The main things that need to be remembered for Adrenaline form are Whale Motif, a Hammer (like the Dogga Hammer), and powerhouse.

You can imagine my reaction when I realized it was her. I was definitely amazed at how hot & beautiful she was. But even more to find out it was her. It explained why it appeared in the Recommended part of the YouTube main page for me. It was Kamen Rider related.
