So. If Skynet sent a T-3000 through time to terminate Sho in Japan. Could he beat it?

It seems almost indestructible because it's made out of Machine Phase Matter and is more advanced than mimetic poly alloy.

I am guessing that a bunch, of the Guyvers weapons would work great on it, since they involve complete destruction, not just ballistic or physical damage.

Head beam - Since it's extreme heat based, it might have some effect like those lasers temporarily did... But not much.

HF Swords - Might not be all that great, but the HF nature might still damage the connecting parts... And especialy since it does still seem to react to damage, so even if to just stun it they'd be useful.

Sonic Busters - Would possibly be able to atomize its material to nothing.

Pressure Cannon - Considering it tends to utterly destroy anything in it's path ( and not just push/rip it's way through like a bullet) I'd say it'd do damage and actually take a chunk of material.

Mega Smashers - Dead and dead.

The only factor is the t3000's regenerative powers. It's a lot quicker than the guyvers. I think they are pretty well matched.

In the film, it's only real weakness was electromagnetic energies, and the guyver has no such attacks.

He could be beaten down by lots of guyvers attacks then mega/gigasmashed. That would be my tactic if I were to fight him with a guyver unit.

I'd like to correct you there mate. A Guyver is capable of shooting a bullet out of the air before it hits the target (source 2005 anime, when Guyver 1 saves Tetsuro's head!). This is supported in the comics when Valyrie describes what it is like to be a Guyver and that the world seems in slow motion compared to her.

On the level of zoanoid. Wouldn't the T-3000 be as strong as a hyper zoanoid since it's made out of machine phase matter?

Depends on which hyper you're referencing. Gigantic Guyver can take out 4 with one power punch not directly hitting them but with the shock wave. Some Hypers are great, others not so.

But can a T3000 take on a Guyver. On paper no, but on paper means nothing considering the T3000 can made out of a loved on and not active a Guyver is just human.

Guyver I think is stronger too. Depending on how you measure what 100 men equals to, a Terminator has only shown a few times of impressive strength like holding open a blast door in T3 for example.

Also it does seem that the T-3000 cannot fully regenerate when large parts of it is damaged which is why in the final battle, it could not form a human shape but a metallic 'under the skin' muscle look.

So the head beam could do quite a bit of damage since it can vaporize a bullet and cut through steel beams with little effort.

The only weapon I doubt will do much damage is the vibrational swords. They are incredibly localized in the damage they do. Just not enough of damage to slow down a T-3000.

Best bet for the T-3000 is go for the control medal. That is if he knows about it or he gets lucky.

The T-3000 would be formidable, but far from invincible. Like previous Terminator models it can be beaten, especially by a Guyver. Once Sho sees the T-3000's capabilities he would more than likely summon Gigantic. In recent volumes Sho has proven to be a confident and capable fighter. He has also shown that he is less likely to hesitate while facing a new adversary. The key to beating this new Terminator model would be the complete destruction of its body. A Gigantic's sonic buster, giga-smasher, and gravity ram would be more than enough to accomplish this. Sho is pretty creative nowadays, so I'm more than certain he could find a unique way to defeat the T-3000. :)
