Well, hello there everyone, many of you do not know who I am but for those who do, you know that whenever I'm around things start happening =)

It came to my attention yesterday thanks to my dear friend Matt that this web forum is more or less dead. Looking over it today, I can totally agree with that. So, I was talking with Matt yesterday and I came up with a great idea.

This forum needs more attention, it needs more interaction than what we are already having and in my eyes, the only way to do this is to go one step further than what is currently being done.

Brian, you know me, I have to speak my mind and you know I always have a good idea when I really put my mind to it and this is most deffinately a good idea. So, here is my idea.

Matt and I decided that the best way to get this forum going again is to pull it into an interactive enviornment and so within the next couple weeks, I am planning on getting ready to launch "The Guyver Clan" on Final Fantasy 11 aka Online. This forum needs to be more in touch with one another and the best way of doing this is pulling an element of fun into it, thus where the game comes in.

Now, I know I know, many of you don't have computers that can handle such a game and I apologize if this inconveniences you but for those of you who do have computers that can handle the game, tell us about it. We want to know how many of you will join us in this push for a more fun and interactive forum. If you already have a Final Fantasy Online Account and are willing to change over from one server to another, let us know.

Here are the terms and conditions so far:

1) Must have Final Fantasy Online + Final Fantasy Online Expansion

2) Must be willing to change to the server ASURA (Asura will be the server we are going to be on)

The Guyver Clan will be started in about two weeks, if you want to come join us in this new step for fun and adventure then please respond ASAP. I will take the names and emails of all who are interested and during this time anyone willing to help out with building a Guild website would greatly be appreciated.

I think that Mistress Seven means the PC version of the game not too sure about that.

Is FF11 a sole online game or can you play offline to?

As long as it doesn't interfere with the forum in its current guise, it sounds cool.

as for replacing it thats a big NO WAY that would be alienating far too many people (including myself who uses library computers for the net).

Questions:

1. Rize of the Zilart or Chains of Promethia expansion?

2. Are you going to put us in a Link Shell?

3. Guild Website? Do you mean something that that gives character levels, class, abillities and Stats?

It's an mmorpg (Massive Multiplayer Online RPG) so it's online only.

well, i might not be joining either depending on if they still charge for playing online, im not paying to play a computer game online you already gotta pay for the game, plus the damn expansion packs, so playing it should be free. not to mention im already paying for the net connection. pay for the games + pay for the net should = Free online play.

I'll not be joining this as I've no intention of buying FF11 for a long time. Next game on my list is Halo II. As for playing clan games and Guyver there is something there I don't see. What this board and site needs is quite simple. For the WG.com team and I to get off our lazy asses and update the site. And keep it up to date. It's that simple.

Ditto for Sully. Take your time and give us a nice ThanksGiving package to read and enjoy over the hollidays.

As for the clan, it sounds like a neat idea and would love to see, but i've not bought FF11 and have no plans to for PC or PS2.
