December 23, 201411 yr Well, the new figma is smaller than i thought. he's so fragile to pose, and that peg stand that presses into his back gave me the sh1t's so bad. i was just about to throw him into a bonfire, 'cause the hole in his back is so shallow that he comes loose and falls off when you try to adjust him. but after heating up my soldering iron and acouple of JD's, who cares? here's some pics.
December 23, 201411 yr mine came today also from a distance it looked smart but the shoulders seemed fragile and brittle, As i started to to rotate other parts was not impressed looks like this ones gonna stay in the box.

January 5, 201511 yr hay, yeah. i was thinking, is it just me or does the scale of the new figma better suit the bfw's compared to previous g1 in representing the size from the manga.

Thank you for your response and tip about filing down the ball joint. That's unfortunate that this is a common problem. The ball joint is really stuck in there. I'm going to have to power drill a small screw and yank it out with nose pliers or something. Kind of odd that the opening for the full helmet head is a bit smaller than the image head. I'm using simple paper tape on the image head and shaped it to fit the neck slot. It's holding up for display purposes for now.

I looked all over the internet and I can only find few of those thing and they are extra expensive ! I got the new Guyver 1 figma but I'd love to have the rest without paying $300+ for a single figure. is there like a website that sells all these stuff that I don't know about ? like the hyper zoanoid team 5 ! I didn't know they had figures for them :/ oh that's such a beauty I swear.

The prices on eBay are crazy, but you'll find most of them available there.... Your only cheaper option, other than finding a seller directly through the forum/etc. is YAJ with a proxy service or using Mandarake Japan's second hand store: http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/search.do?action=keyword&doujin=all&keyword=ガイãƒãƒ¼&searchStrategy=keyword But you'll need a lot of patience and item often sell out within an hour of going up.....and the prices are still high, but probably the cheapest you'll find as thats Japanese market prices.....

February 14, 201511 yr Yeah, Manda ship internationally, I use them quite a lot and they offer different shipping methods as well. A couple publishers have released Guyver in English over the years, but only up until volume 10.....After that the license seems to have been dropped, and so far no one else has picked it up.....still hoping for someone to eventually!! good luck grabbing some Bio Fighters

February 19, 201511 yr At long last I have all the 1:12 scale Guyver's. i likey alot. now all you have to do is build a huge family/rumpus room extension on the rear of the house to create a killer display of everything or pitch a tent in the backyard for the kids to live in so to use their bedrooms, LOL.
