WarriorZoalord Posted May 18, 2004 Posted May 18, 2004 It was "The Guyver" that was the director's cut, according to the first post, and As for Riven's question, I dunno what has been cut, cause I haven't seen the director's cut anything yet. Quote

Guest Posted June 9, 2004 Posted June 9, 2004 I was reading about this in a trade magazine at the video store I work at... the Guyver 2 DVD has no bonus features at all, but I plan to order both movies through work. Quote
McAvoy Posted June 13, 2004 Posted June 13, 2004 The one thing that bothers me is that they renamed Guyver: Dark Hero into Guyver 2. Which is fine. But in the first movie they still put Mark Hamil as the Guyver according to the cover. He didn't really star in that movie, it was Jack Armstrong. Mark Hamil was only a supporting actor... Quote

Yeah, but Hamil is a famous actor and having his name on the cover would have at least pulled in a few unsuspecting viewers/ Quote
Guest Posted June 13, 2004 Posted June 13, 2004 Do you actually 'Want' people to see the first movie? It actually makes people think Guyver is stupid, which in turn hurts sales of the second movie and the manga. Quote
Guest Posted June 19, 2004 Posted June 19, 2004 http://www.playusa.com are now taking preorders for both titles priced @ ?11.99 each, with free shipping to the UK. I've already ordered mine Quote
Guyver's bane Posted June 20, 2004 Posted June 20, 2004 This is awesome news. My guyver1 vhs was screwing up, but that guy on the cover was'nt the guyver. He was the cop (Max) who Dr.Balcus forced to transform, but ended up killing him because he wasn't completed. Why is his picture on there? Quote
Guest Posted June 20, 2004 Posted June 20, 2004 That guy was Mark Hamil who played Luke Skywalker, he was stuck on the front to try and give the film some credit and star power. Quote
