I have read that this movie is going to be taking place some time next year. Its supposed to be widely based on Terminator :The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Here are the actors for the character roles. K. Simmons[7] Sandrine Holt[8] Michael Gladis Terminator 5: Genesis is more based on a paradox method. Because of T-2, T-3, and TSCC, many things have changed because of the events in the films and th series. John has changed the past as well as his future.To change the future, you have to change the past. Its good to know Sarah Connor will be back in the movies. She had a key role in TSCC. Since Cameron/ T0K-715 warned her that she would get cancer, creating a paradox and altering the timeline, it is mainly the reason why she is alive in the 5th film is what I'm guessing. The story and plot is that Skynet will send back an army of Terminators and Hunter Kill Units through the Time Displacement Equipment and complete and guarantee its presence and existence in our present time. What ever time that the story is placed in. Like in the series. Sarah Connor hasn't died from cancer. The events that happened in T-2 and T-3 has changed due to paradox. Perhaps she got her cancer from completing a task to stop Skynet in that time, however due to the events of T-3 and T-4 which resulted in the events of TSCC. Supposedly Skynet's goal is to kill of John Connor and anyone else who opposes it and destroy the human race. T-5 really ties in with TSCC, at the end of TSCC, John Connor is sent into the future and will be referenced in this film. It is planned that Terminator 5: Genesis will be a new Terminator trilogy, taking the story in many new directions. The release date is scheduled for July 1st, 2015. I cant wait. Two of my favorite actors are in. Arnold Schwarzenegger from the first 3, and Jai Courtney from Spartacus: Blood and Sand...and Divergent. I have been a huge fan and follower of the series. So, I'm eagerly awaiting its arrival in theaters.

Say you activate a Guyver unit after finding it. Alternately, it could have been a family heirloom, gift from a friend who didn't know what it was, found in your attic, so on and so forth. Say you activate the unit and you become a guyver. So you don't understand whats going on. But as time passes, you learn to control you new gift that being the Guyver unit. So now, what would you do with your gift? Would you use it for self gain and for self benefit? or try to make a difference in the world? Me personally, I would use it for self gain. I find that we can't save everyone no matter how hard we try. So...I'd bust through a few banks and take as much money as I could, I'd do it every night until I was so rich that I could jump into a huge pile of cash. I'd use my mega smasher to make a path and use my high frequency blades to cut through vaults. No need to kill people, they can't hurt me while I'm transformed as a Guyver and taking their banks cash. My Guyver unit would be yellow, like my blonde hair. Like Guyver 2....and that my fellow members is that. I would use the unit to get loaded with wealth. If Cronos found out I was a Guyver, I'd have to fight my hardest to win or run far far away.Of course I'd have to use the bank money to buy fake papers, a few pass ports and what not to turn Cronos's stomach. But oh well. i'm not sure I'd be after to destroy Cronos. Who knows, I'd probably work for them to get a good pay check going. But I'd be pretty paranoid working under Richard Guyot and him having that nasty Guyver remover. So...not sure how that would work out. I would really live it up. I guess I'd be out for myself on a lot of things and protect the people I care about. But I'd really rip off every bank. Since being a guyver, they wouldn't know my identity and I could stay anonymous.

I was always facinated with with zoanoids like the Barcas's Hyper Zoanoid Team 5 and Aptom. But Enzyme was pretty cool and how they made his blood like battery acid and how it would eat away slowly at the Guyver armor. I think the acid was said to be similar to Zerebubuth's acid discharge. But it was Guyot's idea to have it made and give it a short life span because he was going to kill Genzo anyway for losing all the G-Units, as his punishment. Richard always enjoyed doing that to his subordinates when they failed. Since Zoalords didn't age, grow frail, or get sick like normal humans. The fact Richard was a demi god and was no longer held to normal human rules, he looked down on humanoids and zoanoids alike. He saw everyone as expendable and all he cared about was what he could get out of anyone and everyone. He was the least rewarding Zoalord to work under. He lacked empathy for anyone. So when Genzo f*cked up. Richard just points the finger at him and says "Test Subject" and he even put Tetsuro and Mizuki up on that word to. Any time a subordinate who was going to be appointed hyper zoanoid, who was still humanoid...and failed at something. He made sure they became a test subject who was sure to die after testing. Biggest ass hole thing to do. So I can see why Genzo was pissed. I think he should have resented Richard more, because Genzo did a great job over the Japanese Branch. They were the top in zoanoid developement. One big mistake and he lost it all. So it was pretty lame he'd take it out on a 17 year old boy who didn't intentionally do that to him. I think Guyot's zoalord mind control influenced those thoughts. Since zoalords can warp a zoanoids mind, thats probably what happened. Memories were probably implanted for him to blame Guyver 1 for his downfall. One huge mistake and Richard slapped him in an optimization tank and handed that man a death sentence. I don't feel bad for Genzo. He had it coming.

I think my favorite thing about the ova was it didn't hold back. It pulled no punches in gore, and yet, the gore and violence was only secondary. The story was the thing that captured my attention. And when he started to fight? There was no feeling of downplaying how vicious the fights were, how cruel the corporation was, how hopeless Sho felt at times. And how incredibly powerful the Guyver was.

With the release date of the Guyver figma being pushed back, sources on the Web, including with the previously mentioned, have indicated that it will be released sometime in the month of November, 2014. However, a recently updated list of expected figurine releases on the Good Smile Company's Web site has not confirmed this new prediction. Considering the announcement last month of the sudden illness with the series' author, Yoshiki Takaya, the Guyver figma may be put out on the market next year, 2015.

any of us who are old enough are biased in that way I think. That OVA accompanied me though secondary school.

Just finished vol4 ep16, its just about caught up with the end of the OAV series. Some of the fight sequences were defiantly better 1st time round.

Your right about people getting attached to some voice actors. I've meet Steve Blum (90's Agito), nice guy, he's done so much I surprise he wasn't involved in the new series.
