Where do you spend most of your time Online and why?

as the title says,

what web communities or forms of social media do you spend most time on, or do you spend your online time browsing for information or perhaps you spend most time watching vids or something else?

and is there any particular reason you prefer it?

I spend some times on twitter, often talking with a friend, a japanese guyver fan.

I try to watch some youtube vid of japan if I can.

I follow facebook and talk to some guys from here that are my facebook friend.

I visit other online community to talk about this and that.

I'd probably spend more time here but it seems to be vacant a lot these days.

i dont do facebook, twitter etc. never been much of a social animal and the people i do know know where to find me, ive just never got into it online.

This is the only online community i visit to be a part of. like you said Ryuki its a bit vacant now, but i still pop in regardless.

other time online that i would class as wasting time is looking for manga, TV shows and action figures that i cant afford, where as worthwhile stuff would be searching for stuff be it info / research or searching for physical books to buy for more info on particular subjects that i care about.

i find the internet can be a vacum sucking up time unless you have a clear plan of what youre doing on it, so i try not to go on it if unnecessary, sure ive come across some great stuff in the past while having my time sucked away - but to be honest i can't be bothered anymore.

That pretty much sums up my online habits. It's either I read the news or read manga. I do pop in here once in a while when I get enough free time.

Man, I really need to find some time to do my vices. I mean 2 good movies already passed me by and there's probably another one that's gonna pass me again.

I come here everyday although I don't necessarily post (as i'm sure is obvious). There's another forum i lurk which i used to be an active member but their community just turned to drenn. lots of immaturity, elitism, all that jazz. so i've stopped posting there completely and use the site for news.

i probably use facebook more than i should, or at least more than i like to admit. it's a time killer.

youtube is almost always open for music or anything i feel like watching at a moment's notice.

i spend a lot of time on a certain image board to kill time and for some quick laughs.

this also usually delves into me searching something else that i've just seen for more information. Usually I'll find some artwork or a painting or something that I really like and I'll be thrown into google image search and just start looking at art online. good fun

when i think about it, the number of websites i browse is very small.

1) Most of time I spend in the Russian clone of the Facebook - http://vk.com

I have a number of fake accounts there, so it's never gets boring :mrgreen: (like Sho Fukamachi account: http://vk.com/fukamachi ). Also I watch 90% of videos there + the community/groups system there is quite good for serious, funny, nonsense and crazy doings and events.
