do you mean when you give blood?

harumph!

a cup of tea. :sigh:

oh and of course you get the enormous sense of well-being at saving somebody's life.[emote=onion]huh[/emote]

oh you mentioned biscuits :)

how nice :)

yes biscuits.

it's quite cool actually because we have biscuits and cookies. a cookie is a specific type of biscuit. usually quite chunky and lumpy with bits in it like chocolate chip or raisins.

I would say yes.

it's very well done if so, but some of the ambience don't look quite right.

plus, I'm sure i would have known if they were making a second one.

Today has been a good day. I just found at there is a classic game store called The Save Point that just opened up in my mall yesterday. They had some very reasonable prices and I like that fact they will repair your old system for $20. I hope they don't go out of business within months.

wow, that is very nice!

it is unfortunate at the moment that the sell through of entertainment items is going to be quite low so their business model had better be good.

they could do well if they take full advantage of online sales and sourcing.

It's definitely been a while since I blogged......

Anyhoo, I did get my stick modded and it's sweet. I practice every so often, but I still not that good. Memo to self: Needs more practice.

On to more important news, I've decided to get off my butt and relearn C++. Been way too long since I've done programming so I've forgotten a lot. My current long term goals are to possibly get certified and get a computer job, and in my spare time design a fighting game. Short term goal includes job with more money, and my roommate says I should make a stick figure shoot a fireball by pressing P.

As for my fighting game, I can't think of a name yet. Also need to design my fighters, but I want to my gameplay mechanics down first. It's like my friend when he makes songs, he makes music then lyrics.

Now for a little bit a practice before bed. And maybe Ong Bak.

Just found some Guyver volume on Amazon for $25 a pop brand new. Apparently the seller is Sakura Mart, if that rings anyone's bells. I would buy the first volume as test to see if I'm getting a good service, but money must be used for new apartment that me and the roommates are hopefully are going to get. Sounds like it's going to happen. Just need paperwork to be done, and hopefully that is it.

good luck with your apartment. I wish it was easier here in the uk.

btw, that $25 for guyver manga. rip-off. guyver manga costs $5 in japan.

Before reading,

U.S. Constitution: http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/constitution_transcript.html

Bill of Rights: http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/bill_of_rights_transcript.html

I'd figured I should put those there for our members who are not from the United States.

America is becoming a scary place to live. Ever since Sandy Hook and instant move against "assault' or military-grade guns, it is becoming quite clear that my government is trying to become a Viertes Reich, or fourth empire if you will. Obama keeps signing 23 executive orders bypassing Congress (which is unconstitutional), and other programs from different states asking regular citizens to turn in guns to keep the streets safe (Huh?). Of course, some people might say I'm overreacting. Well, no, especially considering two things. First, The Patriot Act, which help set up Homeland Security violates the 4th Amendment. And with Obama signing into law National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) (http://www.aclu.org/blog/tag/ndaa) on Dec. 31 2011 which declares the US a battleground, and allows for secret assassinations, secret arrests, and indefinite imprisonment without trial. Now it states that US citizens are exempt but with The Patriot Act all you have to do is be put on a exemption list to nullify your protection further eliminating the 4th Amendment along with the 6th Amendment. Now with the attack on the 2nd Amendment, I'm waiting for the rest of them to ignored by the higher ups.

I wished our 'digital habit' didn't put us in this position. Now, you're probably asking what do I mean by that. I mean our view of Federalist vs Non-Federalist, Democrat vs Republican, This or That. Basically, a system of limited 1s and 0s that if manipulated by power hungry hands that know the system can gain control. Now I'm not saying I know there is a conspiracy, but it makes me wonder why as an American that I have been presented only two choices by my media and politicians. Why do my countrymen have to think so closed-minded? I look at the world and know that it is analog. There are many possibilities and solutions. So why just two choices?

Makes you think.
