*V Guyver Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 The design for that Mobile suit was done by Yasuhiro MORIKI. Yasuhiro is the guy who redesigns the Zeorymer mechs for the OVA as the "Mechanical design" animator in production. 1 Quote

I will say that I prefer the Xi's (it's pronounced K'si by the way. I hate it when people calls it Psy. I'm just that OC) streamlined design better than the Penelope. Quote
