UPDATE: They will be showing addition footage from AoU during next week's "Agents of SHIELD" (probably in response to HYDRA leaking the trailer early XD ).

I'm pretty sure they will, Ultron'll probably be constantly redesigning himself over the course of the movie.

That is true, but I could very likely see a scenario where Aptom, being a genetic outcast himself, would probably fight for the Morlocks, viewing them as kindred spirits. Hell, maybe he could rally them together to battle Chronos.

Is it weird that I'd actually like to see that happen in comic format? Maybe it's just me...

Ah, Doreen, you never cease to stymie me...

Man, I leave you guys alone for a while and look what happens... One thing I've been wondering about lately is how would Chronos deal with Marvel's "Artificial" Beings...guys like Vision, Machine Man, Ultron, Jocasta, ISAAC, M-11, Machinesmith, Electro (the robot from the 1940s, not Max Dillon), the Rigellian Recorders, the Phalanx, Warlock, Deathlok, Coldblood-7, just to name a few. I mean, Chronos is pretty big with "organic" technology, but how would they contend with guys who are old-fashioned hi-tech?

Just to clarify, I was referring to the original Earth-616 Marvel Comic Universe.

Yes, Chronos is pretty skilled with science, but how would they fare against magic? They'd still have to contend with guys like Doctor Strange and Ghost Rider, individuals whose abilities stem from supernatural sources. As powerful as the zoalords are, their abilities are still rooted in physical laws. Magic doesn't have that type of limitation. Somehow I can't see Chronos wrapping its collective head around magic, no matter how hard they may try. And assuming that they could fend off Earth's super-powered population, there are still guys like the Silver Surfer, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and the Asgardians, that they'd still have to contend with.

...what do you think the result would be? If Chronos attempted to take over the Earth of the MU, would the super-powered community have been able to stop it? This has been on my mind for quite some time, and I was wondering if I could get some perspectives from everyone.

Another example...someone who believes that notions of order and virtue are nothing but illusions, whilst chaos, violence and mayhem are the norm. Case in point...Cletus Kasady, better known as Carnage. I mean, yes, I know that people would argue that the Joker would better fit this category, but the Spider-Man/Batman crossover showed that their methods are quite different. Carnage favors numbers and actually seeing his crimes up close, whereas the Joker prefers a more "artistic" and "theatrical" approach to his crimes. Just to give you an idea, here's a panel from Amazing Spider-Man #363:

My idea of a "Most Evil Villain"...the kind of guy who'd make other villains a little nervous, to say the least. Case in point, check out this scene from the Marvel Heroes MMO:

I'd practice using it as often as I could, just to get a handle on it.
