W'Kar Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 Here's the next one to consider... What if Ira had bonded to the W'Kar unit instead of Greg? Quote
Juggernought Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I think Ira, in a way would be similar to Jessica. Overtime her mental stability and ability to control her emotions would have deteriorated. Perhaps she would have lost control even sooner than Greg did. Quote
Aranor Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 I wonder, since the W'Kar unit bonds so closely with the host, if perhaps a prtion of the organisms own personality merges with the host. The evolution that brought about Anubis simply making the bond so strong the organisms will took over the hosts will bringing forth Anubis. If so might it eventually do the same thing with Ira? Simply a female format of Anubis......Shiva perhaps. Quote

Simply a female format of Anubis......Shiva perhaps. In my opinion, probably more in the lines of Kali, the goddess of death. Shiva, the goddess of destruction, though, is a nice idea. I also think that Ira wouldn't have the mental fortitude to at least try to channel some of the W'Kar's drive to heal itself with its psycho-tendencies as well as Greg did. He's like Jason (Dreadnought) in that way, beat him down a bunch, and he will still get up to kick your a** in the end. Quote

McAvoy Posted October 20, 2007 Posted October 20, 2007 Well considering that we have only seen two other people using the True W'Kar unit. One was the original Creator that killed him. Thne second was a alternate Cassandra who allied herself with Malice. Seeing how she was practically a mirror image of Greg's Cassandra in an alternate universe, we really can't use that. It would be far more interesting since the True W'Kar messes with your emotions and for the most part females are more in touch with theirs. That may be a up or down side with it. Ira might be able to control it or she'll be like Greg on a really, really, really bad day, PMS and all. Quote
