  1. This is just to further examplify Zeo's point http://www.marveldatabase.com/Strength_Scale
  2. Dost mine ears decieve me... that soundth faguely like a challenge?
  3. Too true, Blood 'ol chap. We're pretty stable (if the razors edge of insanity can be called that) and friendly and always looking for new people to fla---- I mean play with. But, yeah although we've orginitated here alas all birds must leave the nest and spred thier wings, so if rp'ing is in your eye then your better voicing your concerns over there. (Every child must respect the home from whence they came and this is no different). So yeah, you get a chance, drop by and POST what you need help with. Can't help ye if ye not be heard. So good luck and good hunting.
  4. Sweet. I had totally forgot that he was a Repo. Being that each one has a different ability based from the original it'll cool to see what numero uno has up his sleeve.
  5. I also noticed in his df that the Darmon backup system was enhanced with the W'Kar's energy draining system. Could this combination of technology be the reason for these "fetishes"? I think so. I think the energy draining properties of both systems supplementing each other is what we can attribute this to.
  6. I was wondering, after looking at Gilgamesh's pic in the art work section, what exactly is the deal with his Gravity Orb. It reminds me of a binary star. Does that have an effect on his control of his weapons, defenses, and power syphoning? Or is it purely aesthetic in form and function?
  7. It does here I'll show you: Direct Cybernetic Interface: Extremis has fused Stark's armor to his body, allowing him to store the inner layers of the Iron Man armor in the hollows of his bones as well as control it through direct brain impulses. He has direct control over the communication devices, scanning equipment, and recording devices located in his helmet. Wireless Communication: He is also able to remotely connect to external communications systems such as satellites, cellular phones, and computers throughout the world. Improved Response Time: Because the armor's operating system is now directly connected to Stark's nervous system, its response time has been significantly improved. Superhuman Reflexes: The Extremis armor grants him superspeed reactions Regenerative Systems: ability to heal himself and repair the armor All of these abilities were brought on by the Extremis not the armor. It should be noted that Extremis a procedure that brought these abilities on, not an armor. The armor specs can be found below. http://www.marveldatabase.com/Extremis_Armor
  8. By no means am I implying that it wouldn't be a good fight. I do think it would. I just think that without some form of communique between Guyver CM and Tony, it'll be hard for him to get inside so to speak. Besides that, it'll be a good 'ol brawl. Remember, Iron Man's armor is composed of crystalized iron and other metal segments held together in magnetic fields. The pressure cannon might play alitlle havoc on those fields given it's miniature (gravity) singularity properties. Also the energy blades you speak of were in past itterations of Tony's armor. The current arsenal as per the database is as follows, but is not to say as vol4 goes on he won't update it as he is so prone to doing: http://www.marveldatabase.com/Iron_Man_(Tony_Stark)
  9. All valid points. I believe the CM works or is empowered by nueral impulses. Which is why it needs a host with a brain to function as a deviece. No brain and the unit reverts to a dormant non operating dormant state. This leads me to believe that the CM works interacting with the host nueral impulses to transmit and recieve data toa and from the unit to cm to host and vice a versa. To has shown a great aptitude for understanding and manipulating all forms of programming but has yet shown the ability to "hack" the worlds most sophisticated piece of computing hardware... the human brain. I'm thinking Tony has got the programing thing down, but with out an access point to the prgraming he's as a baseball player in the stands. He can't do squat with it. Remember, all these things you speak of Tony doing remotely is all due to the fact that what he is interacting with transmited and recieved data. The Guyver neither transmits or recieves anything. It's all one unit. There is no need for any signals to be broadcasted becuase the Unit is directly controlled by host nueral impulses. Not only that but the unit backs up the host mind from and up to the point of death effectively becoming a second primitive type brain until the host brain regenerates. Here are some links that might further illustrate some of my points about Iron Man and wolverine's healing ability: These are Tony speaking about his under sheath: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/im-05-018.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/im-05-019.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/im-05-020.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/im-05-022.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/im-05-023.jpg This goes to show that Tony needs a communication system setup to interact with whatever Technology. No form of communication, no form of interaction. I mean, you don't see him calling her on her watch. Why? Cause there's no way to connect to the watch. No way to transmit data to it or recieve data from it. Now if he was aboard a Relic while the Guyver was piloting it that might be different. But then again, the Relic is also alive so thats something to think about to, just as the Guyver armor is alive. He doesn't have technokinesis or is he technopathic. He is now in a sense a really powerful SATCOM system. He can mentally jack in to WAN networks and other forms of wireless communication. Case in point, if he jack into any programming why didn't he just take control of the Crimson Dynamo's armor? (good issue by the way. I like the way he makes a smart remark about winning the bid on that antiquity peice). Even his profile on Marveldatabas.com goes as far to say that it's wireless communication systems he has access to. These next 5 are in order as they appear in the comic to show just how bad@$$ Wolverine is: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/Wolverine48-008.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/Wolverine48-009-010.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/Wolverine48-011.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/Wolverine48-012.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v226/Mathyus_Cyryus/Wolverine48-013-014.jpg Here the pics speak for themselves.
  10. Yeah, Wolverine had alot more to work with... a brain and some eye's. Funtionaly speaking that does the same as the CM, but in terms of mass he had alot more cells to start with. The only way I could see Iron Man really standing a chance at a Guyver is if he was able to get his hands on some Shiar tech or maybe get infected with the Technark or Phallanx techno/transmode virus. A deeper leve of integration is needed between man and machine for it to compare against the sophistication of a bio mechanical unit like the Guyver.
  11. Iron Man can only reach the +100 class if properly supplied with energy. Without it he rates as around a 90 class. Click here to see what I'm saying. http://www.marveldatabase.com/Iron_Man_(Tony_Stark) And also, the liquid like under suit he wears in the armor isn't SKIN as SKIN is succeptable to Ultron, which is why he abandoned that armor design and opted for the Tin Man Armor afterwards. It is in fact the actual undersheath that has been supercompressed and stored in the hollows of his bones (as stated in Iron Man vol4 #5 pt.5 of 6 of the Extremis 6 parter and also stated at this web link http://www.marveldatabase.com/S.K.I.N._Armor). I really don't see the Guyver having much of a tough time with Tony. Granted, Tony is almost Omnipotent when it comes to manipulating the Infosphere(for lack of a better word), but the Guyver doesn't run by electronics, radio wave, or satelite linkage. If it was Cyber Guyver then there would be contention, but the regular Unit G is pretty much thought run'd. Even the way they communicate with each other through the organisms on there back is purely telepathic, again no short rf burst or UHF transmissions.... just thought. There's no real way for Tony to gain access to the CM without being telepathic instead of being technopathic. http://www.marveldatabase.com/Wolverine_(James_Howlett) (here's alittle look at Wovies abilities. Someone should come up with a wiki for the guyver like this ) And as far as the Wolverine vs. Iron Man regeneration. In the Civil War story line, Wolvie was blasted by Nitro to such a degree that he had now muscle, neverous, or epidermal system left. All that remained was his skeleton, his eye's (not really sure how they survived), and his brain. Inside of a hour or two he regrew his ENTIRE body. That's very impressive even by Guyver standards. Full regrowth from a CM takes up and over 11 hours, Wolvie did it in +2. Iron Man made a comment (more of a challenge) to Wolvie to see who healed faster, but never made good on it( also in the Civil War arc). Don't get me wrong... I love everything Marvel and I'm not biased either way, they are both charecters I have come to enjoy quite thuroughly, But in all fairness in a Guyver vs Iron Man... I'd have to say that the Guyver wins ( it might be a good fight, but the Guyver has it. If it was a protracted battle and the Guyver didn't use Megasmasher after activating the Blast Shield in close proximity it might be different.) And a healing contest between Wolverine and Iron Man... well my monies on the Old Man, Bub.
  12. That wasn't directed at you Zeo1234, it was directed at ultimate W'Kar.
  13. That maybe true.....BUT, Anubis wouldn't of even happened if it wasn't for Jason's (Dreadnaught's) interference in thier universe/dimension or what may have you. Wether intentional or unintentional 'ol Dready had a part to play in the unfolding of events that led to Anubis's creation.
  14. ohmanohmanohmanohman. A SECOND True W'Kar. Oh man, things are about to get hectic. Will the mistakes from the first be repeated in this new model. Are we trading the devil we don't know for the evil we do? I mean, the psyche is a very sensitive thing and combined with this very powerful unit. Could spell disaster. Even if a Creator gets the Unit, it could still be bad. But me thinks it'll be good ol' Sho who gets it. I hope so at least. I'm not sure that they ever specified how he died and from what I just read it appears that Grend finished him off. Being a Creator and all it would stand to reason with the right resources that he could save a seperated host body from death...or taken the mindwiped body, tinkered with it to be the perfect soldier then gave it the Unit W M2? who nows? I know I'll be there when we find out.
  15. Yessir!! Good times await us Guyver fans. I've got my popcorn ready for what I believe is gonna be one heckuva sit for a read, as will be true for the rest of the upcoming updates.
  16. Kudos to both of you. Great work, great work indeed.
  17. No...you meant meat
  18. With everything that has been said in reference to to Jason. I think that there is much more to him than is outwardly apperent. As W'Kar is a Multiversed inclined being, could not the same be said for Jason later on. I mean, he could be influencing dimensional barriers on a subconscious level. That has pretty far reaching implications by itself.
  19. Man, Zeo1234, that's pretty much the long and short of it there. The whole thing about overlapping paradoxes is the same picture I was trying to paint with the whole knot thing. And it's funny how you mentioned he noticed or sensed the disturbances more clearly than the others around because he's the nexus of them, I wonder if the current incarnation of the timeline is trying to further perserve itself (and the paradoxes) by making events happen to give Jason access to Matrix (and the ensueing time/dimensional travel abilities) which allows him to further dabble his hand in the time stream ( or for a better example whirlpool)?
  20. That what I was trying to say you just said it better than me. That what I was trying to say when i was talking about Jason going back and perpetuating his own timeline. He started it and preserved it by going back in the past. Like largo said, his future curved in on itself to the point of him going back in time and preserving itself.
  21. I beg to differ. The whole thing of which came first Jason or the GZ war is pretty mute. The fact that Jason went back in time to facilitate the birth of this time line is pretty evident which is why it's a paradox. Which cam first the chicken or the egg? Think of Time as a a straight line up into the GZ war. At that point the line of time got tangled into ,oh lets say, a knot. Being that the knot was made due to Jason going back, instead of working its way out, it instead went off on a tangent into the WG universe. Doing thus, validifies and enables the action of Jason going back to be true, hence the pardox. Maybe Jason , wether directly or indirectly, has become a temporal anomaly, a proverbial stone causing ripples in the pond.
  22. Since the infraction all started back with the GZ war, I think the what the underlieing message is is that because a supposed to happen calamity was avoided, it gave birth to individuals who can cause another ie a Matrix Enhanced Warrior Guyver (we all know that wasn't supposed to happen) and how many other Matrix Enhanced beings since 7DOH. Now Jason isn't the only one to contend with. Now there will be more ants breathing fire in the Kreegen's house all willy-nilly like and I'll bet my tukis that they will give less than a nevermind then Jason did. If anything, if I was the Kreegen, I would try to enlist Jason's help in trying to maintain the status quo instead of trying to kill him off. Quick question concerning him as a paradox, if he was to die doesn't that unravel the paradoxs he wrought. Being that he is the nexus of them all, wouldn't that unravel some serious weavings in the multiverse in a oh not so good manner. Are the Kreegen acting more out of Pride and Fear then anything else. I mean, based on intentions and abilities alone, Allen (as he a masses more and more power, nvm a evil Jason((the originator of all the Kreegens problems from jump street)) has Jason beat by a few AU's if you ask me. Forget who's following the rules, I'd be more worried about who can do the most damage when they do break the rules, in my opinion.
  23. Good question. I think it would need to shunt it at a fast pace. I mean, to grow to such a size means alot of stored energy drawn in at a fast pace. I'm sure Sho didn't take months to get to that size and won't take that long to shrink back. So I figure the rate of expunging that energy is in direct relation to how fast he returns to his normal size (which should be pretty fast considering how fast he grew that tall). From what I believe, a regular human boosted vessel can only handle so much before a volatile reaction ensues. That leads me to believe that one of two things will happen. 1) he devolpes a new weapon as a form of release of all that stored energy so he can return to regular size or 2) all that power is funneled into the Giga's Mega Smasher, supercharging and thus making it a REAL weapon to contend with a Zoalord (this happens after he shrink down to regular and being filled to the point of bursting with the stored energy of his Super Gigantic form or as a way to let it pour out of him so he can safely return to normal size). Just a thought though.
  24. I'd have to agree. This is somewhatkindalmost a let down. I was really expecting something... else. I don't know. But, meh, we stil have to see how the rest of the manga goes. It coul be important that the Gigantic has this ability.
  25. HA. Ultraman. Been along time since I heard that name let alone seen the anime. Well, a rough guestimation has me saying take the Gigantics current height in meters and divide the power rating by that. Once you find that out multiply it by however tall the gigantic gets and take it from there. I could be wrong but I think the power increase could directly correlate to the size increase on an even scale.
