i found this picture whilst browsing and it is very detail but is it from the manga i cant recall seeing it or is it from one of the novels?

Looks kinda like fan art. It def doesn't look like Guyver I's design from the very early issues of the manga. In fact, it looks to be influenced by the design the armor took on couple of volumes in, or even the OVA. But it's def not original manga art.

Of course, the Bio-Booster Armor Guyver light novels are pretty rare and obscure, so I might have come from that for all I know, but it certainly could be fan art or doujinshi.

takaya sensei doesn't use that kind of cross hatching. that style is not something he would do.

it's not from the novel that I have either. mine is memory of the demon shadow.

so it could be from one of the other two.

Definitely fan art, not the style used by the artist. 

It's a great piece of work, and it's done in a style that befits a wood engraving or European exposition. 

It's from the first novel I believe. I definitely have that image in a book somewhere and I believe it is the first novel.<br />I would go check to make sure, but all my guyver manga and stuff is stored in a closet somewhere while i re-do my room.

Its from the first novel, If I remember Correctly. Same one that squid headed Zoanoid came from.

was there a picture of that too.I was not aware that the novels contained many pictures i thought they were mostly text. No one has mentioned about the pictures ,the books are rare and not many people must be aware what they contain. I found out that this picture was on the old bio-boost site which is down to my knowledge i can only get a few pages whats left behind.

Yeah, they have a few pictures each. I think maybe 4 or 5 in the whole book, all done by the same artist. I can try and get pictures of them at some point in the future if you guys want. I have the first two novels

That's right, Senuvite was never in the manga, but there was a Bio Design for him in the data files. he ended up being in the anime though.

oh right, when he fought female Guyver II XD yeah, you got me there, but the origin remains. Actually, his reaction was priceless. He knew he wasn't going to last long. I felt sorry for the anime version myself.
