I always sort of figured the tendrils were like chainmail armor for the Guyver and the actual armor itself was like platemail over the chainmail, so the creature could breath and find speed and agility with all the armor on. I've also wondered this as well, about Sho removing the portion of the armor off his face, at first I was under the opinion that the Guyver was armor, but the armor was alive. I guess an example would be that it was like the armor of Ironman Sho was simply under the armor. However it was later revealed that it's more of a transformation into a whole new creation and creature. He is not a human wearing armor anymore, he is a human who has transformed into a whole new fighting monster. In that sense I don't think it's really accurate to call the Guyver 'armor'. More to ryuki's thought, I believe it is accurate to say that the tendrils are the Guyver creature itself and the plates are protecting it (like in it's sealed form as the Unit-G). I don't know if it has anything to do with preserving clothes or other material, I also believed that it was more of an attachment mechanism, to find a host and dig into it's cells so it could adapt to the hosts vital needs, it would be inseparable. Takaya explains the Guyver itself is in another dimension (atleast the armor is) but what about Sho's DNA? Has the tendrils changed or affected that in anyway? What about the tendrils digging under his skin? Perhaps it's also a way for the armor itself to decode information from it's hosts. There could be many uses for them. As far as the bullet hitting the Guyver, I think it would probably happen more so along the lines of the 05 remake when it was shot multiple times in the chest.

Yeah but the comics weren't cannon with the Fox films, the space jockey even turned out to be a different species because in Prometheus the engineers are completely different then they are portrayed to be in the comics. Yet another film that really ticked me off by Fox, that I was really excited about and eager to see. Well according to Xenopedia two colonist woke him up: Samwell Stone, and Turk (a pun off of Burke?) because the ship had been illegally intercepted and boarded by the Weland-Yutani PMCs who had previously taken the civilian transport ship the Legato. A firefight with the intruders erupted in the hypersleep chamber, and the crossfire ignited the fire aboard the ship, leading to the evacuation of the occupied hypersleep chambers aboard an EEV. Before the EEV launched, Turk was knocked into Hicks' open cryotube and sealed inside, and was subsequently launched aboard the departing EEV. It was Turk who was killed and later mistaken to be Hicks on Fiorina 161. Doesn't make sense why would he be wearing only sleeping short's though and no shirt...or how did his dna matched that of Hick's... It's stupid crap like this that just ruins the legacy and ticks me off. Why couldn't of they of just left the film characters alone and make their own up? They could of easily of made up a new marine or different marines for this, it's not rocket science! lol

Yeah why I didn't post them, I know you are giving up your own personal time to help me here and I don't want to be pushy or overwhelm you with that. I know exactly what you mean, it's like they went out of their way just to destroy the legacy deliberately. Saying they were going to make it an awesome game, that would be remembered for years and do everything perfectly as to not ruin the films and give the fans what they wanted. Complete bullcrap. I don't know who gave the ok on it and why Fox approved it as the direct sequel to the film. It's a horrible story that creates more plot-holes, and problems and truthfully it doesn't add anything to the legacy at all, only spits in it's face. I am so tired of Hollywood jerks who just use legacies like this and the terminator, and other iconical masterpieces, just for a quick buck and cash cow. They are to be respected, they are culturally significant and should be added on and expanded not sold short or treated liked this, I haven't been this ticked off with Fox sense AVP-R and the Predalien Queen? Really? Are you kidding me?! Any aliens fan knows the Queen is the only "Pure-blooded" Xeno!! There is no such thing as a Queen Hybrid!! UGH!!!! lol sorry just really made me mad when they ruined something that I love so much and don't want to see shredded apart for greed.

I believe I've posted some things on this a while back. I am a DIE HARD Aliens fan, and know all about the Xenomorph and it's life cycle. I've been waiting for this game sense it's first issue in game informers announced it. I was one of the first to cry out at it's apparent cancel as well. I too could sit here and bash this game, I preorded the Collectors Edition years in advance, and it was T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. As Angry Joe points out (I too like his reviews) you only battle the Aliens about three times in the whole game, the A.I. is completely retarded and the whole situation with the survivor? Was that even necessary? I don't know why they couldn't of made it a new marine or of had a different marine call out the distress from the get go instead of using the character they had. AVP 3 was much better then this bullcrap of a game, and as he said, just because you own the rights to it, doesn't mean you can treat the story like crap you will loose your fans. This game had so much potential and it was nothing but shere stupidity and a mockery of it's own legacy. The new xeno's aren't given any back story, the characters are terrible and never help you out, you don't even get to use the Smart-Gun except for one small fight. The game Demo and the original trailer was much more promising and had a lot more character development then the characters in the whole game. It's could of been infinitely better with simple touch ups or removing elements from the game. I could go on forever but Joe pretty much pointed out all it's faults in his review. It ticks me off that one of my favorite legacies is literally selling itself short and destroying itself over greed, complete utter stupidity, lack of creativity, and no respect for the story or it's fans. There's no respect for it's own legacy I could of created a much better game than this and it would of been one everyone would of enjoyed. not to tut my own horn, but why do you ask? Because I care so much about the legacy I know where the boundaries are what can be expanded on, and what areas to stay away from, boundaries they obviously don't respect at all and are willing to cross for an extra buck.

This means a lot I greatly appreciate this, as well as anyone else who assists in any way (as with the Guyver Advoc team)! =) The Character Reynald de Chatillon (portrayed by Brendan Gleeson in the Film Kingdom of Heaven) I have several pictures of him, however in this particular picture I was hoping to reverse the colors of the Templars in the background and the Shield that one of them is holding in front of his body, in the background as well as the flag behind Gleeson's character. I unfortunately have not been able to upload the other images as they are too big for the post either that or I might be able to upload them one at a time. Again I greatly appreciate this! =)

So I am creating a fan wiki page with a fictional fan story of many different Historical Characters from the Medieval Era. I would like to do something that I believe would be fairly simple accept I have no idea how to use the workshop or do it any good at all. I would like to switch two basic colors of the Templar uniforms from a red cross to a white cross and from a white tunic to a red tunic. Is anyone good enough with this workshop that could give some advice on how to do this, or any good at it? I am not wanting to repaint it, in like micro paint etc, I mean a really good switch of colors as if you couldn't tell it was Photoshopped without a good hard look. Of course all source material will be provided and given to the respected owners.

Yeah I know I am well aware of the Character back stories, and that Jago was a monk following the Tiger Spirit which in the second game. Orchid is also his sister though I wonder if they'll be doing her accurately now. Fulgore was created by Ultratech to be the perfect combat machine. Sabrewulf if memory serves, was a doctor who found a potion that accidentally turned him into a Werewolf and now he is trying to find a cure for his lycanthropy. Glacius was an alien that crashed on the planet and was captured by Ultratech and forced into the tournament in order to win his freedom/ability to leave earth.

Thought the same too with Jago who was always my favorite Character as well. They made him much more bulky and wield a massive Chinese sword instead of the slick Katana but am I so upset I won't get the game? Heck no, I'm just happy they finally did do a remake. Though as you said Sabrewulf (who was my second favorite) looks exceptionally different from his predecessors. He used to have robotic arms if I remember correctly. My brother too liked to use Fulgore and Glacius. They haven't announced the whole character set as of yet, the players that have been confirmed are: Jago, Sabrewulf, Glacius, and Chief Thunder. I would be surprised to see Fulgore in this new remake, if anything he'd probably be introduced into the next game as one of the main antagonist. I myself am rather upset about the whole XBone thing, my 360 was stolen this summer and so I bought a new one without any knowledge of this new game console coming out I felt like I spent that money for nothing lol.

So I believe I've talked about Killer Instinct before and how I wished they would of remade it. Well it's no secret they have gone ahead with it, and the remake it's supposed to come out some time this year. This isn't brand spanking new, news I simply haven't gotten around to posting it here. From the graphics and details this new remake looks amazing, to me atleast. And I really can't wait to try it out! Hehe love to see Ryu go up against Jago now! Here is the E3 trailer. P.S. now they just need to remake Primal Rage how awesome would that be?!?

Could start of with fighting Mirabilis, then Purg'stall (As Guyver I), then next levels be Guyver III and boss battles be Yentsui and right after him be Waferdanos etc etc. But if you only are asking for 4, I don't know where you want the votes but heres mine: 1-Mirabilis 2-Purg'stall 3-Yentsui 4-Edward I like your Aptom idea as well, maybe make him freeze all enemies for a short time period while he heals himself and recovers stats etc. Just let me know what you need me to do for music and or programs to help you with it. I'd love to assist with the music of your game.

I am looking forward to this sequel. Lizard was always my favorite spiderman villain I really liked how they did him except for his face. I wish they had gone with a design of a certain model kit of him. I tried to find it but couldn't find it on google. It basically was a dark green color with fins on his forearms and a massive fin running down his spine with a pretty cool head. But you get what you get. I've been waiting for him and scorpion come on we all know he's gonna kick butt!

Yeah I feel you on that. It's funny how things can all just fall apart on you. I was still working on my projects: Distant Wings among other writings/comic material. Unfornately my laptop and back up flash drive were stolen among with many other items out of my apartment. So this is/was very difficult to deal with years worth of writings stolen and gone. Fortunately for me I have most of the details memorized and stored in my head such as story archs and main plot lines. For Distant Wing's I have it all down from the first chapter to the last in my head just a lot of other writings were on that laptop that meant a lot and years worth of work were put into that I'll never get back. Oh well, life goes on all I can do is see what tomorrow brings.

I saw it the first Friday it came out and I hated this film, to me this film is in the same catagory as Spirit of Vengeance which was a slap in the face to GR fans such as myself. Granted this film was no where NEAR as bad as Spirit of Vengeance but it still was complete garbage as far as I am concerned. I dunno I am an extremely harsh critic when it comes to movies, and IM3 was a complete disappointment.

Well I also use primer. But I go over that will different colors such as Chaos Black, goblin Green, Red Gore, and Dark Blue. But this is for my Tyranid army I haven't yet been able to get my hands on any new models yet sense my move back from Texas went through a really bad experience and am just trying to stabalize myself right now hehe.
