So in Guyver. Who has always been your favorite Guyver villain?

I didn't add the Zoalord Sin because he doesn't seem like he's an actual villain because he's more or less have helped Sho.

Mine is Richard Guyot. Because he's relentless and arrogant as well as ambitious for more power.

I'd have to say Barcus because this guy co-founded Kronos after awakening Archanfel. He also chose all the other zoalords and was the first being to create zoanoids after the creators.

Almost all the events that took place in Guyver is essentially the result of this one old man.

Thought he is a villain he is respectable to his fellow lords and extremely loyal to Archanfel.

Guyot. He's far and away the most purely villainous of the piece. He has never shown any sympathetic trait at all.

But, of course, we know nothing about his background. Maybe he was an angelic child but lost his mommy at a vulnerable age and was raised by an embittered stepmother or something. Although personally I find the villains who have no such motivation much more interesting.

Everybody in 'Guyver' has some pretty good motivation, and some emotional stuff to it. Archanfel, well, he's just doing the only thing he knows how to do. Barcas thinks he's hit the ultimate secret of life: the purpose of humanity, and tries to live up to it the best he can. And the same goes for the other Zoalords.

I wonder, if Guyot had not rebelled: had the other three dared to? Then again, seeing what happened to Guyot wasn't exactly inspiring. So they were probably already planning it back then.

Funny... if there's anyone like Guyot, it's Agito. Once Shizu dies, he really won't have any emotional connection left to anybody.

I dig Barcus. He seems to be more grounded. Loyal but willing to ben the rules for the greater good of his masters plight. In lots of ways he is one step ahead of everyone... in others... not so much.
