  1. No they can't be controlled. The only reason Guyot managed to even subdue or restrain Murikami was due to them sharing a similar zoacrystal. Other than that, no Zoalord can control a Proto-Zoalord, let alone another Zoalord. It's not that Cronos does have the option to change that, but they never planned for Proto-Zoalords to rebel. They had a short life span and were test units for the real thing, they had to test the Proto-Zoalords to see if their crystals really work, so that they can produce the real thing. The only exception to all of the above is Alky's and Imakirum's unique relationship. In that case, those two are in constant contact. It's as if they are two half's of the same person, Imakirum is nothing more than an extension of Alky's. At least that was the intent, lately it was shown that even he had doubts about his own actions, though that was only because Alky was knocked out.
  2. If you want an idea about how crystals work, some of you might want to look up Quartz. They are fantastic little odd crystals that just happen to produce energy when altered. They hardly lose energy and operate on a frequency (All crystals have a frequency to sound/energy sensitivity from what I remember) that is perfect for low voltage works. They help stabilize our radio's and watches. Now imagine how much more powerful and effective Zoacrystal must me, it regulates that super body and it's full of energy. Must be one interesting structure under a microscope.
  3. Sentry and Void are pretty much in an existence of Schrödinger's cat. There are also the Heroic Age characters. Those things can destroy Exceed with ease. Actually, they could probably kill Thor easily too.
  4. The Grand High Witch from the movie "The Witches" God was she aweful... not just in disgusting looks. Her entire existence is to simply kill children. To murder them, and does so in creative ways. She's also fairly cruel to any who oppose or even irritate her as she instantly burned alive another which just for questioning her.
  5. The Thancrus was just his shape shifting ability, don't forget he was also Imakurum during that "fight". Also masqueraded as Guyver III when first attacking Sho and Mizuki. The blades he had were more or less like his Guyver imitation. Just solid sharp bony blades, but don't vibrate.
  6. Ahh wrestling. So much of my youth. I remember when Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Razor Ramon, and Ted Dibiase ruled the aired. Hell Shawn Michaels was a nobody in a tag team when I first started watching. As silly as wrestling was, I loved it. But I have to say that it's lost so much of it's appeal in that after the McMahon family fully got involved in plot, it went to hell. Literally, some of the worst wrestling plots in the last 30 years Ugh, they even have Freddy Prince Jr. as one of the writers and managers in the WWE, and the show hit rock bottom when that happened, and I haven't been able to enjoy it since. I know the WWE has had awful, terrible, and forgettable gimmicks, but once you get in the way of the wrestlers with their personalities and throw in none wrestler characters who influence too much of the plot, it's not viable. This on top of all the rehashed wrestling plots, moves, and the stranglehold older wrestlers have in the industry against upstarts is god awful. The moment WWE's competition got taken out, you ruined the industry. There is no one to keep the WWE on edge, and now talent and new plot is buffered into a slow trickling of what should of been a strong fast stream of water into the industry.
  7. When I was a kid, this from the original actually bothered me the most.
  8. Uh, You're joking right? Obama hasn't started wars, he's pulled us out of two wars that he was elected into. In Comparison we had Bush stick us in two unwarranted wars. Our involvement in Libya was UN led, and we haven't gotten involved in Syria and Ukraine in terms of aggressive war stances. You really should reevaluate what a war monger is. Now back on the topic on hand. The EU is now on Shakey ground, it's proven unable to act with Ukraine, it's now in a political crises internally outside of just the ukraine issue. It's economy is still in recovery to boot. The US on the other hand is already spread out too thin with it's various issues. Had it had ground troops in the Ukraine, it might of been a different issues. But Their bases only go as far as Germany as far as I remember. Lithuania is also recently becoming concerned with Russia. This is such a bungled international mess. You only have to look at what happened in the Hungarian revolution. No one helped, they did mostly the same as we've done today. This despite the obvious fact that Ukraine is clearly it's own sovereign nation and not a protectorate, we still don't uphold international law. Not the UN, not the EU, not the US. =(
  9. Lol, love the reference!
  10. favorite car type.
  11. Oh there are people who would fall for it.Three years ago we had a preacher claimed rapture was coming in New York, several People sold all their possessions, or used up their children's college funds, or donated everything they had. The result was obviously terrible as this ruined the lives of several people, several families. The BIGGEST kick about this? THIS IS THE THIRD TIME HE'S ANNOUNCED THIS CLAIM. *face palms* Yes, three times in a row he convinced them this would happen, and he's likely to do it again. I wish I had the articles over the criticism over it. You can have an idea about it by looking up guy's like Harold Camping. So what did we learn from the above example? That there will always be gullible people, always someone to con, always someone put their faith in you. I would prefer if humanity had moved past this, but the need to believe someone, anyone is very strong for those who are desperate. It's scary if someone randomly was given godly powers, he can abuse them so easily. =( You know, I think I want to become a videogame god. I demand gamers around the world play an MMO and dispense their hard earned videogame currencies to my digitial god avatar. XD Edit: Bonus, must see! http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-26815298
  12. Peopl Let's not forget about Islam, Evolutionist or Atheism. Labeling only a small number is a bit of bogus. Lot's of people will find excuses or reasons to deny a deity, for whatever reason. Many people already do. People want proof these days by visualization. Believing ins't seeing anymore which was the whole concept of faith. I agree that any deity coming to man claiming to be a god or goddess of some sort would most definitely be rejected though by many people, some claiming it to be a demon others may try to find a more scientific interpretation of it i.e. "an alien life form from another planet or galaxy" or something like that. Some would probably go to such an extreme just to deny the spirituality of the subject. People don't like the idea of an afterlife because they don't like the idea of being held accountable to some kind of higher being or power. I think it would take something drastic like a tyrant, as Yuki said to get the desires you speak of, worship and all. Oh but for those who would act as such, there are a great number who would fall for it. Think about how you can come to earth and claim to be a god, just show the miracles. Even if you don't show any miracles, with enough work you can convince someone you are. Like so many cults before... hell look up Hong Xiuquan, the man who claimed he was the son of god, younger brother to Jesus. God, the consequences. The christians viewed Muhammad traditionally as some fake who fooled people into betraying the true message of God. If you can fool a population with no powers, imagine what the real thing could do. Even if you were rejected, why not impersonate a god? If you don't want to pretend to be the Almighty God, or Anubis, you can pretend to be a Demi-God, or a prophet, hell you can come in super powered and call yourself the second coming of Jesus and claim to bring salvation. Or in the case of Islam, you can be Jesus AND wage war against pigs according to their passage... If you did that as a god, may I suggest the murdered pigs be canned spam instead?
  13. If I recall, Wonderwoman is a fairly brutal woman and has no qualms about killing specific villains. Do you need a little murderous intent to be worthy of wielding it? I guess it makes sense since it's a weapon, but come on. Supes is definitely worthy since he fights nearly constantly as much as any warrior and hasn't given up when others would. I find it hard to think of Sho picking it up. He's never been a warrior, though recently he's come close. Maybe he has become one, but he doesn't think like a warrior, nor does Agito. Ironically enough, Purgstal seems to actually fit the bill, and he already has Lighting Ability. XD
  14. Wait, wonder woman, but not Superman? Superman the pinnacle of goody too shoes?
  15. Good summary. I actually respect as a villain and probably one of the best ones Final Fantasy has to offer. Though my favorite in the FF series is actually Vayne, who's actually an anti-villain because his goals are to free all species from the control of false gods. But it doesn't make him that great a villain, just a tragic failure in how he goes about it. Next up. Heihachi Mishima. Okay, I know, he looks and sounds ridiculous. He's comically stupid at times, and often comical. But Who isn't in Tekken? What makes him so good as a villain is that he so freakin tough, the cog in the gears of all the conflict and pain in the series. He's the guy who threw his son off a cliff (and later into a volcano!) shot his grandson, murdered countless people, beat and trapped his own father in a basement until he died so he could steal his wealth, and to top it off, he's so evil that the Devil Gene doesn't take hold of his body like it does the rest of his family. You have to be one hell of an evil bastard when evil the Devil's power is subdued by your own evil. He get's bonus points for his funny methods of killing relatives in Tekken Endings. Examples: Note the space sandals with the second one. XD
  16. I recall another thing even bigger than The Destroyer. Some entity formed when all the Asgard God's combine. An Asgard captain planet if you will. Forgot the name.
  17. Well Loki was originally a god of fun mischief and partying, then they made him a villain during the viking age when warrior glory took over the mindset and culture. So it didn't start off as abuse. Funny huh? Now, a God is likely to be bored, but depends on the god. A long living god like Zeus got bored by his wife and was a cheater, but for the most did his duty. Ares was an efficient god of war, and when he loved he was ridiculed and humiliated. So A god is pretty much forced into his role, he can't escape it unless humanity sees him in a new light, or loses his power over the imagination of people and is forgotten or merged with another god. If you are an unseen god, a god with no name, a god unknown to man. How would you work in this world. Chances are, whatever changes you make, you'd want credit for it, respect, because we as individuals have an amount of ego.
  18. Also, Thor can take Guyver's Punches. I love guyver, but characters like Thor are so more overpowered than the Guyver. Even in Gigantic he'd have so much trouble. On the other hand, Tekkman is a Guy who can probably beat Thor around pretty easily. Anyone who can take a nuke to the face is tough enough. If you were to put Tekkaman from Twin Blades, Thor would have more issues. I'm considering Exceed Guyver might actually trump Thor though. Actually I want to see the Exceed fight the Asgard Destroyer.
  19. There is an image button in the menu above reply's. It looks like a photo. Or enter it in BBS code as <--- Put URL between that code.
  20. Oh yeah, that makes sense. Now I remember that from FFVII Crisis Core. Didn't they call it geostigma? Yup, that's the name of the decease. It apparently kills you over time if you reject it.
  21. Well, they weren't clones. Cloud and others who were infected with the same life force are essentially extensions of Jehovah. Vincent called them Papua to become another Sephiroth, even Cloud could of turned into him, but they aren't clones. More like a virus that mutates your DNA into what is Sephiroth. Doesn't make a lick of sense, but that's what they wrote.
  22. Aptom has to go and eat a few more mooks to get back into the battle. Always been curious about how he stores his bio energy.
  23. The dad's got one, creepy pose there. Awkward....
  24. I kinda liked the evil scientist who created the reborn Vincent. He's got a bit more depth than just madness. But then again, Sephiroth is filled with so much badass and so much cool factor.
  25. Yeah, it bugs me when manga starts off intelligent, but then goes completely power up mode. Naruto avoided it for a fair bit since the main character was so weak compared to other characters for so many years. But now it's gotten to the point that he's so powerful, that he has to fight a gods. Literally it started off with a demi-god, and now an actual god incarnate. Also, I am weary of every villain switching sides, or having a pity story. It's great when some characters do, but having it with every antagonist is repetitive. Really, in real life some people really are that bad, unredeemable or outright insane. I also find it awkward that in the last 3 weeks we've had so much new background and so many Deus Ex Machina plot holes thrown at us that it's almost unsettling how sloppy it feels from a writer's/reader's standpoint. Ironically enough I've been reading Feng Shen Ji. Imagine my surprise when a manga about super powered gods actually involves a kid outsmarting both them and human slavers? It was a nice surprise. It ended up going into power levels as well, but the character always goes back to being the clever, manipulative, and charismatic ass that outsmarts his opponents. Shingeki no Kyojin, Been reading it, but haven't seen the anime yet. Lot's of hype over this one, but it's really a survival story, and that stands out for me. No one goes around kicking peoples asses or is over powered, well except the titans. Wait, that isn't entirely true. The Female protagonist is freakishly strong and everyone fears her. Vinland Saga, what can I say. This thing, I love it, art style and plot. It's kinda like prince valiant meets 13th warrior, meets game of thrones. Depends on the plot arc.
