What you describe is not a god, it is a tyrant. they exist in our world. There is one in syria, there was one in Ukraine. there was one in germany 70 years ago. There is one in North Korea. To be a god, we each know what that is like, because each of us is a manifestation of god. We each have infinite power and the only thing that prevents us from using it is faith. we all believe we are powerless and so it is that we are powerless. Belief is a tricky thing. we often fancy that we believe something, but we don't actually believe it. we just fancy to. true belief is very difficult given the story we each tell ourselves. To embrace teh infinite power and knowledge of the entire universe, any one of us, would cease to be an individual, we would become the universe itself and understand what is in every person's heart. how can we condemn what we truly understand? I do not condemn criminals. I understand that they are human beings. I do not fear them or hate them. I love them. even though they have done harm to other people, I must love them if I can love myself. because everyone is imperfect and love by it's very nature is unconditional.

that's pretty weird. the only answer I could give is that the device is displaying the files in the order which they were edited. some pages are put through an additional process to correct some errors so this would upset the ordering if they were ordered by date and time.

It's a tricky subject. Personally, I would be interested in hearing our Russian members' views on the situation. We all have our own differing perspectives on it. From what I know, there are ethnic Russian people living in Crimea and the intention of the Russian forces is to protect those people. The media of different countries will put a certain spin on it, that is what they do. I think in any case, the most important things is preventing loss of life. unfortunately, governments don't always hold that as the highest priority. That is ALL governments, I'm not pointing any fingers.

I did specify 'movie'. The movie hardly looks like an improvement. take godzilla out of it for a moment and put what we have seen next to the old one (what is GINO?) I can't complain about what we have seen of Godzilla himself. That guy looks badass. I'm just talking about the movie itself, not the character, the design, and the realisation of it.

agreed with the last two posts. honest feeling when I watched teh trailer is that it hardly looks like an improvement on the old hollywood godzilla movie. I really don't care if they did a better design of godzilla if they just put him in amongst teh current hollywood trash. last time it was that seasons hollywood trash, now it looks like this seasons hollywood trash. well, it is just a trailer and I guess it's meant to appeal to hte same dullards that go to hte cinema to watch every action gun flick. of course trailers are rarely an indication of the actual movie as they are not usually edited by the guys who make the actual film. Anyhow, I have not really watched any of the original godzilla movies. not properly. only saw bits and pieces when I was young. if I get to see godzilla beating teh drenn out of tanks and helicopters then i'm ok with that I guess.

As I recall, around that time, when the idea was mentioned, it was presented as a gift, a voluntary activity between friends to give as a gift to the author. I don't require payment from all of you guys to run the guyver advocacy project and neither does durendal or bbdude or lost unit or aether or super existence, so I really don't think it's fair to talk like that. At the time, I saw it as pretty shady, to first suggest crafting a gift for somebody and then asking people for money. Now maybe it's a culture difference or something, but that was my view, I'm entitled to my view and I think bringing up something like that now is a pretty unnecessary attack. for the record, I don't have a new perspective. when a person offers to do a good deed for another person, and then asks for money, that is pretty shady. That's like helping an old lady across the road and then asking her to pay you. if you stand there with a sign saying "helping old ladies across the road for $5" then that's offering a service, but in my book, you don't ask money for a good deed done. if the suggestion for a quilt was originally presented as something we'd all donate to and chip in together for, then nobody would have complained. it's the way the 'invoice' was presented at such a late stage. it was presented as a good will gesture and then after everyone was bowled over by the kindness, it got transformed into a business transaction. that, to me, was shady as hell. honestly, I hadn't thought about that for a very long time and I regret it being brought up. I don't want to have to think things like this. I don't hold grudges and I never judged anyone for something from years ago.

I have made an amendment to the basic member user group. Until a member has made 5 post and become a member+ , they will be unable to send a pm to anybody. they can still receive PM's and can reply to PMs they have received. I have found that too many people are signing up and instead of reading appropriate threads, they immediately PM myself and ask questions that have been answered already. I do not know if they also PM other members but I know that I am getting sick and tired of being asked the same questions over and over in PM. I've done this for selfish reasons since I only have my own perspective but if other member are also experiencing this abuse then it is good for them too.

I really like the look of this film. it makes me think of hellboy with it's outlandish characters and strong colours.
