*zeo Posted June 19, 2003 Posted June 19, 2003 In the Manga he is dying as far as I can see. Each time he needs to sleep it takes longer to recover. Eventually, unless he can find a way to heal himself, he will one day never wake up and die.

Yet once the Controller Armour aka Guyver unit was given to the Humans and were no longer controllable, the Creators tried to destroy Earth by launching a good sized moon at Earth to blow the whole planet. Alk was told not to interfere but he did. In doing so he suffered some sort of telepathic attack by the Creators, that is the wound he is still suffering from and there is no cure to it, not yet anyway. Hopefully I'm somewhat close, correct me if I'm wrong anyone.
omegaling Posted June 19, 2003 Posted June 19, 2003 I feel so sorry for Arkanphel. He may be a villian, but he's by no means evil. In fact, the only thing he did as far as fighting the Guyver themselves is throwing the mega-smasher blast back at them. Granted, it did quite a bit of damage, but he hasn't fought them directly yet.

That might also be a reason why he is a little weaker, he is a little spread out at the moment. I agree with you, He is so sympathisable. To want revenge against parents that have abandoned him, telling him he is worthless. No wonder he wants to make them pay. It's a pity that he;s treating humanity just like they were. Irony.

The Creators, who we have no idea what they looked like, created humanity ( and all other life forms on earth) to fight a war against their enemies, of which that is all we know of them. Unfortunatly for Alkanphel, they decided to destroy their projects, which started his painful road to eventual death.

But he did, and used his most powerful attack which also drained him. During that time, he was still under that telepathic attack from the Creators. He probably has damage throughout his body, that can't be healed by normal means. My guess is the zoacrystals, we already know what happens to a zoalord when a zoacrystal is damaged. ince the founding of Chronos, he gave Valcus 11 zoacrystals (maybe not all at once) to create 11 new zoalords. So no wonder why he's so weakened. But then again, think about this: If I am correct that it's the zoacrystals, then the zoacrystals in the other zoalords could be damaged since they're from Alkanphel. So maybe those zoalords are not at their full potential yet.

I think he's very weak currently due to the damage cause by creators and sharing his zoa-crystal with eleven more zoalords. He may be taking longer to regenerate his power each time, but i dont think he's going to die. I wonder if work something like this, Alkanphel getting weaker while other elven zoalords getting stronger. May be, one day he'll get stronger while other zoalords will get weaker. May be each zoa-crystals will grow in power over time and make host to reach his/her max and hopefully Alk's zoa-crystal will heal Alkanphel when it does reach to max.

Also Alkanphel was in stasis so it can be argued that been out of it is doing him damage. The Zoalords are seperate beings to Alkanphel now so that is no longer a factor. Fact is Alkanphel is killing himself, he is not allowing himself to rest and has had to save Imakarum twice now and awaken to do it, each time he does that he kills himself a little by little (this is canon, its a fact that each time Alk sleeps it is for a longer period, add to that recent events and it looks bad). I never liked him in the first place...how is he still alive with a friggin hole in his chest? That Pressure Cannon should have exploded all of his inards when it was shot through him. Damn...oh well...he'll die again...probably at the hands of Agito and the Gigantic Dark...be a nice showdown...hehe...Gyro would finally get what's coming to him! My friend says that perhaps Gyro will join with the Guyvers like Aptom did...err...I should say Guyver...Agito kinda abandoned the group... Should I pummel him for saying that? Anyhow...this post is too long...I'll stop now...

I also wonder if it is possabul that the creators may come back, if so, the world would need Alk would it not? I like the intracisys of the hole jonra, and have high hopes for what is comeing in in. From what I see Alk is dieing, vea some control mechanisim they inplanted through out his DNA, if he where to become a guyver, he would be freed of such an asult.

Guest Posted September 2, 2003 Posted September 2, 2003 I reckon Alk won't die until he see's the fall of the Creators, sure he is dying, but my bet is if he was strong enough to survive the Creators attack the first time, then he's strong enough to live long enough to see them all dead. Though this could be also why he made Murakami into a Zoalord just as strong as himself. He's seen what the Creators did through Alk's memories and he can see why Alk hates them so much, so I believe Alk's done this on purpose, I believe he's creating a replacement for himself. I could be and most likely am wrong though.

No equal, no freinds, no family. Balcus was the first person he saw when he woke up, and he's merely a servant. Everyone else is either the same way, or is really trying to stab him in the back. I feel sorry for him. I think your right though Riven, I think Alk will at least be around to face his parents. To face those that abandoned him.
