  2. Type in Guyver in the search function.
  3. LOL! No, there is http://www.hlj.com too, other than that, I have no idea.
  4. http://www.hlj.com or Ebay. But you will most likely get ripped off on ebay.
  5. Ebay is every guyver fan's friend.
  6. The live action Guyver movies came out yesterday on dvd here in the US. So, now we won't complain about owning editted versions.
  7. Well my computer isn't that great, soooo.... I think I'm gonna wait til it's ported to the next gen gaming console. Which could be a long wait for me.
  8. Witchblade Anime Series Licensed Top Cow Will Publish Witchblade Manga in the U.S. August 16, 2004 One of the major announcements at the Top Cow panel at Wizard World Chicago was the licensing of Witchblade to the Japanese studio Gonzo Digimation (Blue Submarine #6, Last Exile, Burst Angel) for the production of a 26-episode anime TV series. Matt Hawkins of Top Cow told ICv2 that Gonzo would drop the character of Sara Pezzini, the heroine of the American comics and TV series, in favor of a Japanese policewoman, who comes into possession of the mystical blade. Hawkins told ICv2: "What they wanted from us, was a creative document that would lay out the boundaries of what they could and couldn't do with the character. So we actually spent three months drafting this 8-page document saying what they could and couldn't do. It (the anime series) will probably be racier than what we have done with the character. I am not sure whether they are looking at a PG-13 or a more mature viewer rating, but it's something that will probably have a little more limited distribution in the U.S. because of that." Hawkins told ICv2 that, although Top Cow has a lot of items in the media hopper, "Of all the things that are going on in various media with our properties, the Witchblade anime is probably the thing I am most excited about, because I know it's going to happen. A million TV and film deals come and go, but these guys are already meeting with directors and getting things underway already...They have a deal with Kodansha, who will bring out a manga series based on the anime in a coordinated launch, probably late next year. The great thing about the stuff they do with the manga is -- we will be able to publish it here in the same way that we did that deal with Semic (the French Publisher) where what they published with our characters, we published over here." http://www.icv2.com/articles/home/5520.html

  12. Well I never played the games (since the controls suck ass), so I don't care if they treat the main character like a super hero.
  13. It hasn't even been released yet my friend... 9/10/04 is when it is released.
  14. Biggest load of BS ever. I mean, didn't the Guyver manga start before that movie by a couple of years?
  15. Nope, but is that the reason people see it anyway? Did you like the movie Matt?
  16. Has anyone seen this yet? I saw a later showing in the day since I had to work from 6 AM - 3 PM, but this movie was quite good. It's not perfect but it had some awesome fight scenes like the first predator and alien duking it out. (kinda made me dizzy though, camera movement was too fast ). Some scenes which the crowd cheered for: *The third surviving Predator killing a face hugger in mid-air and an alien afterward with a new weapon. *THe predator and human teaming up *The Predator jumping behind the queen, swinging and stabbing her in the neck with his staff That's about it. Anyway, go and watch the movie, it's good stuff.
  17. Anyone seen this yet? I saw last Friday with my buddy Winston. It was very well done and I would like to see Tom Cruise as a bad guy more often.
  18. I wanted to see this movie, but I ended up forgetting. I guess I'll just have to rent it when it comes out on dvd.
  19. Time to get plastered my friend!
  20. The Guyver vol. 22 arrived at Kinokuniya Books. Now I have to wait til Thursday and I'll have my own copy. Edit: Bought it today. Man, it's awesome. I loved seeing GGD kick some ass and seeing Balcus see what'shisname as a plant. Plus, seeing Sho transform in mid-air was uber cool.
  21. WTF is with these car commercials?!?!?!? And of course, the usual fandango.com (Century) & movietickets.com (AMC)....
  22. hehehe, oops. Forgot i even posted in this thread. Anyway, the movie was kick ass and I enjoyed it a lot.
  23. I just saw this movie today with my buddy Winston and I thought it was quite good. What are your thoughts folks?
  24. Are you gonna sell 'em on ebay to reach a wider amount of people?
  25. I'd have to agree with Matt. Agito cares for no one but hilself. He will go whatever lenghts to get what wants at any cost. I can see the series ending with a Guyver I vs Guyver III duking it out.
