Kamen Rider Decade broadcast episode discussion

well, then it makes no sense, as narutaki didn't summon onyx, the american kamen rider, from kamen rider dragon knight.

he summoned ryuga, from kamen rider ryuki. as evidenced wen he shouted ryuga to protect him from diend.

they are two different characters, and it is in the rules about calling japanese things by their american names.

No Spam. Ignorant comments fall under this category. (for example "woot! cartoons!" in the Anime section or "WOOT! power rangers" in the Sentai section.)

the same rule applies to kamen rider and all toku. if he had summoned onyx, then the rider would of been speaking american, but he wasn't.

I did notice that the slots in Diend is the complete opposite of Decades. Like Decade had the slots in his face while Diend has it in his eyes. I don't know, I just thought I'd point it out. Now I'm wondering what kind of Riders Diend can summon. We all know that Decade can transform into the main riders, does this mean Diend can only summon support riders like Ixa?

Actually, he can summon main Riders as well as he summoned Kiva to fight against Ryuuga

note: if you haven't watched kamen rider faizu and don't want it spoiled, don't watch dcd this week or last week and don't read these posts.

somthing i am unsure about.. i dunno if i like it or not..

in this faizu world... there doesn't seem to be any major imbalance. I think it is poorly thought out, they are concentrating so much on diend, they have neglected faizu.

this makes the other worlds and hence the other series' seem more important.

i feel like this faizu world is really lame. I remember kamen rider faizu and i loved it.

especially takumi inui. but this takumi is absolutely nothing. he may as well be invisible.

the characters are so weak in these past two episodes, they may as well not have hopped into any world at all.

also, I think it is really wrong of them to have such blatant spoilers of the series faizu. they didn't have teh major events from ryuki series.

the things that happen towards teh end of the series and are shock spoilers, they should not be put into dcd in my view. it really cheapened it a lot.

bobby if you call a character by a name in ANOTHER SERIES, people won't know what you are talking about and you just look like an idiot. dekared is actually trying to prevent you looking idiotic.

i just watched episode 10 and i agree with ryuki on this. faiz was really cheapened here. i had a similar problem with blade and the joker.. atleast they seperated joker into two different entities.... that way it still a big deal when you find out who chalice really is in the orginal series... but faiz... they went ahead and exposed takumi as a orphenoch in the first episode of of faiz's world, thats a huge spoiler... i was letting my friend watch decade but im gonna have to make him stop until he sees the older series... i have too much respect of the orginial series to have them spoiled to a new comer like this. and i love decade so far to so im a bit bummed i cant share it with him.

kuuga didnt give away neary any detail about the show.

kiva was a complete twist. no similarites to decades kiva at all.

ryuki was also a twist, the rider war was public and encouraged. also a nice alternate way to veiw the ryuki's world.

blade was ok. it really didnt have that many similarites to the older series, just the joker. i was even ok with them using the board company to charge people for protection.

faiz... it has an empty feeling to it.. they only thing i like without a doubt, was the lucky clover students... im not sure i was thirlled with the students calling them the lucky clover... to me, that title should be a secert.. but thats just me. and like ryuki said... this takumi is just sad... but the girl looks just like the old yuka! in the very least she bares a strikingly strong resemblence to her!

right, the two girls in faiz were called yuka osada, and mari sonoda.

the girl in decade is called yuri tomoda, so i think she is a wierd mix of the two girls, and maybe someone else (wondering where the "tom" comes from)

if we could see the kanji that they use for their names you might find they substituded one of the readings, we might be able to see.

i know durendal brought up an excellent theory, but what if the destroyer of worlds means he has to bring all the worlds together? thus destroying the independency and the seperation of each one?

The Shouichi this time - Does he wear G3, then becomes Gills, and evolves into Agito?

I heard that he might do all 3 that's why. If he does, he'll be the first one to have three different Riders, right?

( I don't think Decade really counts for that cause the series is like that)

yep, shouichi ashikawa is rumoured to start as g3, then becomes gills, but then evolves from this imperfect agito form into the true agito.

wow, what a shocking end to the episode... tsukasa about to get rider kicked by delta with lucifer's hammer! and i KNEW i had seen exceed gills in last weeks preview, instead of ordinary gills.

and i hope they don't miss out on the chance to have kuuga and agito on the same screen

Yeah, I realized that about Kusaka right after I asked, lol

Ep.12 - What Gills did at the end had me rofl for a while. They should make the belts more theft-proof during fights.

You would think so but if they did that then it'd be harder to defeat the more powerful Rider opponents when you sneak up on them.

I actually liked this episode. It was much better than both episodes of the Faiz world arc and the last episode of the Blade world arc combined. Much better written. The only thing they did wrong was in the first scene with Kivalla,

they made her CG for a moment but then went back to "plain ol' toy on an invisible stick and line" version

I never paid attention to agito, only in that hyper battle video and i thought agito was really cool in that.

now in this episode, I thought g3x was so awesome.

that suit has such a cool design.

awesome, looks like the fourth Den-O movie ties up with the series

There's a possibility of the plot for Den-O's world not changed at all due to singularity points and timeline avoidance theories.

Too bad we won't see Tsukasa breakdance when possessed by Ryuutaros
