largo Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 It was I don't know I think it's because it fell in to the category of trying to make it appealing to more then just the fans and ended up ruining it completely. Also not to mention that the Hitman games weren't always very strong in the story department. Quote
Spartan Warlord Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Beowulf is the biggest load of nappies iv ever seen...coz it was cgi it wasnt the best film...the facial expression doent change much Quote
*zeo Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 It was I don't know I think it's because it fell in to the category of trying to make it appealing to more then just the fans and ended up ruining it completely. Also not to mention that the Hitman games weren't always very strong in the story department. Might have helped if they chose an actor who could actually act and look like a cold blooded killer. This guy never really sold the character, know what I'm saying? Quote
largo Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Yeah Zeo I do the old man from the train station looked more like 47 from the games then the guy they chose. Quote
W'Kar Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 Recent Movies? Hmm.... . . . . Is that a trick question? About the only thing I've seen even halfway decent was 'The Mist'. Even that movie had room for improvement. But I liked in anyway. King's stories are better movies than novels anyway. At least then you can stomach them. Quote
Spartan Warlord Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 i saw American gansta last nite...pretty dam good... only bad thing is i have no issues with Denziel hes a f**kin brilliant director and actor EXCEPT...hes not very vesitile when it comes to acting he can only play serious roles...bone collector, devil in a blue dress, training day, dejavu shall i go on... I saw it with my Fiancee. I thought the movie was pretty cool. Though the second half was morel ike your typical zombie movie, I really don't care. Quote

thanosfan82586 Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 I just saw Cloverfield on Friday, and I thought it was awesome. It was just so different from almost any other movie I've seen. Quote
Thunder Demon1472669266 Posted January 20, 2008 Posted January 20, 2008 I gotta tell ya, over the holidays, I wanted to go see Charlie Wilson's War, about the Congressman and the CIA guy who convinced America to get involved with Afghanistan back in the 80's. Never actually got to see it when we were supposed to. Was kind of mad. Quote
