ocassionally watching 'i couldn't become a superhero so i reluctantly decided to get a job'. 7 episodes in so far and most of it's hilarious. -
well, i have a feeling that we're going to find out in the next couple of chapters

i gotta have that G3. 22CM tall!

actually, i didn't even think that archanfel actually could speak any type of modern day language, or any language at all. that he's able to use telepathy to communicate his thoughts and those receiving it interpret those thoughts themselves into their own language. when the creators had told him he would command their soldiers of neanderthal zoaniods, what language did they have to speak? when barcas first stumbled upon him and awoke archanfel, no doubt he may of learnt barcas's native language as archanfel would of been curious of how the world and people have evolved over the time he's been asleep. guessing that barcas had spent a long time on the island learning from archanfel and vice versa. to my understanding, even the 12 commanders have only seen archanfel a handfull of times, so he very rarely leaves the island where he would need interaction with different species to learn their language. now, being a supreme being and all, i'm not saying that he doesn't have the power to just dive into someone's mind telepathically and learn their language and all that they know in an instant. but, if he does, then pfft, actually physically speaking vocally would be quite troublsome and trivual, it would be something you wouldn't make an effort to do, wouldn't it?

probably more shocked when it did happen with a feeling of justification which later brought on happiness. i'd say the same for about the other 20million+ viewers aswell.

well, he has mentioned that mizuki and tetsuro have a large role to play in the coming future. i still can't get the idea out of my head that apollon could be tetsuro from the future!
-
.......holy cow! it didn't even occur to me! yes, i think he could home in on it. also, apollon obviously used this ability as he may of known that there was no other way of escaping GG's grip as sho had stated. surely there's other places he could of opened a portal too besides silha.
-
mmmm, that last page is interesting. apollon chose to transport back to the island, would we eventually see apollon and archanfel together for the first time next chapter. and the look on archanfels face is somewhat different to what i expected it to be if he sensed apollon's arrival? or did he sense GG's hand aswell, before it hit the ground?

just acouple of reasons why watching the show is a must. Be prepared for shock deaths in Game Of Thrones season five, says George R R Martin. "People are going to die who don't die in the books"... As a show renowned for mercilessly swinging the scythe at its cast, it's no spoiler that Game Of Thrones writer George R R Martin is teasing more deaths to come in season five. "Everybody better be on their toes," Martin warned at the Writers Guild West Awards this weekend, "[benioff and Weiss, showrunners] are even bloodier than I am". Some surprise however, comes with Martin's tease of non-A Song Of Ice And Fire deaths in the show's forthcoming fifth season. "People are going to die who don’t die in the books, so even the book readers will be unhappy", he told the assembled crowd on Saturday. The task of squeezing Martin's sprawling novels into 10 tight hours of television per year has already necessitated more than a few deviations from the source material by Benioff and Weiss. Characters and sub-plots have been expanded, excised and combined to streamline the storytelling, so a surprise death or two wouldn't be a huge departure. Indeed, as season five is due to pull in material from the most recently published novel, A Dance With Dragons, the TV series is fast approaching the point at which it overtakes the book series. Depending on when Martin's next novel, The Winds Of Winter, appears, it could be surprises all round for season six and beyond. new season starts april.

i likey alot. now all you have to do is build a huge family/rumpus room extension on the rear of the house to create a killer display of everything or pitch a tent in the backyard for the kids to live in so to use their bedrooms, LOL. -
hi and welcome, great community here so enjoy.

common problem, unfortunately, no spare parts that i know of and most have used an industrial grade superglue to stick the ball joint back on, thats if you're able to remove the ball end out from inside the head. if you manage to get this far, file one side of the ball joint slightly flat which will allow easier swapping of the heads. don't file too much off or the head becomes really loose and wont stay posed and continue to drop. -
i like to think that its alittle more than just being a polite brush off. afterall, i had received pretty much the same reply some years ago with a similar email and about 6-8months later maxfactory announced the prototype guyver figma.
-
well, you know, i'd like to think that our email campaign acouple of years ago and any individuals email request and pestering helped jump start this new release figma. and i was so excited when my new figma arrived intime for christmas, i just had to email goodsmile and send them my appreciation,.......and alittle bit more! > Order Number: > > Comment: hi, i wish to thank you for sending my order in time for christmas. > i greatly appreciate your effort. > i would like to enquire if max factory will be releasing anymore figures from the guyver series, in the near future, which have not yet been released previously? > for example, zoalord archanfel, zoalord shin, apollon, or perhaps aptom's first form 'imitation of guyver'. > > thankyou very much and i look forward to your reply. their response; Hello. Thank you very much for contacting us. We appreciate your input. We will consider your request. Thank you. hay, yeah. i was thinking, is it just me or does the scale of the new figma better suit the bfw's compared to previous g1 in representing the size from the manga. -
nope, mine's good and not planning on taking the others out of the box to check. but i gon't think its leg length that's the problem with that figure, but actually a joint problem. the knee sinks back, kinking the upper/lower leg and gives the impression of a shorter leg, from what i can tell anyway.
-
well, atleast the shoulders won't pop off of the new one when posing him as the old one did. although the figma articulation is phenomenal, you were still able to get the original figure in pretty much all the classic poses aswell. they both have great detail, although i prefer the old clear/yellow megasmasher compared to the new silver. i like the ball joint and peg connections of the new figma, easily replaced if broken i think. but that peg stand that press's in his back gave me the sh1ts. really don't want to drill the hole in his back any deeper. i think the value in price will easily match the bfc's in the near future, but there is no way the bfc's will lose value because of the new figma release as some have hinted/speculate. it'll be like someone saying that a '61 250gt ferrari has lost its value due to the 2014 360spyder! i too prefer the size of the bfc. the figma does look more fragile, but only due to its small size i think. have to admit, i really do like the new figma. and getting a free di stage with a $35 new guyver, i can't really complain! my message to maxfactory would have to be, more please from this great series. preferably of characters never released before.
-
hi, 1-yes, at the moment, might be best to pledge, please read faq's and vol. ordering threads for more detail on this 2-yes, as you'd download them on your hard drive! 3-yes. as above! please browse through the forum as your questions and many more have already been asked and replied too countless times, please don't be upset for late reply. cheers.

Well, the new figma is smaller than i thought. he's so fragile to pose, and that peg stand that presses into his back gave me the sh1t's so bad. i was just about to throw him into a bonfire, 'cause the hole in his back is so shallow that he comes loose and falls off when you try to adjust him. but after heating up my soldering iron and acouple of JD's, who cares? here's some pics.
