Guyver OVA voice actors.

I was just wondering if any of the original English voice actors from the twelve episode Guyver OVA had any personal websites. I've been rewatching the series lately and remembered one of the reasons why I loved it. The voice actors for Sho, Mizuki, Tetsuro, Agito, ZX-Tole, Guyot (obey the hair!), and Enzyme were my absolutely fantastic! Tom Fahn did a wonderful job with Sho. The emotion he put into the character made him very believable. I also get a gargantuan case of the feels when ever Melissa Fahn calls out to Sho as Mizuki. Whenever I read the Guyver manga Steven Blum is always the voice that plays out in my mind for Agito. I will admit that the voice work was not always perfect, but I loved it nonetheless. The Guyver OVA was my gateway into anime, and the whole Guyver universe. I want to know about any personal websites for the voice actors because I really want to see what other series they may have worked on. I would also like the chance to personally thank them for their contributions to Guyver. I would not bother them with a long winded letter. Just a simple thank you for their work on the series that had such a profound impact on my life. If this all sounds selfish I understand and apologize. Guyver is very dear to me, and I appreciate all the work that went into it. 

 

On a side not I would also really like to get the Advocacy's opinion on the voice acting for the OVA series. Which characters did you like in the English dub?

I thought sho, mizuki and agito were good. I prefer the guyot from the later series tho. Similarly, it was my 1st real exposure to anime, for that reason, I'm sure it will always be my favourite and continue to spur my drive to continue with the slow moving storyline.

I would look on imdb myself if I were looking for info on the voice cast of the guyver.

Fun fact for you Lisker's 2005 voice actor is also Dragon Ball's Beerus

 

Sho's voice actor from the ovas has been quite a few digimon (he was the original Agumon)

Another fun fact: Agito's OVA voice actor also played the part of Wolverine in the X-Men anime.

Guyot's voice in the OVA was amazing.

 

In fact, I love most of the OVA voice acting.

 

Aptom had a real sadistic voice, which suited his character perfectly.

 

The HZT5 were voiced perfectly too.

 

It's one of the things that made watching the 2005 series hard. Not having the same voice actors (and soundtrack) made it much less enjoyable for me.

 

Growing up with the OVA, whenever I picture Sho, Agito, Mizuki and Tetsuro... All I hear in my head is the OVA voice actors.

I actually prefer the 05 Hyper voices except for Thancrus. I really liked Thancrus's voice in the OVA. But I also liked Genzo's voice in the OVA as well. I liked Risker/Lisker's 05 voice better, but Murakami and Aptom are tied for me with both. But everyone else, I enjoyed in the OVA better.

 

I don't know. Many of the OVA Zoanoid voices sound too weird/whinny/highpitch. But the 05 Zoanoid voices sound more aggressive and monstrous. I always liked Guyot's OVA voice though. Just so sinister and sadistic!
