That is the Anubis Orbital Frame(this series mech name) from Zone of the Enders fame. My sig has the face of the Jehuty OF. You should play the games as they are quite good.

Remember the first ZOE game Spleach? I kept shouting "Genki Dama!" every time I used Jehuty's charged energy orb attack.

I prefer their newer armors from the Message OVA to their old ones as they look more traditional.

I haven't seen any of the OVAs yet.

Both Sunrise and Bandai released them on DVD in English a few years ago. Early 2000's I think.

There's the 2 episode OVA 1, Gaiden, which takes place in New York and Los Angelus.

There's the 3 episode OVA 2, Legend of the Inferno Armor, which takes place in Shinjuku and then later in Africa.

Then there's the final OVA 3, Message, which is 5 episodes long. Each episode is about a different Trooper and them getting their new Armors.

Out of those 3, OVA's 2 & 3 are the best/

I watched most of the English episodes. I even named a team of Autobots after their ranks. Wildfire, Halo, Torrent, Hard Rock & Strata.
