Possibly though if he has any of the W'Kar element left in his CM then there wouldn't be much the Matrix could do to him since Matrixes have problems with W'Kar element due to their natural higher dimensional state. Though his DF does state he's not suppose to have any but you never know if he doesn't have any traces of the material left. Anyway, W'kar tech is alien to the Matrix so the resulting combination would be interesting to say the least.

Essentially all elements of the original fic will be incorporated into Chronicles, though you may notice some changes.

Warrior Guyver prototypes.
zeo replied to McAvoy's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Yeah, Solom was like the Thomas Edison of the Creator world. A good scientist but he didn't invent everything he used and got credit for. But he was the head of the project and so could incorporate any tech he wanted as long as it wasn't from a directly competing project like the Nova Project. Though like most competing projects, any that fail along the way get cannibilized by the surviving projects. -
Basically this will be a list of anything tech or science related I find interesting and think others should know about. Let's start with, LG's USB Flash Drives with Homing Beacon, which basically helps gives you the option to make your data - your data, with a internet homing signal the moment anyone tries to access your data, or no one's data with a remote deletion option. On the Mod front, a guy with a slight obsession with the ancient Atari 800 gaming system has taken one and turned it into a laptop for portable gaming and it actually looks good. Atari 800 Laptop Project Notes A new portable thermal printer has been released by Pentax, Pentax Mobile Bluetooth Printers, which lets you print near laser quality prints on special thermal paper. So no need for ink or ribbons and it's portable and bluetooth wireless. Lie detectors - the last word in airline security? His main tactic was constantly changing tactics so the Bio-Titans wouldn't get a chance to focus their power on him and he wasn't the only one doing that to the Bio-Titans.

Warrior Guyver prototypes.
zeo replied to McAvoy's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Actually none of the units listed here have normal CM's McAvoy. It's an understandable assumption though since we don't really mention what kind of CM they have in the Data Files. Now all those listed are part of the WG prototype phases but if you want to include incomplete or failed units, like Alkanphel's Warrior Unit, then lets just say WG would be counted as G-10 instead of G-5. Basically Alkanphel's Unit barely counts as a unit. There's barely more than the HSL system, the rest was improvised from the Master Zoalord Bio-Armor upgrade, like the one Kron got, which helped made the incomplete unit usuable for Alkanphel. It should also be noted that even the Creator database on the Units in the project is not entirely accurate since they lost a lot of data during the Time War event and only have the official test units for their records. That was intentional to show some of the reasons why the Creators have yet to recreate the Warrior Tech even after 2.5 million years. But don't worry, we'll make it more clear in Chronciles. And Azaar, feel free to post about the unit you've been working on. I sure someone here can help you with your 'kinks'. -
For those of you who love gaming and have a pretty good size budget to go with it, there's a company that sells kits for converting your old computer or even X-Box, virtually anything with USB, into an arcade gaming machine. Dream Arcades, LLC

What is the limit to human physical potential?
zeo replied to zeo's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Guyver strength isn't really enhanced in self defense mode, they just don't react to pain or any other feelings that would impeed the host. -
Cool, that's good to know.

What is the limit to human physical potential?
zeo replied to zeo's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Yes, but the same can be said of us as we are. Human will power goes a lot towards what humans are physically capable of. Like it is possible for a normal man to bend a steel bar, he'll just have to block out the pain that our bodies normally use to tell us doing something like that is a bad idea for your health. People in extreme life and death conditions have done things like chew off their own wrist in order to survive. So will is definitely part of the equation but even the strongest will can't make us do anything that our bodies are incapable of doing. -
Yeah, it sucks, but there isn't much we can do about it but go on and rebuilt. Anyway, welcome back Weltall2.

Okay that's two votes, as for Angel and W'Kar their fates were decided from the beginning by Allen so we'll just follow the plan for them. Crimson was just a character Allen was going to introduce for his side of the fic. The biggest change will be just that Angel won't have her own fic and will be just included in the regular fic instead.

Yes, essentually the mutation is what makes him 4x since the mutation makes the Aceaer act more like a Guyver unit and merges with the host for an actual Bio-Boost. Unlike other Aceaers which act more like exo-suits. But I'll leave it up to a vote since without Allen we're going to have to find another story plot reason to keep him. So, so far we got one vote to keep him, anyone else?

Not an ion engine, this is a anti-gravity propulsion system.

What is the limit to human physical potential?
zeo replied to zeo's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
True but we can document what people have done and come to an estimate of what is possible under optimum conditions. Variable aside we are looking for what is the limits of human potential. At least under normal conditions. In extreme conditions humans can perform beyond their normal limits. Like a mother lifitng a car off her child. Though in most cases such strain can kill the person as they push their bodies beyond what it can normally take. For example, my father has had at least two instances of temporary enhanced strength. One time was when he was fighting this guy near a train yard and then grabbed his wrist with one hand and threw him like a rag doll into a pile of cardboard. The other time was when a guy tried to mug him with a knife, grabbing him from behind and my father grabbed his arm and threw him over his shoulder a good ten feet before he hit the ground. The guy sprang up, took one look at my dad and ran. Note, this was extremely rare and in normal cases this never happened and he won or lost fights as you would expect for someone of his size and built. My dad is only 5' 9", weighs at most 150 pounds, and is thin built. Though he has always had springy muscles. When he was a kid he could jump over peoples head with a good running start, stepping off their heads in the process. So coud jump up a good 5 feet off the ground. He can also knock most people out with one punch. Though I gather its not from the force but how he hits them, since I once saw him hit this really big guy, after the punch the guy shook his head like he just got slapped and then collapsed. Though it's good to have friends, when my father was overseas when he served in the army, he got beatup by some navy guys during a bar fight in Thailand. He woke up the next day to see the navy guys in casts. Seems the natives, the guys who taxi you around by pulling seat carts and run you where you need to go, who my father had befriended hadn't taken kindly to their friend being beaten up. The sailors even apologized. Note they got beaten kick boxer style and you could see the impressions of their feet in the sailors bodies. For guys who make their living running around pulling people around I definitely don't ever want to find out how hard they can kick. -
Wow, interesting theories Well WG Vamore was definitely only 10x in strength, remember despite being bonded to a WG a Vamore is still a physically puny zoanoid. So all its power goes into its laser pods, which the WG enhances into increadibly powerful hyper space energy syphoning Smashers that are powerful enough to even give Dreadnought a run for his money. Similarly WG Thancrus will predominantly enhance his strongest characteristics which are speed and agility, along with of course his vibraional blades. Crimson Aceaer is a Creation from Allen for the Angel Guyver fic and his power level was never really settled. And we're not sure we'll keep him now that Allen isn't around. I'll let you guys vote on it if you really want us to use him or not? Dreadnought, remember that even though he can go 40x he can do so for only up to 15 minutes before overloading and reverting to his Pre-Matrix form for several minutes. Ditto with a few of his power attacks like the Tsunami Power Wave Punch. So powerful but with some limits. Though don't forget Jason can pass the Warrior Gigantic to other WG units as well. Albiet without the Matrix enhancement since the Matrix is only bonded to his unit. So you also have occassional 12x characters like Valkyrie (WG Gigantic F-WG). Gilgamesh has some history with Jason and now that Jason is rogue with the ACTF that animosity will only get worse. But even though he can't match Dreadnought's power, unless he catches him in his pre-matrix form, having a supposed ally that can turn on you in the middle of battle with the enemy can be trouble. Tonnin, may seem to always being defeated but that is only because he's been pitted against the best of his enemies. Against anyone else and he would be very hard to beat, not to mention near impossible to perminently kill. Remember he's a Kavzar enhanced Zoalord. Sedah, the thing to remember about him is that he is a psychopath. Combine with a high power level and you got one of the most dangerous characters in the fic. Darzerb, I'm not saying what type he is, though you'll probably never guess But a thing to note though, a Guyver has no mouth so how do you suppose for him to use his napalm breath? The Practorian Units like Guardian are fairly powerful being WG units upgraded with GWOTG Mark II tech. But note using the Bio-Doubler has its cost and can temperarily weaken them due to the serious power drain it causes. So characters like Guardian are really only 6x-10x with the ability to go turbo for 20x but with a cost for doing so. Ultimus is 10x but remember the Giant Unit is just a specialized Aceaer and not a true Gigantic. Zeus was also not a true Gigantic and relied heavily on CPM tech for his power but CPM tech has it limits. So just like a normal WG2, Zeus's 16x could not be applied to all abilities at once. Though the 12x level could. Zarfel is also powerful but this wasn't achieved solely by zoaforming. He is an augmented character and what gave him his high power level will be explained later in the fic. Overall though We tend to make our characters abilities as realistic as possible so not all abilities are equal. So power ratings are primarily for the average unless refering to a specific ability. Of course everything will get an overhaul for Chronicles

Seems someone has patented what is basically a UFO propulsion system. This is either genius or another demonstration why the government is controlled by idiots. US Patent - Space vehicle propelled by the pressure of inflationary vacuum state What do you think?

What is the limit to human physical potential?
zeo replied to zeo's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Actually yes, a human can throw a punch over a ton in force. But remember this is only for a punch and concentrates a lot of force into a short and concentrated impact. Also that is near the peak of human ability. For example leverage is a very significant factor. Consider some Guiness records like. . . -
What is the limit to human physical potential?
zeo replied to zeo's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Yes, 30 MPH is actually considered the fastest a human can run. Though it is essentially true that a typical human can't excell in multiple physical performance fields. There are people who can achieve an above average in all fields. So the James Bond effect is not exactly impossible just extremely hard to achieve. Remember James Bond may be good in many things but he was never was the strongest or fastest. The only things that would be impossible, at least for now, is a Captain America effect. Since he is suppose to be at peak in all fields of physical performance. Ditto with characters like Batman, etc. Who achieve both speed and strength well beyond the normal average. It would take a genetically perfected human to achieve that level of performance across the board. Another record is the fastest kick was clocked at 75 MPH and it takes 1/10 of a second to throw a punch. Does anyone else know any other speed facts of human performance? -
It's neither a standard unit nor a Warrior Unit. All plot questions should go under fic based topics, this one is just for wallpaper questions.

What is the limit to human physical potential?
zeo replied to zeo's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Actually bones have different breaking points determined not only by how hard they are hit but also in what way they are hit. For example the structure of human bones is designed to obsorb impacts by snapping interconnections at the molecular level. So we can take a hit once as the bone absorbs the impact with these molecular fiber like breaks but if hit the same way again before the bone can recover and the bone will snap fairly easily. Alternatively pressure can be applied over time and basically use up the bone's ability to absorb impacts and the bone will snap. Kinda like taking a group of sticks and applying pressure. As a group the sticks are hard to break but if you apply enough energy the sticks will start breaking one by one until the whole group just snaps. It's also dependant on how much energy is absorbed at a given time since each bone has a specific capacity before it snaps and can only absorb so much force at once. For some bones it can take as little as 3 pounds of pressure on a single spot to break the bone. Since our bones are primarily designed to withstand gravity, pressure at a non-virtical angle is a lot more effective than at a virtical angle for which the bones are optimized to resist. So how the body breaks down under external physical stress is not always consistant compared to the other tissues of the body which break down at a more consistant rate. Muscles themselves are essentially scar tissue, they will astrophy with non-use and you need to tear them to grow more muscles. But of course there are tears and then there are tears so over doing it can lead to crippling damage instead of beneficial muscle growth. Muscle builders of course know their limitations better than most so are less likely to go too far beyond their limit. Though mistakes do occassionally happen even to them. Overall though McAvoy is correct that the physical limits of the human body put our strength limit to the range of the examples I gave in my first post. Though Largo is right that our own minds has a lot to do with it there are limits due to what our bodies are capable of. Even the strongest of wills for example can't make a human body lift a mountain for example. There are extreme cases like a mother lifting a car off her child for instance but in such cases the human body is only temporarily going beyond its normal limits. In many such cases the strain of going beyond normal human limits can kill the person performing the act. So though humans can be capable of amazing feets, it comes at a cost. So I would put the average peak human strength as what has been indicated above. But humans aren't just strength alone so lets consider some other factors like how fast can a human run? -
Well it's not Agito Good guesses though as that is a Darzerb type and you're right about WG Thancrus.
