Wai! I love it! Thank you so much! *dances* I'll have your pic up ASAP. It's being colored now ^.^

After seeing the preview, Silent Hill 4. The first three were incredible, this one should be no different. That, and KIngdom Hearts; Chain of Memories.

Any interest for the guyver visual data file book?
omegaling replied to proto-guybar1's topic in Classifieds
I highly disagree with the statement. It was a real tactless thing to say. Being a fan of something - ANYTHING - isn't about owning all the stuff. It's just an added bonus. This topic has been exhausted. This isn't an E-bay auction. PM each other for further negotiations. -

IMO, $125 is a LOT to ask for a book; ANY book. I mean, hell, that's more than my monthly car insurance! Seems to me like it's just a waste of money in the end, and as much as I love this series, it's not THAT important to me. But hey, what you want to do with your money is all up to you. -

It's all yours, Detrun. Sorry PG, but as much as I like the Guyver, I'm not about to cough up over $100 for the books. Thanks for the great offer, though. Hope everything goes well for you. -

This is really your call. Granted, there are people out there who will buy it because it is rare. You tell us how much you want to sell it for, then we know if we should go for it or not. Most of the time, I see it going for about $50 on e-bay, so that should be something of a basis point. -

How much are you selling it for? -
Actually, truth be told, I never played either of the Xenogears games, nor have I played any of the Dot//Hack games, either. They're definately on the "to-do" list.

Kingdom Hearts II, without question. Even though it's a movie *based* off a game, Advent Children as well.

I liked Sephiroth for his character because of the good-guy to bad thing. It makes his whole cause more ironic. Here we have a guy who is world-renowned as the best SOLDIER ever known, and then in a flash of insanity and fire, becomes feared and loathed by the very same people who looked up to him. Just because a villain was formaly good does not mean it makes them a weaker villain. Look at Agito and Murakami, for example. Once good (in a sense), but they're both turning around to be pretty bad villains (but in a good way). When it comes to being evil, though, I think Seymour wins over Sephiroth. I loved how you could see him getting progressivly more insane as the game went along, and the fact that he was supposed to be this really morally good person really put an emphasis on the whole situation. Besides, wanting to become a giant frog-fish thing to destory the world and end all sadness and death is a pretty diabolical plot. Et tu, End of Evangelion? I'm not saying he's more evil than Kefka, mostly because I don't know much of Kefka's character as of now except for what people have told me. But, I really can't say who the "best" is. I haven't played VI yet, but from VII up, all the villains had their own strong points. Kuja had the poetic genius thing going, and Edea had the whole "I don't care who I kill to get my way" bit (sound familiar?). I wish Edea was a villain longer, Ultimacia just didn't do anything for me as a final boss. Ugh, and Nemesis from IX! Where the hell did HE come from? So yeah, there's my two sense on the whole Final Fantasy villain situation. Being I've only been into the gaming thing for about two years (Final Fantasy VIII was the first game I ever played and beat), I don't have a lot to say about villains from any other games, but from what I hear, most of them are pretty two-dimensional. As far as classical villains go, Gannon and Bowser win that catagory. I don't know who this Id guy is or even where he's from, so I really don't have anything to say about that.

Do the characters age in Guyver?
omegaling replied to daveblackeye152's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
I'm guessing it's been about 2-3 years since the manga first started, with places the cast somewhere at about 19-20 years old (given the fact that there's a little downtime between major events and they don't happen one after another). But physically, Sho and Agito seemed to have stopped aging. -
Happy Birthday! PS: *Love* the pic!

Sure, feel free to use my input. It's not like it's copywritten material or anything (as far as I know)

"Imakarum" is "Murakami" spelt backwards. Also... Grizel ? "gray battle-maid"; Scottish adaption of Norse Griselda. I found that out on pure dumb luck. Pretty ironic, eh?

I feel so sorry for Arkanphel. He may be a villian, but he's by no means evil. In fact, the only thing he did as far as fighting the Guyver themselves is throwing the mega-smasher blast back at them. Granted, it did quite a bit of damage, but he hasn't fought them directly yet.

Book 20 has to be one of the best ones that had come out in a while; when Sully said that Gigantic Dark gets sliced and dices the way he does, I didn't think it was in the context in which is actually happened. That was kinda odd. Griselda and the Libertus still kick butt, though. I'm anxious to know how Shizu learns of her shortened life span, and the reaction. I hope she decks Agito. He needs his a** kicked on a personal level. I think that Guyver I and BioFreezer definately have a situation on their hands. Upon seeing that blade that Aptom's weilding, the world "s*it", "creek" and "paddle" come to mind. But, knowing the past reputation of the storyline, Sho's probably going to do something totally amazing at the climax of the battle and not only save himself and Hayami, but also snap Aptom out of his trance and go midevil on the zoalord's hinies that control him.

Holy geez... I have to admit, THAT was a surprise! I honestly think I didn't have a chance, since there were really nothing to do with the actual Guyvers and what not. I hope that everyone keeps working on their submission and that it will be posted either on FF.net or as a link on this site in the future. From what I read that was already posted, you guys are all talented and creative, and I would love to read the other works submitted, I'm sure they're all great! Thanks, guys!

Wow, that was like super-fast-responce time. Thanks a bunch Matt!

Just a quick question, so any info would be greatly appriciated; does manga 20 show any of Griselda's powers other than controlling the Zoanoids? I need the information for the fic I'm writing.

Thanks, guyverfanatic. Mesa really appriciates it ^.^

Yeay, my first post! Now let's see if I can keep all I wanted to say in order... First off, I was dancing when I heard that number 20 was FINALLY out, but considering the fact that I no longer attend school in SF, fat lot of help that does me. Does anyone know where I can order it off-line? Please? AHAHAHA! I KNEW IT! I knew Gyrot wasn't dead! He's like a ****roach, he won't die THAT easily. I realized that in this seires, the only way you can make sure someone is truely dead is if you cut them up into itty-bitty pieces and then BURN them, and even then it's questionable! Shizu's my favorite character in the series, and I just learned via this message board that she only has 3 years to live?! Man, that's....really depressing. Sometimes I hate Agito as much as I like him. Grr... I'm also anxious to see the new Zoalord forms. Those are always cool. Well, thanks for the info, guys! I really appriciate it!
