  1. If we're talking about comic book villains, in terms of body count the Anti-Monitor has no equals. But while he was evil, he was pretty clinical about it. He wasn't twisted - he'd always been evil. He would kill you and everyone you loved, but not for fun - just because he wanted you dead. Pure evil, pure evil... hmmm...

  2. It was a part of Russia until the revolution, then the Soviet union -conquered them in 1919. When the USSR started, it cleaned out the royal and church coffers, then switched over to Ukraine's agricultural output until their industry got going. Except leaching off the Ukrainian agriculture meant taking all the food (as well as stealing anything of value) which left entire families to starve to death. This period was called the holodomor, which was basically genocide. This is why Ukraine has tried to break off from the USSR several times. Putin is calling this traditional Russian soil, but leaving out that it is traditional in the sense of being treated like a colony. To me, if the people of Crimea truly want to break away from the Ukraine, then that is all well and good. But do it WITHOUT the Russian military around to bully people into a forced vote, and give a month or two to deliberate. But Putin is right of coarse, the west does the same thing. In 2003, Iraq had it's vote, and according to it's constitution those elected had appointed an executive branch. The US didn't like this new executive branch, so brought in foreigners to act as the executive branch instead. A new branch based on religious representation, when under Hussein that never mattered before (one of his vice presidents was even Christian). So there is a real sense of hypocrisy here

  3. Wall of Text!!! Since i'm not able to read japanese and I'm waiting to buy the italian manga published by Starcomics, it could be that if you have read the english translated chapter you already know what I will write in this reply. Anyway this is my opinion about Apollion. It apperas to me that in this last chapter Apollion is using his "energy blades" not to stop Guyot (let's say also to stop) but most important to block the fire that is moving towards the town nearby. you can see that the two scars made by the blades are crossing just in front of the fire preventing its advance. and now the question is: why? Why a Creator wants to protect humans since they are failed experiments that would have to be destroyed by a dwarf planet thrown against the Earth ages ago? My answer is... Because apollion is human! or at least in part. He is a zoalord in disguise. Although he seems to use powers beyond the "standard" zoalord powers, in my opinion apollion is Murakami on a mission. what's his mission? collect zoacrystals. why? to give them back to Arcanfel (this is the Italian verision of alky name, more close to the word "archangel" maybe a biblical reference that our takaya yoshiki loves (and his battleform resemble angel wings)) so as to help him to gain part of the lost power. remember that all the zoalord zoacrystals come from Alky zoacrystal so it makes sense to think that part of his power was transferred to the other zoalords, leaving him weaker. and if you think about it, Apollion is collecting the crystals of dead zoalords, with the exception of Edward Caerleon that in my opinion was in the wrong place at the wrong time , and looking for those of the rebel zoalords (at least for now). Why Murakami? If I am not wrong (please correct me if i'm making a mistake), I remember Imakarum leaving the Shila Island after placing our sleeping beauty to "bed", saying something like "I am sorry but I have to do this". Maybe he was planning this charade. This is a hypothesis, but could it be that imakarum battleform was processed in the original Aly cocoon, giving him "special abilities" unlike the other zoalords that wer processed in more modern chambers? or processed in a different way, giving him more powers, to help more efficiently Alky? Wasn't Balcus saying something about this? I can't remember. And, thinking of why apollion is interested in the fate of the town, don't forget that Imakarum remember everything of who he was before is ascension to one of the zoalord divinity, and maybe he isn't completly changed in a slave of alky will.

  4. Oh he does bring some fond memories of villains I enjoyed hating. There are a select few, some real life ones like Stalin being more horrible than fiction, then again one of my person favorite's is Pheaton from Exosquad. For a saturday morning cartoon character, he somehow makes some of the more memorable villains on film and tv look like chumps. Let's see, an eight feet tall Neo-Sapien (New Man) He is is stronger than five men, but that is not what he's famous for, as he rarely ever fights. His intelligence and charisma are is strengths. Phaeton managed to patiently gain power after betraying his own people to survive. He then gained political power and government on Mars. He then patiently planned out and built up an army, tricked the human interstellar Exofleet to wipe out the pirates while he swiftly took over Earth, Venus Earth and Mars. He enslaved humanity, nearly destroyed it's hope, exofleat, which became nothing more than a weak fugitive tattered fleet. He enslaved humanity, and started brutalizing them into extinction. He proved to be as big a survivor and selfish as Guyot, and eventually started to go insane after some setbacks and critical injury (from falling off the tallest mountain on Mars and later lava no less). He managed to hold on to power, eventually disregarding his own species life, eventually all life in the solar system, building doomsday devices, and killing his own generals and replacing them with clones. He even began hideous experiments to replace his own species with superior thinkers and mismatched chimera warriors until he also disregarded them. His madness new no bounds, and he was single handed responsible for wiping out most of the life in the solar system with the war he started. He held on to power for a long time despite limited numbers, and to this day, I cannot think of any villain who was more responsible for death in such a few short years when compared to say, characters on Dune who took centuries to pull off the same feats. He even persisted despite a slow painful illness eating away at his mind and body. Crazy thing is, he nearly won at every turn too...

  5. Safe? Don't put anything you don't want anybody to know about online. The way I see it, the people who are concerned about their privacy being breached, they are the ones doing it to their selves. People post everything in facebook, and then complain about their privacy? Now that's funny. You are right about firewalls. Heck, I don't even have an anti-virus in my PC. I have zero presence online. I don't have facebook or any of those social media apps. The only presence I have online, is the persona that I created specifically for internet usage. I am that paranoid, and it seems that my paranoia paid off with all these NSA spying issues.
