You know for some reason I'm not surprized that Evil Aptom doesn't have all his powers and it makes sense that Guyver I didn't get his hand burnt off when he crushed Aptom's hand. Maybe Aptom didn't have his body set to "Enzyme" or Takaya just didn't think about that. I'd have to agree with daveblackeye15's hypothesis, the zoalord who is controlling Aptom doesn't know the full extent of Aptom's powers so he isn't able to use him to his full potential.

My Taiwanese buddy is goiong to translate the Chinese manga for me as soon as it arrives. and I got the Chinese version of Visual Datafiles which he will translate too. So we'll be able to read them soon enough. Now I just need someone to host them when they are done.

As I mentioned before, a sequel is usally done within a year of the previous anime and well.... more than a decade has past, so this more of a dream. I wouldn't count on it.

ANother thing to point out is that The Guyver is a very underrated show. Not many fans in the US and probably not a whole lot in Japan either. The majority of the time for there to be a sequel, it has to be within a year of the previous TV/OVA/movie etc. Well it has been 14 years since OVA 3. Don't count on it my friend, because it probably won't happen.

He's already killed Zentsui in vol. 21. One down, two to go.

Chaos/Evil Aptom. just the same. Evil Aptom only has fought Guyver 1 & Bio-Freezer. Guyver III is busy fighting the three zoalors, with one dead and 2 more to go.

Try volume 19 guys. That's when he becomes Chaos Aptom or Evil Aptom.

So, it's been about 5 months since vol. 21 came out in Japan. That means about one more month before vol. 22 comes out. Does anyone know an exact date when it will be released?
