May 15, 201015 yr Author Chapter 4, page 12, and the relevent text: SOM-4.htm It's going to take awhile before I get the next chapter. My commissioned artist lost the data that I had sent to her, and she needs to have the chapter I re-sent her translated again.
May 16, 201015 yr Author I could really do without weekend food shopping; Safeway was something of a madhouse, and boy am I ever glad to be out of there. Got some good food out of it, though. Had a nice time watching Doctor Who with the family, too. I've also found that Capri Sun doesn't taste nearly as good as I remember. Of course, I suppose when you've been drinking pure fruit drinks for as long as I have, that kind of glorified sugar-water kind of loses its appeal.
May 19, 201015 yr Author I sometimes find it hard to believe that I've written 25 pages in this little blog of mine. I guess I'm either particularly introspective, or an incredible blabbermouth.
May 30, 201015 yr Author Well, everyone, I'm back from my shopping break. Got a lot of cool things to show in the project thread; go check them out. I'm going to be working on the compositing later today; Mom's going to sew it once I'm happy with the layout.
June 1, 201015 yr Author Well, I've got the fabric all laid out; mom's going to be working on the sewing soonish, and adding her own little touches. It's going to be fun to see it all brought together.
June 9, 201015 yr Author The throw is coming along nicely, though there have been a few things that need to be redone;c some parts that haven't mached up as well as I'd like. Mom's been a real good sport about it, though. She wants this project to come out as well as I do.
June 18, 201015 yr Author I think my computer might be going; there's been more and longer wait-times switching over from one application to another. Even now, while I've been typing this, the cursor hasn't been keeping up very well.
June 18, 201015 yr i find it very stressful to have a computer that is struggling. I'm saving up for a new one right now.
June 29, 201015 yr Author Yeah, it's a real pain in the behind. I think I might start saving up for a new computer, myself. The lower CD tray, the one I use for burning, just jammed open. It's getting annoying to have to deal with; besides the fact that it leaves me completely unable to burn anymore CDs.
June 29, 201015 yr Author Aside from the computer-issues I've been having, this has been a rather good week. I've gotten the first page of chapter five:
July 1, 201015 yr Author Another month past, and another year more than half over; it's so weird to think about, but I guess the old saying is true: time flies when you're having fun.
July 1, 201015 yr Author I loved this season's finale of Doctor Who; usually, something stupid or boring or pointless happens to ruin the ending for me, but not this time, this time was perfect. I love the way the Doctor, Amy, and Rory all play off one another; they really chose great actors for this season.
July 1, 201015 yr Author I found the coolest site: The Sonic the Hedgehog OSV Project I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed that music, and this way I don't have to worry about running out of time while I listen to it.
July 1, 201015 yr Author Lone Flower Petals in the Wind Petals Scattered Without question, one of the greatest crossover trillogies it's been my pleasure to read. Still, the author might be writing another story in the series sometime. I don't know.
July 1, 201015 yr yeah the finale of doctor who was pretty awesome. the thing i love about this new series is that you don't get to figure out what is going to happen. it's not very predictable and it doesn't go over the top on anything. things just seem to move along sensibly and deliver quality story.
July 2, 201015 yr Author Yeah, that's one of the things I enjoyed most about this season, it was always surprising. It was also very interesting how they managed to turn all of those little moments that didn't make sense at the time into a part of the rich, epic finale. Now that's craftsmanship.
July 2, 201015 yr the artist is doing a real nice job on them. I'm glad you managed to get a good artist to do this. I never would have been able to do such a fine job.
