I doubt a Creator ship could stop him... they have not displayed anything capable of stopping a Zoalord.

Kind of weird that they sent Zoanoids inside when any of the Zoalords could just have forced their way in and, protected by their force shield, look around at their leisure. Perhaps they were afraid there could be surprises inside they were not prepared for.

The reason they did not is because it is an unacceptable risk.

We only saw Acids used when zoanoids broke into the Relic, we do not know if it would take a more drastic measure on detecting a more powerful creature inside though this is possibly unlikely due to the fact a zoanoid managed to get inside and out of the relic thanks to large numbers of them trying. Though it did pay for that with it's life, again not something a zoalord would view as a resounding success.

Also the main reason they never did has being hinded in the manga. when Guyot attacked Guyver 3 and the team directly Hamical didn't react well calling the move rash and not the norm. If a zoalord tried to risk himself doing what you suggest chances are he'd be shot down by command due to the risk of not only the zoalords life but more so to the zoa-crystal itself.

I'm not so sure a relic could stop a zoalord from entering, especially the likes of Archanfel. Then again instead of dousing a zoalord in corrosive enzymes what if the relic decided to self-destruct? This would not only eliminate the threat of a zoalord getting their hands on a Guyver unit, but also potentially wipe out the invading zoalord. If Barcus anticipated something like this then it's understandable why he would rather send in expendable zoanoids. They would pose less of a risk to the relic, and it's precious cargo. When Chronos's excavation team finally penetrated the relic's hull the zoanoids probably made a mad dash to find whatever they could and bring it back outside before they dissolved into goo. The threat to the relic posed by the zoanoids was probably so insignificant that it may not have even noticed that the units were extracted. Besides the corrosive fluids I doubt any other defense mechanisms were tripped.

Here's an interesting thought that crossed my mind. Maybe zoanoids could pass through a relic without much trouble originally because they would've been under the direct control of the creator's will. They would have needed transportation of sorts to get from one battlefield to the other since the creator's were supposedly gearing up for an intergalactic war. Maybe the zoanoids that were sent into the relic did not set off the ship's defenses. Perhaps it was the drills that were used in it's breaching. The relics were organisms themselves, so this would've proven very traumatic for one. Maybe the corrosive fluids were more of a natural defense rather than a security measure. Now there's something to think about. Perhaps I'll start a separate topic to discuss that thought.

Uranus ships have being shown to be able to shield themselves from a Guyvers mega-smasher. If not for Sho being distracted by Guyot / Muarkami's fight chances are the ship would have escaped Chronos thanks to that shielding (which the Gigantic now uses)

I've thought similar things before. That it wasn't a security measure, or a trap. But rather a natural defense mechanism. That or the ship's own blood.

I'm sure a Zoalord could....seeing as they can create force fields or telekinetic barriers to keep from harm like Murakami did when Richard Gyuot tried blowing him and Guyver 3 to kingdom come.
