watching the latest chapters got me thinking, the straw hats NEED a merman as a final crew member, he could be essential for lots of things like traversing ahead of the sunny to take down enemy ships without a cannon, rescuing devil fruit users who fall to the ocean and guiding the crew when the go underwater since it is very possible that he has a better vision underwater and whatnot it would make travels like going to merman island less difficult. IF the last member for the crew (for now anyways) is a merman it would probably be a disciple of jimbei since it is very likely that he himself can't join them since whitebeard is no longer around and the island would be left unprotected. There is a lot of speculation on other forums that Caribu could join the crew but i really wish he doesn't although it is possible since Robin started a villain first before joining the straw hats.

I laugh my ass off when franky used the rocket launcher and saw Luffy's, chopper's and Ussop's expression and yeah, light nipples....talk about random even for Oda.

ohhh i so envy you now steel, Spider-Man is the reason why I started drawing in the first place and was the first thing i started to draw with out reference material just to practice my photographic memory (which i tend to do a lot) Making comics has been my dream every since i got into reading spider-man I don't own that many comics tho, as for preferences by company, don't have any i just go by my favorite characters which tend to go from Marvel mostly then Dc and some Dark horse too. Continuing the conversation with Durendal, I have not read all the New Krypton story yet so i am not aware of everything that happens in that story line yet, as for the "nobody stays dead except bucky" it is actually "Nobody stays dead except Jason,Bucky and Uncle Ben" in which now is only uncle Ben since Jason Todd (the second robin) and Bucky (the new captain america) have been brought back to life. Spider-man Comics, Love them all even tho it went a little down hill with the whole one more day mumbojumbo not very fond of Peter no longer being married to MJ since all the stuff peter has been through after this event could have happened even if he was still married, i liked the Gauntlet story arc, kept me on my toes on every issue, i got shivers when they did the Rhino section of that story, and since a lot of people have been brought back like Harry I am guessing that Ben Reilly will have to be brought back too, waiting for that to happen, also what kind of role will Kaine have with being brought back to life after being killed.

wow, I am learning a lot from this, I thank you guys for taking your time to teach those that don't know the language to learn. I do have something to ask to be added here, Numbers, i know a few but not all. "Ten" would mean Heaven right? what would be the word for earth then? and what would you use for the word "and" as in Heaven and Earth?

I was surprised when i saw that part, always thought that the hats first owner was shanks but it is actually Rogers now we know why shanks said it was special for him. My guess that at the ending of one piece the hat will be given to who luffy thinks will inherit his will next, kinda obvious there, the question now is HOW it will get to that.

so far episode 10 is my favorite episode yet, it develops Ozu a lot and i can identify with him, he is very altruistic and likes to travel walking, i am the same way only i don't have a boxer's fetish , ankh on the other hand don't like in the least, there is something about him that i really don't like and he has not been developed that much, the cake guy cracks me up and the guy with the doll on his arm just gives me the creeps, oh and i love the transformation combos even tho the costume is simplified the designs for each combo are very stylish so far my favorite is the Lion combo.

That is more or less what is going to happen although with Oda you may never know

who was able to injure shanks? Blackbeard gave that scar Shanks has on his eye, shanks himself said so when he was talking to whitebeard before ace was defeated by blackbeard, and it was not a sneak attack or anything of the sorts although based on how Blackbeard reacted when shanks appeared on marine HQ that was all he could do.

Interesting design on the 2nd rider, I like it very much, the new movie looks interesting also.

Garp had mentioned about the other 2 Yonkou there is Big Mom which appears to be the only female emperor out of the 4 and Kaido who tried to fight Whitebeard when he went to save ace but Shanks interfered giving Whitebeard time to escape. speaking of Teach, I have a little theory on him i was always wondering why would Blackbeard need the Yami fruit which is basically a double edge sword Logia ability and my thoughts are that he can't use Haki, it would make perfect sense given his cowardly ways, Immense super human endurance despite the Yami fruit reducing his defense and needing a devil fruit that can cancel out other fruit powers including Logias when hakki cab do basically the same effect, leads me to believe that, yes, he is knowledgeable about haki demonstrated in his fight against luffy but he may not be able to use it, and if he did not have it before the 2 year gap he wont have it now since we are talking about a guy who was able to injure Shanks who is on par with Whitebeard in strength maybe eve stronger, your thoughts?

yeah, I he is not gay his hormones goes trough the roof now that he sees a real woman, I guess we are going to be seeing more of his nosebleed take offs more often than i though, being trapped in newkama land really made sanji appreciate women even more which is going to make him totally useless when faced with a woman enemy, and none of the crew even know the hardships he had to suffer, Sanji is my hero, man i am dying to see what the crew is capable to do now, oh and WTF?! Luffy is going to tame a freaking kraken?! Oda is milking luffy's badass factor to the limit, can't wait to see how he is going to pull it off.

not so much on my opinion although Oda was inspired by toriyama's work but remember that everybody above vice admiral level is said to know some form of hakki so Luffy may not be as overpowered as he looks even though he and his crew have gotten stronger so have everybody else, luffy just has the tools necessary to fight evenly with them that's all. oh and btw about sentomaru, do you mean when he says Ashigara Dokkoi? that is just a name to one of his attacks, probably from an unnamed martial art, probably sumo, he uses haki to increase the power of the attack tho.

well I guess the pacifistas are just canon fodder now from the looks of this new chapter, it is a shame it has not been too long since they have been introduced but now the crew can just spit on them and they will get destroyed lol , i guess it was inevitable. I guess sentomaru has some form of respect to luffy despite them being enemies and holy crap!! Luffy's Bounty is now over 400,000,000 although i expected more based on all the stunts he has done since impel down, you think the crew will get new bounty counts? some of them have done some things that would probably make their raise their bounty again for example Nico Robin for that rebel incident on the bridge and Franky destroying one of Vegapunk's labs and probably sanji and zorro for being able to take down (and in a very awesome way might i add) a pacifista.

something tells me he still does since we still don't know what happened when he appeared again where the sunny go was, but i guess it may be that he has a little bit of his humanity that is trying to fight what ever they did to him.

now that we are talking about Kuma, what do you think that Kuma exchanged for his life to the government?, Ivankov said that Kuma Hated the Government so there must have been something important that he needed (probably for dragon) in order for him to have turned himself into the governments "ultimate weapon" my guess is maybe some important blueprints for something they need that they could use against the WG or maybe the whereabouts of said thing. and yes Full-Cyborg Kuma still possessed his devil fruit powers since his body still has human parts in him his powers would still be functional like he demonstrated in the whitebeard war, the thing is that he was more inclined to use his Cyborg weapons, Instead of Zorro vs Kuma i would prefer for Franky to face Kuma just to show who is the better cyborg. btw, don't you think Ivakov looks like tim curry in this movie? http://totallylookslike.files.wordpress.com/2010/02/dr-frank-n-furter-totally-looks-like-emporio-ivankov.jpg

well, it would fit him very well since he can run in water so why not having those abilities too? but i doubt he may have learned those since they are CP9/Marine techniques from what we have seen so far. it would be nice tho.

about oz, luffy was fighting him part of the time as nightmare luffy which is basically luffy in god mode so i don't think that really counts since he had an huge advantage with that form and weakened him so he could continue in his normal gear 2 and 3 forms.

I don't think that it would be a mirror fight similar to Bellamy I just see him too bad ass for that, I would see him belittling Luffy and stuff but I would not see him controlling the entire crew specially zorro, maybe just usoop or nami since those 2 are the most dear to Luffy but aside from that i think he has not showed his true abilities at all and may have some very offensive abilities, but it is all just theory at the moment. Btw, here is something i would like to discuss Luffy and Zorro's overall power levels, frankly i would like to say Luffy but zorro to my eyes seems of equal power to Luffy, here are some factors in which i base this: 1.Although it is clear that the trio of Sanji, Zorro and Luffy have superhuman strength Zorro seems to be the one to demonstrate this the most being capable of lifting an entire building at an opponent at will if he wanted. 2.Handicapped in most fights: something that i have noticed a lot with zorro is that he almost always goes in a fight with a handicap that limits him to go all out or fight the current arcs main villain, he is either very weak from starving like when we first saw him, fighting a DF user that counters his swordsmanship (buggy and Shuu), needs a new technique to be able to beat the opponent (mister 1) or having one of his swords stolen or what almost always happens, being heavily injured before the main fight, (arlong,hatchan, Kuma, mr.5 ) 3. and probably the most important reason, His superhuman endurance in which can be demonstrated after he gives his life to save luffy he takes all of his Pain and Fatigue (being already heavily injured) and living the whole ordeal to recover in about 2 days clearly showing that he can take just as much punishment as luffy and a little more and he has no Devil fruit. so what do you think? do you think luffy is better than zorro or that they are truly equals.

I think that being the best swordsman has taken 2nd place in priority for zorro, i'd say it started since the Thriller Bark saga where he willingly sacrifices his life for Luffy since he agreed to Kuma to take his life instead and now he swallows his pride to ask Mihawk to train him meaning that right now his first Goal is to make Luffy Pirate King THEN become the greatest swordsman although both goals can be parallel to each-other since if he makes Luffy the king then that means that means that he has the potential to be the best swordsman so the epic battle with Mihawk may still be underway at the end of this series, who knows?, i am just glad that the crew is getting back together I have faith in Oda-sensei that he knows what he is doing.
