Gigantic Guyver vs. Arcanfel

Featured Replies

Who would win? Would it be a slaughter? What does it take to take down Arcanfel? Lastly, who has the most powerful battleform out of all the characters in Guyver? Thanks ALL.

This is easy its Archanphel no hand down even with the Gigantic's new abilities wouldn't give him a snow balls chance at winning. This being said Archanphel is easily the strongest character in all of guyver. Though I could see Aptom becoming stronger if he could ever get close to Archanphel.

Cool..

Do Gigantic Guyvers have a chance against a Zoalord? Two Gigantic Guyvers vs. Archanphel?

Not neccisarily true.

Especially considering how he is extremely near death. Maybe in his prime... but we've seen how the Gigantic can adapt to most combat... we've never really seen the potential for either character.

The only difference is, that we are seeing more of the Gigantic's abilities, but Alkanphel is currently KO'd after revivng Imakarum ( who is supposed to be the most powerful of the 12 ability wise).

Gigantic Guyvers, one on one with a Zoalord seems to be more than an even match, before some of the abilities were discovered. Since that has happened, the Gigantic clearly outclasses "normal" Zoalords in most aspects. Which is why they are dropping pretty fast.

I think 1 Gigantic vs Alkanphel would have been a good match. But we will probably never know since Alkanphel will probably never be at all full power ever again.

But considering the Gigantic was essentially made to fight Alkanphel... and not other Zoalords, who knows.

A couple of zoalords have been lost but how many Zoacrystals have been recovered?

Just thinking, we've had a lot of talk about how Arkenfal has weaken over the years, has this been due to the fact he has shared his power and created the other 11 lords? Ife this is true what is stopping them from returnign the crystals to arkenfal near the final battle with the guyvers?

Archanfel didn't share his powers with the other Zoalords their crystals are copies of his. He is weak because he had to fight off the Creators telepathic attack and use his most powerful attack to stop the asteroid/small moon that the Creators tried to destroy the earth with.

Hey guys, adding my two-cents here. In WG, it was mentioned that before the Creators threw that moon at Earth, they used their combined telepathic power to stun Alkanphel, and to do something else to him as well that has caused him to need to hibernate a lot of the time he has been on Earth since then. :? Not to mention using up nearly all of his power to destroy the moon, which really put a strain on him as well. The combination of all of that has been quite the deterrent for Alkanphel to be out and about. :( That's why Imakarum is running the show, so that Alk can try and do some damage management on himself. That's one reason he wants to get a Unit for himself in the end, so that it can repair a great deal of the damage that has been done to him, return him to full power, and allow him to "storm the gates of heaven." Of course, if this differs in certain areas in the graphic novels / manga / anime, I haven't had the chance to review it in depth. But, that's what I think is the main deal. Let me know your thoughts, k? :P

As far as Alkanphel need for hibernation im sure this has been argued in another subject but...he was programed to follow all creators commands and to go against it takes alot of will power and sheer strain of having to continuely fight against this command takes alot of energy...hence the need for a guyver unit...

The running theory is basically when Alkanphel was commanded to do nothing that left a permenat command in his mind. By sheer willpower Alkanphel disobeyed the command and used his ultimate attack on that moon. So for the past million years for every step he takes he is disobeying a order from the Creators, combined with the probable massive strain of using all that power in that attack left him incredibly weakened that he cannot recover from.
