  1. I don't think he can. I think he's just a mindless drone programed by the Matrix to kill FWG.
  2. In this case, you can.
  3. I'll probably get this eventually since I am a fan of the original comics from Top Cow.
  4. The answer would be... both.
  5. I would assume he is close in power to a zoalord. At least, those pesky Enzyme III's will no longer be a problem.
  6. No, he absorbed a lil bit of Kahn. He controlled part of Kahn's body, to prevent him firing off his most powerful weapon in order for Gigantic Guyver Exceed (Sho) to fire his first. GGE destroys the DragonLord, Kahn escapes and Aptom finishes him off.
  7. Considering even Dreadnought had trouble with him, Eliminator would whup her butt.
  8. Chapter 165 spoiler: Gigantic Red finishes off the Draglord with a black hole attack. Karbal Khan (sp?) survives by escaping just in time. But Aptom appears in his new form and finishes him off. His Zoa Crystal is undamaged, but falls into the city Thanks to LightningZERO from theguyver.net forum!
  9. That's amazing!
  10. Sounds like good stuff McAvoy.
  11. Not too bad at all.
  12. Marvel wins in the live action movie department, but I think DC toons have always been better. Mostly cbecause of one man, Bruce Timm.
  13. Caiera was pretty damn strong. She could lift up to 1 ton and had pretty thick skin too.
  14. I bet the Eliminator did it...
  15. The one Hulk would have had with Caiera(SP?) during the World War Hulk storyline...
  16. They would be some pretty badass. Skin would be tough as hell tough too, probably tougher than Hulk maybe...
  17. I just finished watching Superman: Doomsday and I think it was pretty damn cool. The fights (Superman vs Doomsday & Superman vs Clone) were very well choreographed and quite visceral. The fights were great in that they let loose in a way we never could have seen on TV like Superman: The Animated Series or Justice League. (Although we got close with a couple episodes in Justice League Unlimited like The Return, Wake the Dead, & Clash). The only thing I did not like was Percy's character design (awful!), but other than that the slightly retooled character designs are fine by me. Had to get used to the different voices though...
  18. I finally got my copy of Superman: Doomsday today!
  19. I'd only get it if it had a second analog stick which would definitely benefit from!
  20. Personally, I think that the Marvel Ultimate Avengers animation is crap compared to the Bruce Timm produced DC toons.
  21. Too many subplots. It's easier to cut it down to just 70 minutes, other wise we'd have a 3 hour movie. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superman_Doomsday
  22. The original story was a bit convoluted, so they had to edit it down for a 70 minute movie. I'm still waiting for my copy to arrive in the mail.
  23. Happy birthday!
  24. Ask John A Couple Questions About Guyver October 10th, 2002 Question: I have a couple of questions about "The Guyver" anime. First, when it was rereleased by Manga was it redubbed, or did they keep the original voices from the first release? Second, will "The Guyver" ever come out on DVD any time soon? Answer: Little known to most fans, Bio-Booster Armor Guyver has actually been animated three times, and all of the Guyver animation has been released in America. The 55 minute long Kyôshoku Sôkô Guyver: Out of Standardized OAV premiered in Japan on December 13, 1986. It was later released in America on subtitled VHS by Dark Image Entertainment under the title "The Guyver: Out of Control." Guyver was then turned into a 6 episode OAV series released between September 25, 1989 and February 25, 1990. This original OAV series was followed up by the six episode Kyôshoku Sôkô Guyver Act 2 OAV series that was released with 2 episodes per volume on October 24, 1991, May 21, 1992 and August 21, 1992. These two OAV series were originally released in America on 6 dubbed VHS tapes by US Renditions. In 1994, Manga Entertainment re-released these 12 OAV episodes on 12 individual VHS tapes with an altered soundtrack and edited opening animation. The first Guyver OAV series has been released to 2 reportedly poor quality DVD discs in the Netherlands, but none of the Guyver animation has ever been released to DVD in Japan. The OAVs are tentatively scheduled for American DVD release on February 25, 2003. Ask John - AnimeNation.com
  25. Cool. I wonder about the second unit....
