  1. Not to mention the FEMA concentration camps and all these insane bills giving the people in power all these crazy rights to do whatever they want. They're even labeling groups as home grown terrorist who they claim pose a serious threat to the nations security. Groups such as: Evangelical Christians, Mormons, Church of Ladder Day Saints (Jehovah's Witness), Catholic Church, Tea Party, Ron Paul Supporters and many more. It's ridiculous. Anyways this is complete insanity, what harm is there in having a fandom etc? There's no profit that people make, it's out of fun and artist creativity. As long as you give credit where it's due what's the problem?
  2. Eagle Eye was pretty good in my opinion, I think Shia could really pull off an Amuro, as far as Paul doing a revenge role, yeah I haven't seen him do a role as such, however we also mustn't underestimate an actors potential or abilities either. What I gather from both these actors is they were both given roles neither have ever done before, and they both managed to pull them off, fairly well at that. They're no b.s. actors. Take for example, Ledgers Joker. No one thought he'd be able to pull it off, and that he was a horrible miscast. Then they saw the film and were blown away by his performance. These guys become the people they are cast as and I think these two really have what it would take for that. Granted they also would be able to pull off the look as well as the vibes of said characters whereas Ben Affleck...well he's no Christian Bale I'll have to wait and see how he manages before I give my vote on that one.
  3. It's gonna suck if the cast for the new starwars are all in startrek too.
  4. Hmmm...interesting I'll definitely look more into this. Was taught in health class and biology that the gender/sex of the offspring was determined by the father. That if he didn't pass a Y then it would be a girl but if he did pass a Y it would be a boy. etc. What I meant by the gay example, was that a person who changes their sexual make up and organs, may have a desire to be with someone of that same sex. So by that logic the desire would be the same. A male wants to be with a male but he wants to be a girl so gets the change done, same with female concept. Of course that does not apply to every single person but I don't think it's too far fetched to think that it applies to some. I really like your argument I want to explore more into this, if the study of the human anatomy has changed, and what I know to be out of date I definitely want to be caught up to speed. Do you have any major articles or anything of the sort, or did you just google sex change studied etc?
  5. Really? Why do you think that LS? I figured Shia could really pull of a techno nerd kid who, through circumstances beyond his control, finds himself fighting in a War that he doesn't fully understand. I think Paul could pull off the villain, that is the villain to the villain. Or the villains bad guy. I've seen him in films playing as a really bad jerk, as a know it all cop, and a bad cop as well. I think he could pull it off. But if it were up to you, who would you prefer? Durendal, I don't think they would have to make Lalah be a little teenage girl, maybe a few years younger then Char, around 17-19 I think it'd be reasonable, and not really all that pedoish. But again simply my opinion lol.
  6. Yeah I know G-Savior was the Gundam version of the Guyver films. This is a hypothetical thing, if they did make the films right, keeping the charms and wonders of the U.C. timeline in it I think it could be done fairly well. Of course it's not real .even though if hollywood wanted to they could do it. Though I also respect your integrity to the originals and your desire to see it untainted by greedy corprat men trying to use one of your favorite genres as a cash cow for a quick buck.
  7. It is very complex and in the gene structure as you said. The females with Y's are and males with more than one X are actually genetic mutations. A healthy male is an XY chrome while a female is an XX. If the father does not pass his Y chrome off to the offspring while the mother is pregnant then it will develop another X, one from both parents and will become a female. However, sometimes there are mutations and a child will be born with an XYX or XXY or XYXXXXX so on so forth. These people are usually out-casts from societies and are referred to as (not my term) she-males. They have developed both chromosomes and the genetic makeup gives them both structures. Most usually go through surgery and get facial restructures, as well as removal of undesired parts. However, having said that, it is very different from lets say a male born XY, who wants to become a female XX. They go through surgery get reconstructed and plastic surgery etc. They may look like a female have parts like a female even claim to be a female but are they? Their DNA sequencing would suggest otherwise, as many scientist have noted both males and females act differently and perceive things differently due to the pheromones of the individual and chemicals in the body, especially after puberty when the genetic make up strongly built on these patterns and make up developing them for adulthood and full capacity. Some studies show that females use different parts of the brain then males do, and vice versa. Lets say for the benefit of the doubt, that the male is a female, will the individual have ministrations like one? Could they get pregnant? If so, what would the child be like sense both have a Y chromosome and their is no double X? See what I mean? This brings forth many problems, to say one individual is no longer a certain sex because they changed their sex organs I don't believe is accurate, it goes far beyond that. In truth, it is a man who wants to be with another man and a female who wants to be with a female; yet they don't want to be seen as a homosexual (for whatever reason) so they changed the appearance to look like a girl, but the end result is the same. Man and man female and female. But now comes the really hard question: Is lying to someone about your gender morally right, or would leaving someone because you found out they had a sex change and could not have children etc be seen as a hate crime? What does one do in this situation?
  8. And finally (again sorry for repeated posts had to fight my internet): -Leonardo Dicaprio as M'quve -Sonam Kapoor as Lalah -Lena Headey as Kycilia -Ed Harris as Degwin
  9. Continuing our villains list: -Hayden Christensen as Garma -Casper Van Dien as Gihren -Sean Bean as Dozle
  10. And now to begin our villains: -Paul Walker as Char -Ewan McGregor as Rambal Ral -Eva Green as Crowley P.S. sorry for the multiple responses, I'm having a difficult time with my internet and it's freezing a lot on me so I apologies for the nuisance.
  11. To finish off with our cast of heroes we have: -Ben Barnes as Bright -Natalie Portman as Matilda -Chris Hemsworth as Sleggar -Tom Hanks as General Revil
  12. Here is: -Shin Koyamada as Hayato -Tobey Maguire as Kai -Anthony Mackie as Ryu -Anne Hathaway as Mirai -Keira Knightley as Sayla
  13. I'll be posting some pictures for cross references, I think some of them could really pull of the role especially Shia, Paul and Casper I think they would really nail it on the head, as well as a few others. Shia Labeouf as Amuro and Danielle Panabaker as Fraw
  14. Also I am curios if any of you would want a cross series into the film, or just the U.C. timeline, or just your favorite timeline. Maybe even cross characters into different timelines, though I myself would not want that. How successful do you think a Gundam series would be?
  15. So as you know I am a Gundam fan and would love to see a legit Gundam film, possibly a trilogy following the original storyline, with minor changes. Of course this isn't real and is only fandom, however I've thought a lot about this being a writer myself and came up with a fan based cast. I am curios to know who you would want to see cast as any Gundam character or what you think of the ones listed below. Heroes: 1) Amuro Ray (Shia Labeouf) 2) Fraw Bow (Danielle Panabaker) 3) Hayato Kobayashi (Shin Koyamada) 4) Kai Shiden (Tobey Maguire) 5) Ryu Jose (Anthony Mackie) 6) Mirai Yashima (Anne Hathaway) 7) Sayla Mass (Keira Knightley) 8) Bright Noa (Ben Barnes) 9) Matilda Ajan (Natalie Portman) 10) Sleggar Law (Chris Hemsworth) 11) General Revil (Tom Hanks) Villains: 1) Char Aznable (Paul Walker) 2) Rambal Ral (Ewan McGregor) 3) Crowley Hamon (Eva Green) 4) Garma Zabi (Hayden Christensen) 5) Gihren Zabi (Casper Van Dien) 6) Dozle Zabi (Sean Bean) 7) M'quve (Leonardo Dicaprio) 8) Lalah Sune (Sonam Kapoor) 9) Kycilia Zabi (Lena Headey) 10) Sovereign Degwin Sodo Zabi (Ed Harris)
  16. I personally find these things to be very mind boggling. A person may change their appearance, or even their sexual organs, but as far as I know they cannot reproduce, nor change the chromosomes or DNA in their blood. The person in that video may appear as a woman, but his DNA in his blood say's he is a male because he caries a XY chromosome and not an XX. I'm not saying that it's okay to bully anyone, I am merely speaking from technicality lol.
  17. Today we conclude the short miniseries "Knights Templar" from "Real Crusades History". Knights Templar - Part 5: The Trial of the Templars Knights Templar - Part 6: The Chinon Parchment (revised) Knights Templar - Part 7: Why Did Philip IV of France Target the Templars? Knights Templar - Part 8: Templars in Spain
  18. Not to spread rumors, however I've read several articles claiming Justin Bieber has been cast as one of Luke Skywalkers kids, or nephews. I've even come across a petition to uncast him from the film, however I haven't been able to find him speaking on it himself or anything of the manner.
  19. Yeah that's what I thought too. My least favorite of the films is Episode 2. It seemed to be entirely pointless except for starting the conflict. Also why I liked Episode 3 much more, was because Lucas finally gave the battle droids personalities and not just robotic responses to commands. I think if he had let someone else directed them they would of obviously been much better, and how episode 3 was (as far as acting, and the droids go) is how the first two should of been as well. I've also wondered, if the prequels would of been more liked, or at least better as far as canon goes, if he had started the Clone Wars, at the end of episode I and finished it at the end of Episode III. Of course there would of needed to be some changes, but I think it would of given much more time to do things, and a lot of the b.s. would of been pulled out. Would of been a long and bloody war with the Clone Wars starting with Obi still a padawan and Ani only 9. Heck going that route he could have had Ani's knighting in Episode II, or introduced Grievous at the battle of Hypori I think if he had done that things would of been much better.
  20. Interesting I never knew about that. Sounds like the original Clone Wars was more then an armed conflict, but also psychological warfare as well. Sounds pretty devastating to me. Interesting enough I find the Droid Army very similar to the Tao from Warhammer 40 k. I know a bit off topic but as I send earlier one of the reasons why I enjoyed the concept of the Clone Wars we got, was because it was a new world of ideas that could be expanded on. Battle Droids, Droid fighter ships that didn't require a pilot. They were very much like the clones in every way simply droids instead of flesh. Crazy firepower, and all kinds of new things that could be introduced. And like I mentioned earlier, General Grievous is one of my favorite characters, I really liked how he was the Droid Armies version of Darth Vader. I dunno, as I said I really liked the concept of the droids against the clones but it just wasn't given enough time to expand on in the films. It was a very quick done and over with plot line in the films, and I resented that. I wanted to see some really major battles take place, not just a minute cut scene. However, hearing the original plot lines and concept of the Clone Wars, I can't help but feel like a great idea was wasted and we have missed out on something that could have been pretty cool.
  21. Well to my amazement I discovered that my laptop had Photoshop V6 on it. I've been playing around with it though I am still exceptionally new to this. I watched some tutorials on youtube and I was able to change the colors of an image, but I am not pleased with it. Would anyone be willing to give advice on some touch ups or on how to color the outlines? I've been using the lasso but it's somewhat difficult to color the lines themselves. Also to note I tried to save the image but it will only let me open it up in photoshop. I also tried to attach it here but the file is way too big, and when I open the file in pictures it has all the tools on the side bars as well. I remembered taking courses on Photoshop and Illustrator in DDT but that was years ago, and I really am starting from scratch again lol. Any help or adviced would be greatly appreciated!
  22. Nicely done Odin, and it's all good, things happen. It's good to hear all is well and you're pushing forward with the game. Also great work on your figures, though I think the chest and shoulders of the V2 looks a bit rubbery it's still pretty awesome. Great job with the trach too Vguyver.
  23. Oh really? I must say I am a bit nervous after hearing that. I don't really trust Disney with things like this. They have a tendency to screw stuff up. Yeah, the whole we're fighting for freedom was pretty stupid, and it just didn't make sense. George was rushed and just wanted to make some cash off of the name sadly. I just hated the whole thing, like every episode the Jedi's won etc. It's too bad the movie version of General Grievous wasn't as awesome as he was in the Clone Wars mini series. That would of been awesome to see him take on five Jedi's at once! I just didn't like (as I said the good guys always winning, it's biased and if you know they're gonna win why watch it?). Yeah it was for kids, but I am a very, exceptionally harsh critic, even if it's meant for kids I don't think that's a green light to mess with the canon material. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the original idea for the clone wars supposed to be a clone army fighting another clone army?
  24. I too am exceptionally critical about Star Wars. I despised the Clone Wars cartoon, and the whole idea of Anakin having an apprentice? Seriously? *sighs* what were they thinking? There was no mention of her ever in the films so why even create it? The cartoon damaged the story in many ways. Having said that-I did like the concept of the Clone Wars and the whole stalemate of the battles. Droid armies vs Clone troopers, matched in every way. The Droids led by Sith Lords and the Clones by Jedi Masters. I thought it was pretty awesome. They had a really good concept but took it in the wrong direction. regrettably I also liked how General Grievous was a foreshadow of Darth Vader. The problem with the prequels was the fact that it was downgraded for kids, and it wasn't as serious as the original which was pretty dark, and about a young boy overcoming the powers of an Empire. Had they of kept that sort of vibe of an even younger boy, who was destined to do great things, but led astray by the powers of Evil I think it would of been much more successful. Episode One, of course was terrible, but it did have one of the coolest lightsaber duels. The plot itself really made no sense, but I really liked how the introduced Kenobi, I thought he looked pretty cool as an apprentice. In short Episode one was really a rerun of Episode 6.The Viceroy are in a massive Droid Carrier Battle Ship and the Emperor was in the Death Star. Both stations are destroyed as a result of a space battle. The Gungans fight the massive Droid army drawing them away from the City and the Ewoks fight the Clone Troopers drawing them away from the Shield Generator. Both primitive armies overcome the advanced armies. and of course both films have climatic Lightsaber fights. I wonder if it would of been any better if they had started Episode One already in the Clone Wars sort of how Episode 4 was already involved with the Rebellion against the Empire. There wasn't just one or two mistakes there were many problems that happened. Now am I happy about this cartoon thing? Heck no, I didn't like the cartoon of the clone wars either. If anything I think if they wanted to do a series they should of gone with a live action television series, I think that would of been much better.
  25. Yeah I thought for sure that they could regenerate tails, that was how they escaped predators, by komodo dragons can't do that I believe correct? I guess that would apply to bigger dino's as well. But what about their tongues and such, how would scientist know that they were flat like a crocs and not forked like a snake or komodos and other large reptiles? Take a deinonychus for example, one of the greatest hunters. It would track it's prey, ambush them, pack hunter, amazing eye sight, hearing and sense of smell. I don't think it'd be far fetched to believe it had a forked tongue to help it track it's prey down.
