  1. Sounds to me like your suffering from writers block. I hate those, they happen from time to time, you just need to take a break and let your brain relax for a while, and then continue on. Just don't force yourself to write your stories, cause then they are no good, and not as creative as they would be as when the story comes naturally to you. Just let it flow out of you, and it will work.
  2. No I havent ryuki, is that one of your youtube films or something? I was hoping I could get a wolf's head to wear kid of like how the wendol wore the bear pelts in the film "Eaters of the Dead". Thanks though for the info on the costume I look forward to seeing your film if you still have it.
  3. Hey, I am sorry if I am interupting, but I really felt obligated to post this here, and I hope this doesnt sound rude. EX to me, it sounds like in your dream you are in a state of the unknown. Hence the maze, in the dream you do not know where to go, nor what to expect. When the gaurd finds you, you said he screams, but its not scary or fearful, so could it be a scream of relief, or happiness that he found you when he did? The machines to me seem to symbolize the evil and horrors of industrialization. Kind of like child labor. Today I had a dream from 2 p.m.-6:30 p.m. In my dream, it I went to my house, and it was completely deserted. I remembered the previous days, with spending time with family, and very close friends, and even starting a intimate relationship with someone. It went into details, and conversations in my memories, but other then saying that, it's not important. So anyways, I went from room to room, seeing everything still there. TV's on, music still playing, as if they just vanished from thin air. I picked up items, and was feeling them, remembering the people. Then, I found some sort of hidden chamber, that went under the house. I followed it, and it lead into a kind of castle (like castlvania style). It went on for miles, and miles. I ended up getting lost, and found-out there were monsters or creatures inside of this place. They were a cross between the necromorphs (Dead Space) and some sort of reptile. They were very fast and agile, and I had no means to combat them. So through-out the course of my dream, I have to run around the underground castle, looking for anyone who may still be alive, in particular, I am looking for the girl, and my oldest brother. I finally, found some method of defending myself against the creatures, and found my mother, who was much older in my dream say around 80ish. Oddly, she seemed to be able to command the monsters to leave the area, and we continued on. Eentually, we found both my older brother, and the girl, and it was revealed that my mother was responsible for opening up the under-ground castle and releasing the creatures. She wanted to kill off the family, and close friends, and conquer the world, and give it to me, when she passed. So, in the final part of the dream, we are in a circular room, that is about 800 ft tall, with massive pillars, and no window/walls. And so, at first I side with my mother, and freak out my brother and the girl, but I knew if I pulled a leaver (which I have no idea how I knew this) it would destroy the entire under-ground castle. So I pulled it, and huge-quantums of water rushed inside the castle everywhere, causing most of the things to drown. Inside the room, it started a whirl-pool that we were all caught in. At first, I grabbed the girl, and one of the pillars, and got her to saftey, while my mother was trying to hold on to me, until I shook her off, and she went under the whirl pool. After that, I went too get my brother and brought him back too. After the water had drained out, we stood on a ledge and saw the surface ground. The entire area was wet, and we were looking over a play ground, and saw life. Then I woke up. This dream reminds me alot about the books I am writing, it has alot of same elements with a powerful person who can control other evil creatures, and the likes of.
  4. Wow, that would be rather scary. Perhaps, you had it, to show you how important your friends mean to you, and that you should talk to them, before the end of days happens.
  5. hahaha! Yeah, but thats why you would need the Chronos badge, I would have no idea what to do for his eyes though, seeing as how cosmetic contacts are so outragiously exspensive. I am really considering going as a celt to the ren fair. But as of now, I lack the funds to purchase anything like that, or to make a costume of one. THis last weekend and week, has been kind of bizarre. I don't know why, just seemed really strange to me. I have a very strong desire to start my drumming skills again. I mean, I never dropped them, but I havent been trying to progress with it either. So I am hoping to pick up where I left off with the double pedal. Not, much has really been happening, just been kind of dull lately. Anyways, I hope everyone has a Great Valentines Day!
  6. Every family has their moments like this. I mean, part of my family and myself just went through a crapy 4 months of crapola. I would say, prob be passive. I mean, you don't want to add fuel to the fire, but I wouldn't say avoid the problem either. I don't know if you have tried this before, and I don't mean to "burst into your family life" so to speak. However, trying to be polite and mannerly, helped me alot while I was up north, though there were many times, I wanted to, and could have, said some really hurtful and mean things. I held my tongue, and tried to do the right thing as much as I could. And, eventually the agression died down. As far as the music, your not the only one who gets ideas from listening to music. Actually listening to music, is one of my times of meditation. It's when I get a visual look, and feel for most of my stories, and I've had this trait ever sense I was really young, around the age of 5. Oddly, enough, I've been told, that heavy rock/metal, or music in general, does have a similar affect on alot of people.
  7. Well, looking at from our age, it doesn't seem to be all that scary, however, at the time I was a mere todler, and it scared the crap out of me. I don't know if i was crying, like I did from most of my other nightmares, but I know that it bothered me even at that age. This was NOT the worste nightmare I've ever had, not by a long shot. But, it still was bothersome to me, at least, at that age. (I hope this didn't seem like I was attacking you ryuki, because that's not how I intend it to be, more of, explainitory) In regards, to what you said about my life being very controlled, some of my friends felt the same way. So, I can see what you mean about that. I took into contexts what you said, and thought about it for a while, and it sparked another theory. Perhaps, this dream or nightmare, was telling me, I wanted to run away, from something I didn't think was safe, but was also afraid of the unknown. Hence, the woods, dragon, and goblin. But that overall, the children's house, would ultimately be destroyed by the unknown. Hence, the children being devoured by the dragon. Is that fessible, or am I way out in the left field here? hahaha.
  8. I dont mind sharing, this all happened in my past anyways. Besides, I would love to see what you can intepret for some of these, because (besides the obvious) I have no idea why I dreamt some of this stuff. To start off, I will share one of my earliest nightmares. I was three years old, I believe it was actually some day in July, 1993, anyways, the dream took place in my families house, on shepard air force base. One floor, no stairs. Anyways, so I go into my bedroom, and the room is huge! The ceiling was about 40 ft, and the walls were very far apart. In my room, it was kind of like a orfinange (spelling?) THere were many kids, who had many beds. ON the beds they made igloo's with teir blankets and covers, and would go inside of them to sleep. Anyways, on the back wall, there was a giant, fancy window. It was late at night, and a very large (Eru style) dragon came over. I got p to go look at it (up close to the window) and he looked in at me, smiled and left. I was freaked out, but another kid saw it, told the others, and they all crowded by the window. I ran and hid in one of the blanket igloo's for a few moments, but left soon after because I knew he was going to eat them all. When I ran outside, the house now looked like an old school church (not catholic more like a southern baptist) even though it was not a church. It was way out in the woods, and had a massive parkinglot, made out of gravel road. Oddly, it became day, I ran and hid in one of the cars, when out of nowhere this little, fuzzy, goblin/grimlin thing was bouncing around the parkinglot saw me in the car. At first he was surprised, but then kind of happy, because he knew where i was, and ran into the woods to tell the dragon he found me. I then woke up, and was quite disturbed about it. Even to this day, I still do not know it's meaning, but it has never left my mind either.
  9. Hey np glad i was able to help! Now as far as the uh...weaving project, that looks really cool. Do you plan on making another one anytime soon?
  10. Perhaps, I can be of assistance, seeing as how I was forced to go over this topic, many a times, if you have any questions please feel free to ask em. Here are the major weapons that were developed in WWI and changed warfare as we know it today: Machine Gun- This weapon was used to hose down the incredible, overwhelming, numbers of both sides, who would try to charge the fields to gain more territory, or to defend a cetain area. This weapon sparked the invention of the tank. Tank- The tank was a vehicle, introduced in WWI, to be a mobile land vehicle, that would be easy to maneuver, around the trenches, harsh evnironment, and barricades, while also being able to sustain Machine Gun fire. It was very affective until the devlopment of the Flamethrower, and Bazooka. Flamethrower- The flamethrower, was invented to not only completely destroy, incoming tanks, but was also ment to flush out enemy soldiers out of hiding, or from other vehicles. However, the heavy equipment made the flamethrower a very slow paced weapon, and was quite hazardous, which also helped pave the way for the Boozka. Bazooka-The boozka was designed to be a rocket powered recoilless infantry weapon, that didn't require the use of flamethrowers, as it would be usable from a much greater distance. Posion Gas- The Germans introduced, chemcial warfare in WW I (though the united states had used it, hundreds of years prior to it, I.E. giving Native Americans infected small-pox blankets etc) as a means, to kill their enemies in trenches miles away. some famous gases were Tear Gas and Killer Mustard Gas. At first it was very lethal 1914 -1917 the gases saw the most use, killing thousands of people. But measures were taken to counter it, and to make sure all infantry units would be kept safe. As a result, it's deployment was drastically, cut back. This has given the rise for the WWI's name "The Chemist War". Aviation- Aviation was not really used for killing people, as much as it was in WWII, but was rather used for spying on enemy camps, and to look for possible entry's through trench lines. Much later in the war, people started using the idea, of taking 2 or 3 bombs with them, (in their laps) while they would go spy, dropping them behind enemy lines, following this pilots started carrying hand held guns, shooting at other pilots, or infantry units on the ground. Artillery- The artilley saw dramatic changes in WWI. At the beginning of the war, artillery was brought to the front lines, and used to stop an advancing platoon. But they soon remodified them to be more accurate, and affective. since your doing artillery I give some examples: 1) The first anti-air artillery was developed. 2) The creeping barrage was classified as "Perfected" 3) The very first *Box Barrage* was fired in 1915, preventing many infantry from taking a major hold up. 4) The typical Cannon, was replaced, and remodeled to a more powerful 7.7 cm FK 16. (Standard German Artillery Cannon for WW I) 5) And the artillery shell's were constantly going through changes, to explode on impact, to destroy barbed wire fences, to land and then explode as well, and even being designed to "bury" itself underground and then exploding. These were the major weapons that changed warfare drastically in WWI, of course there were indeed other inventions such as the submarine, but that didn't see a more prominant role until WWII, though they were indeed deployed. And the invention of radar, which also did not come into play, until WWII. I would go into more detail, but I don't want to overwhelm you with info, so if you got any questions, please feel free to ask away, as I said above. Now, as far as your love interest idea, I am sorry, I wouldn't have the slightest clue on what to say I would tell you, go for it!
  11. Well, it wouldnt be too hard if you went with his white suit he was wearing, when he was chasing Guyot around relics point. But, I think it would be more...awestrucking if you could go in his battle armor. Cape and shoulder pads and all.

  13. Nah, I don't think I could pull off a Barcus look. If I had the materials, I would either go as, of course, Zoalord Mirabilis, Hiei, though I don't think I could pull that off with MY hieght , or Coyote Starrk. I would really enjoy going as one of those fellow character, but I can only imagine how fun it would be to go as Lord Archanfel.
  14. Oh really? Thats awesome! You gonna cosplay anybody in particular? Hoping to see some more photo's of cosplaying. Maybe we should make a thread for that, like you suggested a long time ago, submitting photo's of cosplay. Anyways, I hope you have fun, and am looking forward to hearing how it goes.
  15. Yeah, my friend took pictures of me too as Aptom, but she still hasnt given me the photos which is what's frustrating. I guess the worst part of this, was this all happened two years ago.
  16. Ahh, WWI, major turning point for modern warfare. I remember going over that topic many, many times in history, ROTC, and government. Wars were always one of my favorite topics in history, even though they were horrible and unjust, still I found it fascinating to see the different styles of warfare, and how each government and society worked. Me, I probably would have gone with either Aviation, or Biological Warfare I.E. Killer Mustard Gas and such.
  17. Hahaha, right. So you don't wear green not to get pinched or anything? Man, how lucky is it, to be in the UK? hahaha

  18. Hahaha! My brother felt the same way when he came to visit us, down in Texas and he didnt bring his camera. Where up north did you go too?
  19. Out of curosity, does the UK celbrate Saint Patrick's Day the U.S. does? haha

  20. Oh yeah, riv there very fun! Last time i went i cosplayed aptom, and i had the scar on my face and such. It was awesome, but the stuff, of course, is very exspensive. THey got all kinds of stuff there, games, videos, amv's, compitions, food, drinks, all kinds of stuff. Very fun, if you could, i would def go, I mean I plan on going.
  21. Well, would people say that Nightmares have any meaning, such as ryuki has been giving? Cuase that's what I mostly have dreamt about in my childhood, and I don't know if it was because I was merely scared of something, and was thinking about that particular thing bfore going to sleep, or if it really has a significant meaning to my life.
  22. Hmmm. wow that makes sense in a lot of ways and is quite ironic. Back then the family meaning that you mentioned ryuki, was very important to me, but as i got older my family and I have distance ourselves, and we arnt quite as close we used to be when I was so young, and I've had many 'agressive' encounters with em. We don't get along to well, but will come together when the time calls for it. After sharing that dream with you all, I started thinking about it, and around two hours afterwards, I thought I came up with something for it: I thought the Wolf represented my failures, and my friends represented the three chances that I could get to accomplish something very important that would affect many people including ones I cared about. The overwhelmness of my failure caused me to run away from the *society* as ryuki suggested, by it would always come back to find me. This also has meaning to me, for it has happened to me in my past, ryuki's interpretation seems to be more acurate. Thank you for your time to interpret it ryuki. And yes steel it was indeed scary for me back then. As far as interpreting your dream, I might not be as fortunate, it was quite difficult for me to do my own, sorry to say it, but I do look forward to ryuki's view if he indeeds posts it.
  23. I watched Spidy 3 the other day, and I noticed what you ment durendal, about his lack of sarcasm. You know, those little comments like "Hey, why don't hang-out for a bit?" haha.
  24. I know growing up, I had one dream over many times. I would fall out of the sky to my death, and usually woke up with my heart pounding, and forcing my torso up out of the bed. I first had this dream when I was 3 and would wake up on the floor or in the process of falling out of my bed. My feet and hands were usually very sweatly too. I've been told that what you think of before falling alseep is what you dream about, if that is true, then that might explain why I havent had a real dream in the last two years. I remember my dreams, I remember dreams that I've had when I was three, I'll give an example below here shortly. I used to pride myself on that, I never really bragged about it, but it made me feel good that I could remember my dreams when my friends would say they couldnt. Perhaps I payed more attention to my dreams? But I do know, that I don't forget my dreams, I never have woken up and not known what I dreamed about, some people told me if you didn't dream you would die. I don't understand how you would die if you didn't dream, but if I did dream, for the last two years I've dreamt of nothingness, just shere emtpy blackness, and if I dreamt that, because that was what I was thinking, it makes sense. Because when I close my eyes to sleep what do I see? Darkness so I guess it makes sense there. But anyways here's a dream that I always never did fully understand but it for some reason ment alot to me: When I was seven, I lived in TX near an open field. In my dream, I was 7 and it was dark outside like 8 o'clock. My mother and I had went and pick up my friends who were going to stay the night at our house. We were all in her white van pulling up to our house, when we looked out the car window and saw a Grey Wolf killing a horse on the otherside of a barwired fence. He then sayed "That the sun will never rise! And I will kill you all!" We then all ran into our house, and when we opened the door, it was like a super wal'mart inside a normal house. We then all ran to the craft's a boards isle and made a big contraption and painted a sun on it. When we were finished, one of my friends pulled on the rope, and activated the card board sun rising over the card board horizon, on the contraption. This started showing light everywhere from the sun's ray, and we were all cheering. Then across the same isle, we saw the Wolf had done the same thing only with the moon, and activated his contraption, and his moon over whelmed/over powered our sun and he 'beat' us that round. Because we lost he got to kill one of my friends. We then ran outside and started yelling for the sun to rise, and because that didn't work he killed another friend of mine. Finally me and my best friend Kyle, were left, and we looked for a sun back in the store, we found something like a card with a sun on it, but the Wolf chewed it up, and then killed him. The last moments of this dream, was me running outside the house to my mom's van, which she was in it waiting for me, but the Wolf, grabbed me by the ankle and pulled me out, and then!!!!!!! I woke up. I never knew what this dream ment for me, though it is very meaningful, and has a bit of Rock'A'Doodle in it. There are some more dreams I would like to share but for the sake of time, I'll leave this one for this post.
