District 9

Featured Replies

I just saw this movie yesterday, and I can honestly say this is one of my favorite science fiction films of all time. Sharlto Copley gives an excellent performance considering this is his first real film. The CGI is amazing and the alien weaponry effects are pretty brutal.

Yea it was cool...had to laugh at the Nigerians though. They always know how to squeeze profit out of the most outrageous things.

I heard that district 9 only came around cause the HALO movie flopped and got canceled.

So its official that the halo movie is now canceled? When did this happen?

Alright that is what I thought but whew thats good news.

My wife and I saw District 9. Totally badass and one of THE best movies I have seen all year! I really hope Neil Blomkamp will return to direct Halo! :)

Better yet have any of you guys seen the one of the promo ads for Halo 3:ODST we are ODST? Watching that thing made me want a halo movie.

The game is freakn great but i will admit that it is a bit short you beat it in under 3 hours.

I saw some of the demo movies for Halo. Pretty badass. :D I hope if it gets made one day, Neil Blomkamp will come back and direct it. In the mean time, I am going to wait for District 8 or 10, which Neil Blomkamp decides to make first.

When I saw Vicus start freaking out about his arm I was laughing so hard, I thought I'd bust my gut! It made me think of Sho's reaction. Neither ever get old!
