*guyverfan Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 tyrion a dragon rider!?......mmmmmm.... i don't know 'bout that.......nnaahh,no way?. i do believe bran would be one, as he is a warg and he did have a vision flying through the air whilst projecting a shadow on the ground in the shape of a dragon. Super Existence Posted June 30, 2015 Posted June 30, 2015 Mate of mine had an interesting theory that Drogon flying around and acting weird with Dany is him being partly controlled by Bran as part of his training. The three eyes raven did tell him he would never walk again but he would fly. 1 Quote
durendal Posted September 16, 2015 Author Posted September 16, 2015 Since it's already months since the last episode, I guess this won't be spoilers anymore. As everyone knows, GOT ended the last season with yet another cliffhanger. And as everyone knows, they have already diverged from the books. Despite reading all the available books, even I don't know what's going to happen next. So let me pose this one single question. Jon Snow: Does he live or does he die? Quote
*guyverfan Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 i'm with the mass's on this one durendal. nodoubt that jon is dead, but i believe that mellisandre will resurrect him. you know, one thing i'm wondering is that if dragon glass kills whitewalkers, does that mean that dragon breathe does aswell? Quote
durendal Posted September 18, 2015 Author Posted September 18, 2015 Well, Jon Snow being ressurected by Melissandre seems to be the most popular theory around. Yes, the producers have confirmed that Jon Snow is dead, but they could probably be trolling all the fans, But I still have hope. We've only seen him bleed to the brink of dying. Unless I see a funeral, I won't be swayed. What about the R+L=J theory? Who's going to lead the wall against the White Walkers? What's to happen to the wildlings? Don't they realize that the Nightswatch is greatly outnumbered? Quote
xfool Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 My take is that the person known as Jon snow is dead , he will be a differnet person after the resurection . Something like Lady stoneheart I guess. 1 Quote
durendal Posted September 22, 2015 Author Posted September 22, 2015 I like that idea. I guess everyone was complaining they took out Lady Stoneheart, and I guess this is a possibility of introducing the concept. Is this what "kill the boy" meant all this time, as in literally kill him? I always thought it was a figure of speech. So will he be reborn as a man with Melissandre? This could change his attitude. Hmm.... interesting theory. Quote
*guyverfan Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 wow, you know, i didn't even think(well, know) about the whole raegar&lyanna thing. (damn you durendal(waving around a clenched fist, arm stretched above my head) for making me spend 10minutes researching this.) you know i hate reading anything besides playboy! hehehehe. i guess it could be plausable but wouldn't jon have blonde hair instead of black? or maybe he goes blonde after the ressurrection?;p mmmm, its interesting, do you believe that the promise ned gave to lyanna wasn't about having her tomb at winterfel, but actually to raise jon and to keep the truth secret from everyone, including ned's own wife. and also, does the time period of when lyanna died to when ned showed up with jon match up? damn it! you're gonna make me read the books aren't you, hehehe. Quote
durendal Posted September 23, 2015 Author Posted September 23, 2015 Hey, I didn't say anything. Besides, it's not really spelled out for you in the book. This was a popular theory fans came up analyzing all the nooks and cranny of all 5 books. I'd imagine that they did tremendous research to be able to come up with this theory. But yeah, basically it's what you said about Ned's promise. It's really hard to imagine that a man with solid morals as Ned Stark would be able to fool around like that. That would be so out of character and doesn't make sense. Quote

The Starks are dark haired so Jon could take after his mother on that aspect. Quote
H222G981 Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 I wonder when the 5th season will be released on dvd. Quote

Quote
H222G981 Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 about late feb'16 Amazon is stating it'll be released in March 15 of 2016. I wonder why so far out. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VSG3L5G?keywords=Game%20of%20thrones%20season%205&qid=1444744006&ref_=sr_1_1&s=movies-tv&sr=1-1 Quote

H222G981 Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 they seem to always release the dvd acouple of months before the start of the new season. I've noticed that as well. I don't really watch the latest season until it's released on dvd. I don't have dish or cable. Quote
Salkafar Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Do any of you expect a happy ending? Of any kind? Who are you rooting for? Quote
LordSpleach Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 I still need to catch up show-wise but I have read the books that are out now. One thing I like about the series is that there IS more the one person/faction to root for. The question is, who would be the better choice? 1 Quote
*guyverfan Posted May 7, 2016 Posted May 7, 2016 i knew it! i just knew it! that jon snow would get ressurected. what a great start to the season so far though, i'm loving it. now that this season and all after are infront of the books, no one has an advantage in knowing what will happen and/or occur during the seasons. i just had a thought, can you imagine if the finally of the series sees the white walkers defeating/killing everyone and become rulers of the realm! 1 Quote

I was shocked when he up and walked out on the Night's Watch in the very last episode. But who can blame him? I think when he died and came back from the dead, it changed his views in more ways than we can imagine. Impressive and it made me like Melisandre even more. Quote
*guyverfan Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 wow, going by the past couple of episodes, the rumours about jon snows true parents could be true. this is heading for one big family reunion. Quote
