September 19, 20169 yr Like the sound of that little booklet. I'm surprised they've gone through this much effort for this film though. You'd think they'd just skip straight to Dark Hero. I can only hope that when they eventually release that on blu ray they give it similar treatment.

September 25, 20169 yr Author I agree that is a nicer "Guyver" cover. But It's the special edition contents I'm after with this release (as there actually has something compared to the old US DVD release). While it's not the best cover, it's still cool and better than having Mark Hamill on the cover.
September 27, 20169 yr Have to agree with Unit G on the cover art. I suppose if I can't enjoy the quality of the art, I at least like what it represents - that they were willing to commission an artist to do some brand new artwork for the film.
September 27, 20169 yr enother funny thing is that the gore parts of the blueray movie are lower quality, i wonder why, mybe those parts could not put in full HD because they do not have those parts on films ? i'm wondering i remember my vhs did't have gore parts... bye the way the movie on blueray is super! u notice stuff u didn't on vhs Edited September 27, 20169 yr by UnitG
September 27, 20169 yr Perhaps the gore would have to have had special effects added, when brought in to HD, they looked terrible, so we're left as they are? I'm hoping to get it soon, once my bank balance looks a little better!
November 2, 20169 yr Yay! I know this film is pretty bad in general, let alone as a Guyver adaptation but this was the first Guyver thing I ever saw so I'll be getting this for nostalgia reasons alone.
December 13, 20169 yr Author Mine arrived today as I was leaving for work! I've not had a chance to even open the wrapper. Tonight I'll put some pictures up. Funny thing is at the moment I'm going through a Star Wars rewatch of the second produced trilogy before I go to see Rogue One this Thursday morning (at 12:01 am!). The thing I find funny is I'll be watching a movie tonight which is most famous for having Mark Hammel in it and that he doesn't like
