TheGuyversWill Posted July 8, 2004 Posted July 8, 2004 (edited) Another grand picture done by our very own Tengu for the GSF site. This one shows the beast with his weapons closed. http://www.orochi.com/gsf/bailey/finalmeek2.jpg And this one shows him with those same weapons open http://www.orochi.com/gsf/bailey/finalmeek.jpg I'll post the colored versions soon enough. Thunder Demon Posted July 8, 2004 Posted July 8, 2004 Nice. Had to do the classic double take between the two to see. But, hey, *winks* the subject doesn't look MEEK. Ha ha! Oh, sorry. Not funny. Anyway, excellent, can't wait for the colored ones. Quote
Guest Posted July 8, 2004 Posted July 8, 2004 Great pics, man! You're a frickin' excellent artist! Post those coloured pics soon. Quote
Kaiser Dragoon Posted July 8, 2004 Posted July 8, 2004 Well done Tengu, the facial structure is very intriguing. I hope the coloured versions don't take up too much space on the board since these pictures are pretty big. Quote
Guest Posted July 9, 2004 Posted July 9, 2004 Great pics, man! You're a frickin' excellent artist! Post those coloured pics soon. Um, this was done by Tengu, not Will.... Anyway, Tengu these are great pictures. I can't wait to see the colored versions. Quote
Guest Posted July 9, 2004 Posted July 9, 2004 Oh, sorry, let me rephrase: Great pics, Tengu! You're a frickin' excellent artist! Post those coloured pics soon. Quote
Guest Posted July 9, 2004 Posted July 9, 2004 Very excellent those pictures, I can't wait to see what color scheme you've gone with Tengu Quote
Guest Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 Thank you all guys for the comments, but i'm having more problems finding the right color scheme for this pic. I tried purple, and marron for the main color of the armor, but its all going wrong. I would really be greatful to you all if you could help me out. Any ideas? Quote
Guest Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 A "dark methodical" color scheme would be nice..a different tinge of red for the armor...with ashen grey like bio tendrils. Or An off black for the armor..and a faint tinged red for the bio tendrils O,o..Iurknow why, but I see dat thing as a dark color scheme..nuh a bright flash one, but one that'd make ya crap yerself iffen ya saw it shift from the shadows right infront of you. Kamui de' Tempest Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 Tengu, great work. I love the concept. Who would of thought to merge a Matrix and a Enforcer Kavazar. Surely not I. Would make for a good fanfic, though, I think. Again, excellent work and look forward to seeing more of your work in the future. Keep up the good job. Quote
Guest Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 Maybe a dark wine armour and crimson tendrils? More colour would be needed than that, just a basic idea there. Quote
Armageddon Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 How about dark black armor with dark red tendrils? You do very nice work, Tengu! I can't wait to see what the finished products will be. Keep up the good work, Tengu! Armageddon. Quote
TheGuyversWill Posted July 10, 2004 Author Posted July 10, 2004 Who would have ever thought of merging an Enforcer Kavzar with a Matrix? hahah me of course! But yeah, seriously I think the Matrix Enhanced Warrior Kavzar Gigantic will be a lot more... it. Quote
Armageddon Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 Who would have ever thought of merging an Enforcer Kavzar with a Matrix? hahah me of course! But yeah, seriously I think the Matrix Enhanced Warrior Kavzar Gigantic will be a lot more... it. Were there any plans to draw and use this character, Will? Armageddon. Quote
TheGuyversWill Posted July 11, 2004 Author Posted July 11, 2004 Never to draw... I wish to draw.. We didnt have anyone talented enough to draw something of this form at the time. The character was "used" though. Its not a WG fic character mind you, just an RPG character such as Spider and Reaper. Quote
Armageddon Posted July 12, 2004 Posted July 12, 2004 Never to draw... I wish to draw.. We didnt have anyone talented enough to draw something of this form at the time. The character was "used" though. Its not a WG fic character mind you, just an RPG character such as Spider and Reaper. How about having Tengu take up the project? He ruled on the MEEK! He would similarly rule on the MEWKG! I wouldn't really have expected either character of these strengths/abilities to show up in WG fictions. I think Sully would've said they're to powerful, besides that fact, would you want Creator pawns equal to or surpassing Dreadnought running around? I think not! Armageddon. Quote
TheGuyversWill Posted July 13, 2004 Author Posted July 13, 2004 Alright here are two colored versions and the second one Tell me which one you like best. Quote
Guest Posted July 13, 2004 Posted July 13, 2004 (edited) The Blue looks good, but the wine looks a good bit better. Makes it look more menacing and deadly. If you had it colored with more gleam and a bit more shine, it'd look even more awesome! Edited July 13, 2004 by Guest Quote
Armageddon Posted July 13, 2004 Posted July 13, 2004 I like them both. Though, i think the wind one looks better in the scary area. Armageddon. Quote
Guest Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 Actually, both colors are ideal for the MEEK in all truth of the matter. Why not just use both of them? Two different color variations for appointed units and or for the "God" inwhich they serve? It'd be following the traditional Kavzar deal, yet adding a different color to the scheme of things. Quote
Guest Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 I prefer the second. It's one of the few times that a reddish Guyver has actually been made to look Really really good! I like it. And I love this design, very cool Quote
Guest Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 I say go with the second version, but then again I love dark evil colors Quote
Kamui de' Tempest Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 I myself prefer the second one. I think it adds the fact that this charecter, if ever used in a fic, would and will be a bad@$$ unit. The red makes it more meanacing, more evil looking than the blue, which is almost sterotypical of a good guy or hero. ( example would be Dreadnaught and Zagam....need I say more). With alittle touch up, some gleam or shine, maybe alittle glow effect, and reflection also you would have a mother of a picture. Just MHO though. Quote
Thunder Demon Posted July 15, 2004 Posted July 15, 2004 The red looks better. most definitely. But, you could do like Zero said as well and have the main visible MEEK, and use the other colors along with blue to indicate who they follow. Quote
