guyverfanatic Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 Has anyone else seen this movie? I dragged my wife along to see it with me. She enjoyed it very much. I thought it was the best damn movie I have seen all year! It's the highest rated movie of all time on IMDB.com http://www.imdb.com/chart/top Quote
Guyver_Astray Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 It wsa F**king awesome! It is by the far the best movie. The Joker was insane, and perhaps the best character in the whole movie! Quote

Resurrected1 Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 MY wife, me and two other friends of ours went to go see it and we all loved it. I mean Heath Ledger was so sadistic in that role, but funny in a dark way. Couldn't believe they even brought in that second baddy. I mean . . . damn Quote
largo Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 It was so freak'n good that I can't find the words to describe how good it was. Quote
Juggernought Posted July 23, 2008 Posted July 23, 2008 It's definitely going to the forefront of my dvd collection and placed in a protective casing... This movie topped all records...$18 million at the midnight viewing alone and $155 million in the first weekend in the US alone.... Quote
OnyxPhoenix Posted July 23, 2008 Posted July 23, 2008 Have not seen it yet, plan to soon, butw/ all the reviews and comments on this bad boy, here's my opinion: LONG LIVE THE DARK KNIGHT, THE CAPED CRUSADER, DEFENDER OF GOTHAM . . . . B A T M A N !!! Later. Quote
McAvoy Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 I was on the Roosevelt when it came out. I will be going today. I heard it is a religious experience. Quote
largo Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 It is most defenintly a releigious experience. I have been converted over to the way of the joker Quote
McAvoy Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 I saw it just an hour ago. Definitely religious in the same way of black and white good and evil and little to no grey in between. Quote
*zeo Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 Well, when it comes to life and death there is rarely room for much gray... The next movie may confuse some viewers though... Two Actors who apparently died in this one are still contracted to do the next movie!!! But the exact details won't be revealed until the next movie is ready for release in 2-3 years from now. Quote
Thunder Demon1472669266 Posted August 5, 2008 Posted August 5, 2008 It's a good movie, I'll give you that. I haven't seen a movie that had me so riveted to my seat like that in a long time. Longer than I'd ever care to admit. Ledger had the Joker down so pat, it wasn't just scary, it's was freaking creepy. I mean, that would be what nightmares are made of. Quote
Sully Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 It was a great movie, "I can make this pencil disapear" was both funny and scary all at the same time Quote
McAvoy Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 That was great. I also liked the blowing up the hospital scene as well. At first he looked like "Is that all?" then hits the controller then gets startled by the ever more increasing explosions. Quote
