. The momentum enhancers stated rating of 10x also suggests this if you take 1G acceleration for 1 second and multiply it by 10 gives you about 218 MPH, the Guyver can probably push that a bit past 1 second of acceleration, which brings it to about 300 MPH. Assuming of course wind resistance as a stop gap from further acceleration.

  5. Exactly....That's what I'm trying to say. If a Guyver does contact the ship to teleport him onboard, then obviously he has already been accepted as the pilot. From what I can tell, the ships are grown to serve their pilots at all costs. So why couldn't he just contact it, and ask it to teleport him aboard if he didn't have the ability teleport? Another example of this, would be right before Guyver one became Gigantic while he was being vaporized, he contacted the ship and ask or commanded it to teleport his friends to a safe place. Upon his death, the ship did as he asked it or commanded it to. His control medal didn't extend, he was outside the ship, plus he was dying. So it could be possible....

  6. In both instances where both Movie Guyver and Guyver 1 extended their control medals out, they were literally piloting the ship or doing some highly intensive stuff (like have information downloaded into you and so forth). But for let's say easier things such as linking up with the relic to communicate with it (simple talk) or maybe even limited teleportation might be possible.

  7. You could create a hybrid device like a Kavzar's Control Crystal or add a specialized device like GWOTG's hyper space orbs. Or just add more gravity control orbs like Merc Guyver has. Or just mutate the organism to absorb ambient energy. Or make a Guyver Zektole and it will have that ability naturally since Zektole can absorb ambient energy

  8. Here's a thought. Since the Gigantic is a lot larger than the normally armored host both the human and the guyver armor need to be augmented to fit into the gigantic form. There is a lot of space between the host and the gigantic as it is sealing shut (Even though it is appearing from another dimension). My thinking is as the guyver/host grows to fit inside the gigantic air or whatever the surrounding medium is is compressed and expelled through the vents........kinda like a fart.

  10. I know what your talking about, I remember that from Gigantic Descending. I think it has to do with the extending of the antennas because it wasn't done before or after they extended. Maybe it was something akin to a piston like process? Still, I think the rebreather ports still function as a waste venting system for both forms.
