This is my opinion.

 

Na I think that deep down Zxtole really loved him...in an "I'll stab you through the chest" kind of way.

Thancrus deserved to get hacked by Guyver 3. He was a bad person.

by the way, this is two days work.

I wanted to take neozxtole and portray him like teh golden version we all know and love. in order to do this I decided to play on the powers it appeared as thogh he was using.  I believed it looked like he was using not only electricity, but also a bit of radiant heat power.

I took this idea and used it to think about how he might glow from heat and electricity. therefore his body is now glowing yellow as a result of his fdark brown beetle style colour being brightened by the white/electric blue of his electricity.

 

I used a lot of layers and a lot of experimental techniques to push the colour combinations to their limits. I wanted to create this wild energy, this electrical vibe that transmits the raw potency of his attack to the viewer.

He had a lovey dovey moment with Elegan in the OAV series Ep6, the Guyvers ruined their bromance.

Looks great Yuki. Zx-Tole really died with a lot of hate in his heart. Not the way I want to go, you know?

yesh you have some skills, you have a skill in reconstruction, but you can play with colours if you want, you have the skills to do things, if you apply that to colour I would be very curious as to what you could achieve.

 

yes zxtole had some hatred in his heart, I think he neeed some M&M's .

Thos lightning is a result of manipulation of lots of combined images from a google image search.

Haven't seen any creative work from you in a while Ryuki, good to see. You seem to have a really good understanding of colour as well as its application. I feel like there's a good balance going on. Did you study colour theory at any point?

I study everything in dribs and drabs, but no I haven't studied colour theory as an academic subject.

I'm really happy that you can appreciate the time I spent balancing the colours. I just really love to play with that.
