September 8, 201312 yr Apollyon shows up in mid meeting removing his helmet to reveal... One of Sho's friends from the first volume!!! No, it's the Truck Driver, out for revenge and damages to his big rig.
September 9, 201312 yr he has a point, no death is ever confirmed unless we see the actual corpse... and even then it could still be a body double zoanoid. XD
September 9, 201312 yr good theories here. it is true that we have seen some characters apparently dead but came back. guyot did it. anyhow, I always did think there was something suspect about that truck driver. I really think you're onto something. I mean the look in the corner of his eye suggested something and I was never quite sure what. it's possible that we may finally have an answer. it was a little bit convenient that he picked up the test type just at the exact moment we joined the story. coincidence maybe? or was it on purpose! yes I think it was a little bit too convenient that this truck driver met up with malmot just exactly as we started reading guyver. he was there at the beginning. and he definitely paid way too much attention to malmot's bag. it's almost as if he knew something. it could have been sports apparel, but he knew more than he was letting on.
September 10, 201312 yr My impression of the truck driver was that he picked up a shady character just to try to get in on his shady business, at least in the manga.
September 11, 201312 yr My impression of the truck driver was that he picked up a shady character just to try to get in on his shady business, at least in the manga. In agreement. Turned out he was just some hoodlum to begin with. Though to be fair, he probably didn't deserve to have a freakin truck pile drived on his body.
September 11, 201312 yr Malmot was in pain, scared out of his mind, and in the ova (or 12 episode series) he was soaking wet. After getting beat up and robbed I'd say his reaction was totally acceptable.
September 14, 201312 yr Acceptable indeed. Hey, this made me wonder if Zoanoids suffer a mental breakdown if the process wasn't completed. Interesting idea to look into.
