Aceaer Battle Guyver
McAvoy replied to jedi-guyver's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Interesting but why would the Battle Guyver have a larger increase than a more advanced Warrior Guyver model? A Guyver is increased by 100 men, a Warrior Guyver is increased by 140 men. If anything the Battle Guyver would be increased by 120 men. Percentages don't work because the Aceaer adds it's power to the user, and the the higher the base is, the lower the percentage increase. Hyper sensors wouldn't increase by that much. Maybe to 400 meters. Battle Guyver has the same durability as a normal Guyver. So it would double the durability of the armor. Shields would increase so she may withstand slightly more than normal. Regeneration would be six times as great. Head laser is normal so it would double the power maybe triple. Mega Smasher would function normally as before. Fusion Cannons may react similarly to the Warrior Guyvers, faster recharge and may change shape. -
Well obviously the Acear are a form of cannon fodder and those who survive become Kavzars. In Allen's own fiction when the Commander class Warrior Kavzar was introduced, it was said that the Warrior kavzars were originally produced in a similar way of zoalords or such and then created by use of a unit. Now with the rewrites, I guess this could change. But I'd imagine in a test even a small step in creating mass producble Kavzars or even Commander Kavzars would be worth looking into. Skipping the step of the Aceaer and going straight to Kavzar would be worthwhile. So instead of the untold trillions of Aceaers, you could have the same amount of Aceaers as Kavzars. Or who knows, Commander Kavzar as an upgrade module to the original Kavzar unit.

It looks liem Agito was about to admit that Sho was the victor but then the control medals started to communicate. Which is interesting because the info on how Sho went Exceed may be transfered to Agito. Seems like the city will be screwed. Sort of disappointing though with the fight. I wanted to see a all out fight between the two. Grappling, punching, pressure cannons all over the place etc.

The Aceaer is a common armour, basically the Unit-A of the Gen troops. It's a common massed produced armour and should never be confused with a Guyver unit. Humanity only has use of these because the Gen want them to have use of it. Remember the Gen are willing to let people die to test their theory. they are also willing to treat humanity as a computer, storing backups of Guyver conciousness and restoring their favorite hosts whenever they want. Simply put they are not bound by the same moral standards that humanity has. What that basically means is for their army, which is HUGE, untold billions of their troops are out there. Only the ones that survive make it to be a Kavzar, and that amour insures that the week don't survive. These aren't Guyver's, look at the Black Aceaer Unit in the Assassin Guyver story, what happened to it when the host took too much damage and was in danger of being in Chronos hands? Well those Aceaers and their hosts must be dirt cheap. But overall, even with canon fodder it would be hard to win wars. Though they would be useful against the Robot things that the Grakken have now. Not entirely sure if it's human made or Grakken made that Martin copied though.

Certainly possible since there seems to be a long term agenda with Carter. But as far the second idea is concerned i doubt this. Simply put, even though some Guyvers are as powerful or more so than a Enforcer Kavzar, they are only a handful vs. the 1,500 Enforcer Kavzars the Gen have. To top if off, remember the Gen view Earth as a testing ground and as soon as Earth's usefulness is over they may destroy it to prevrnt Earth becoming like the Grakken. If anything they may even promote a new war to test their new units. Also possibility that they may invade Earth and capture all useful units they would need to further their line of research. For example, Krullnar interested in capturing Female Warrior Guyver since she is base unit Prototype Warrior unit and capture Dreadnought to figure out why or how he became like that. Also they would want to capture the other Warrior Guyvers like WG2, Zeus and WGC. Also the Praetorian units would be of high interest to them as well since it would be near foreign technology to them.

Interesting about the Aceaer. I noticed in the last story but forgot about it. It would mean the Aceaer would fall more in line with the original thought process years ago when we thought the Guyver were basically an armor on top of the skin. Seems like the Aceaer is more like that now. Would make you wonder why the Gen just doesn't use a modified form of a Guyver unit. Like a Kavzar Guyver unit instead, with a control crystal instead of a control medal. That sort of weakness would certainly hamper their common foot soldier vs. anybody.

To get people thinking abit. What if Dreadnought and the other Guyvers had to wars to fight? Don't worry about how or why just afterwards. The aftermath. 1. Life after Chronos, No more Chronos. ACTF is the victor. But there are still the Gen and the Grakkens. 2. Life after the Gen. Chronos is still around but the Gen are gone and so are the Grakken. 3. Everyone is gone. No more Grakken, Gen or Chronos. 4. Lastly, Dreadnought is the sole survivor of a new Grakken/Gen War. Earth is destroyed. Would Jason join up or wage his own personal war on the Grakkens and/or Gen?

Interesting. Anyway guessing on your progress we can expect Part 5 to up sometime in mid June?

the Rewrite/update plan for the next while.
McAvoy replied to Sully's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
I forgot about all of that. Well for me it would be Part 4 that would need major rewriting and the first three just needs updating. I would probably break up Part 4 into two parts. -
Most of these guns can be mounted on a Humvee. Military stopped using Jeeps over 20 years ago. Obviously no one will be firing these guns on their person. I have personally fired all of the above weapons at least once. The GAU-19 gatling gun is the most fun just because of the amount of bullets it can fire. That and it's cool. I can definitely see any of these guns modified to be used on Red or Blue armors for the ACTF. Or used at the bases for defense. As far as Frag damage, I think it's up in the air. Direct hits and shrapnel hits to vulnerable areas I can see, but even Gregore survived one up close though damaged. The Browning gun doesn't jam that much like it used to and overheat problem is pretty much in any gun that fires large caliber bullets fast enough. The big problem I do see would ammunition/supply. It's not like these guns will have 10,000 bullets all the time, at most a few hundred. Trained military men know to fire in short bursts, for controlled firing and save ammunition.

The Warrior Wizards (the trio's complete Datafile set)
McAvoy replied to Ultimate W'kar's topic in Fan Fiction
Interesting datafiles. It seems that all three are based off of some sort of base unit? -
Well here are a few guns that may help. GUA-17 0.30" Mini Gun GAU-19 .5" Gatling Gun 25mm Mark 38 Gun All three above are detachable and can be bolted down to the floor of some building or street. The first two can be mounted on vehicles. 40mm mark 19 Grenade Launcher This can launch grenades that definitely can break up at least low level zoanoid formations. Probably not kill them but injure them at least. 0.50" 90 caliber Browning Machine Gun Good old fashioned 90 year old weapon. Used on everything including vehicles. Might be able to stop low level zoanoids. Well you can look around the Navweaps.com website. Mostly naval guns and weapons though. I still have to look up various books I have to find good pictures to use on your site.

I figured as much. Makes sense because it creates a rank structure which the Gen can use to promote good zoalords when the needs arise.
-
Because Master Zoalords like Enforcers are a pain in the ass to make. This is part of the jelous nature in Revee v Korn that made him a good idea for the GuyverZoalord. What I meant is that while granted Kron is a Master Zoalord and Reeve is some sort of lower level zoalord, I was trying to compare the Supreme zoalords of Chronos vs. the common zoalord of the Gen. In the old fic, they were about equal, with the Gen zoalords being of higher quality. Now with the Gigantic being much more powerful which in turns so does the Chronos Zoalords, will the Gen created zoalords get a boost as well?

the Rewrite/update plan for the next while.
McAvoy replied to Sully's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
Oh yeah I forgot about that. I seriously didn't think it needed that much beyond the new stuff you put in Time War and whatever you plan to add or take away in the later rewrites. -
I see. So roughly as powerful to the old estimates of a Supreme Zoalord. But that also brings up the question as a brother of a Master Zoalord and a Gen created one as well, why is he so weak? I doubt the Supreme Zoalords remained the same level as before.

the Rewrite/update plan for the next while.
McAvoy replied to Sully's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
I agree. All Things doesn't really need it with just altering "Creator" to Gen or Uranus. Revenge just needs to be reedited to story format as opposed to script and whatever new things that pop up. Good to hear on Assassin story. -
I don't have any figures but from what I understand this no worse than other series, Japanese or American. Though I guess if I did have a few Guyver figures, it would definitely make drawing Guyvers easier....

the Rewrite/update plan for the next while.
McAvoy replied to Sully's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
Ok. The question I have fits within this topic. Sully, you meantioned recently that you plan on rewriting Union next after Part 5 of Time War. I am I correct in assuming: 1. Time War 2. Union of the Guyvers 3. Revenge/WG2 4. Rescue 5. All Things. The big question is when do you plan on writing a new original story? Granted Time War is practically a new new story and Rescue will probably be too. I am asking because of the rewrites for the above will take years. -
I think sometimes people forget how truly powerful the Guyver Zoalord really is. Zeugma used her most powerful attack on him and didn't work. Thousands of zoalords and zoanoids died trying to stop him. Of course she is a weaker version of Alkanphel whose own attack destroyed a Mars sized planetoid, but she should be able to pull the same feat on something at least the size of the Moon. The Gigantic Guyver isn't that powerful. Also brings up a new point. Is the zoalord as powerful as before meaning as powerful as a Supreme Zoalord of the old datafiles or is his powerful adjusted as well to fit with the Gigantic?
-
So this will be the fourth version of Union. The original, the original rewrite, Chronicles and your next rewrite. A Proto Zoalord for Sean. Should be interesting. Never liked the idea that Sean was getting his but kicked by a Zerebubuse. Even Sho beat him early on. Sean is a more skilled fighter than Sho was at that point. Especially since Sean favored vibrational swords.
-
Looks like Agito is trying to get Sho to go Exceed. Giga Smasher at the Pillars and kill many people. The zoalord that I am brainfarting right now is trying to protect the building. Unless he more powerful than the others, doubtful he can protect the building from the giga smasher let alone survive it. The way it looks is that if Sho becomes Exceed then that's all Agito needs to do it himself. Maybe the Gigantic's hyper sensors are much more capable of scanning than we previously thought.
-
He would probably get killed, just not as quickly as the zoalords and Guyvers. I'd imagine the Guyver Zoalord is not only a mere combo of Guyver and Zoalord but in a form of Exceed himself.
-
Well I learned something. Drinking five beers while reading on a computer does not help. Anyway after a second reading. It is excellent and definitely an improvement on the original. I liked the bit on Chronos. It was never really explained but we all knew why Chronos never fully attacked the ACTF full on. Though it is interesting that the advancement on Chronos lines is much earlier than before. With only Texas and Arizona not being freed. Solom's interaction with the humans is very interesting. I wonder how or why Solom in WG2's universe became such an asshole. Maybe he is just that different. Gigantic Guyver fights off three Grakkens in Union. Makes sense, since Gigantic is much, much more powerful than a Grakken. The Grakken story on why he was there also makes much more sense as well. I liked the interactions between the scientists. Maybe we will see them in the later rewrites.

Well then. I like that idea of Guyver C being there with the New Aceaer Marine fighting off Cyber Guyver and Female Guyver 2. Makes it smoother in Revenge when GC and AM find and fight Cyber Guyver Green in Revenge.
