Yes, it's called Dune II: Battle for Arrakis, it's a port from original PC Dune 2, but it have it's own graphics.

I love first person view and don't like third person view, I just don't understand it, it's almost always too unrealistic (like you can see what's behind the corner) and I can't feel the character.
