Guyver vol. 4 from CYP coming soon!
GuyverFanatic: No! Just say yes to every cover they show to them! That would just take five seconds. Just say yes! Ergh! I how I hate delays. I like the CYP comics more than Viz's. In Viz they often said dumb things Exampe: in book one chapter 2, Tetusro calls Gregole "Godzilla Jr.". In CYP comics he says nothing like that. Also in the fist issue of Viz Gregole says "I slice 'em, I dice 'em I incsectize 'em". So Viz always adds dumb lines to their comics (or at least Guyver) The titles names are also better and are kinda cool. "Risky", "Awesome!" "Hyper!" and "Incrediable!" are uncreative names that Viz gave to Guyver. I once gave Viz Guyver book 5/5 but now that I've seen Chuang Yi I now say this... Viz: 2 1/2 /5 Chuang Yi: 5/5

gr8test anime on earth (after guyver of course) :D
I think Marcross/Robotech (part one) is a great anime. I haven't seen the Japanese version Macross but I grew up watching Robotech and I fell in love with it, even though I now realize that it's a butchered anime. I'm gonna find Macross some time later. I don't know about Eveangeion so I can't say if Marcross is similar.

Guyver vol. 4 from CYP coming soon!
Guyver Fanatic: Ah, it was a delay. I was afraid that we would have to wait this long in between each volume now. I wonder how long the regular wait is going to be. The first three books felt like they were coming out right after another, but I don't think that's the regular rate I think it was the "Grabber" to hook in their readers and get them deep into the story.

Guyver vol. 4 from CYP coming soon!
About time. I was getting a little worried there. I can't wait to see this one. Cool cover btw.

odd item description
I wouldn't mind seeing it, but I thought the Guyver was released in 1985 (maybe I'm getting myself mixed up again) I kinda think they're just trying to make it sound cooler but who knows? ZOANOIDS in medevil times!

Greatest Mecha
I think most of the Mecha from Macross/Robotech (1st generation). But at the top are the Veratech/Valkerie fighters and the SDF-1 in it's human-laser-gun-fighting mode. Macross is a classic!

Who is the real bad guy, Imakarum or Agito?
Yeah, Agito is quite evil. Alkanphel and Imakarum still have good in them. Are the three evil Zoalords working with Guyot or are they doing their own thing?

Takaya's Inspiration...(possible spoilers)
Sully: Sorry ,Sully. That's the second time that I thought something should go into the Guyver section but really belonged in Fan Fiction. Darn it, stupid me.

Takaya's Inspiration...(possible spoilers)
While flying home from my vacation I had plenty of time to think about stuff (like ten stinkin' hours ) I had gotten the last two Viz Guyver Graphic Novels for my birthday and I eventually re-read them on the plane. I started thinking "Where did the great Takaya get his insperation from?" I remember reading somewhere that when he was growing up he watched a lot of t.v. shows that had heros fighting villians. I kind of think he got an idea of what Murakami (proto Zoalord form) from the Ultraman/ Ultra 7 t.v. show. I don't know why but Murakami,Purg'stall and Rienzi remind me of the varying Ultraman apperances. Then I started thinking about Aptom "There's something familiar about Aptom..but what is it" Then it hit me: He's a lot like the alien creature from "The Thing". The movie was release in 1982 and didn't Takaya start writing in 1986? I think there's a chance that he saw "The Thing" and thought it would be cool if Aptom had similar powers. Though then again he could have come up with Aptom's power out of the air. I write a comic book and I planed on having one of the characters later being similar but not compeletly like Aptom (just the shape shifting part really) and I thought this up THREE YEARS before I got into the Guyver manga and saw Aptom or watched "The Thing". Is this possible or am I just crazy from lack of sleep? Any other ideas?

Guyver fighting game
Thanks Brolly for the gift. I liked the music and it's cool seeing your creations on the web. There were a few mistakes though. 1st) You spelled Melee "Mele". 2) Agito Makashima is not in his 20's he's 16 years old. 3rd) Some attacks needed to be capitlized (Energy Wave Slicer). It's very cool man, I like the gift. Sorry that you can't use your Avatar you should email Sully or Matt Bellamy about this.

[SPOILER] Got Guyver 22 here! ;)
*spoilers* (I mention stuff about the last two books) How long has this battle been going on? Wasn't Gigantic Dark fighting 3 Zoalords since book 20?(phew big long battle) If I got this right, one is dead one is in pain and one is still alive and fighting (Waferdanos) When did this big battle start and wasn't Griszelda and Bio Freezer here also? Book 22 sounds like a great book I'm glad someone posted about it (sorry about taking so long to say "thanks" fparri)

Who is the Most Unique and powerful Marvel Character?
Hmmm, I think Spider-man is the most unique (to me at least) Not only his powers but it's something else. I don't think Teenage super heros were that common back then, unlike Clark Kent, Peter had to worry about getting a date, stopping himself from tearing his school rival ,Flash Tomson (Flash? ) into pieces with his spider strength and even had one or two bouts with another teenage superhero The Human Torch. I have read very few of the newer comic books but I've read the first twenty issues (way back in the 60's) and the nice thing is I can relate to Peter Park/Spider-man which is a plus (expect the part about fighting a flood of Super Villians) Strongest: I guess the Hulk. In one issue Spider-man accidently ran into the Hulk while fighting the Enforcers and the Green Goblin in a cave that the Hulk was hiding in. Spider Man hit the hulk in the face and the Hulk didn't even seem to notice and when the Hulk grazed a knuckle against SM's face he said it was the hardest he'd ever been hit. The Sandman from Spiderman is also pretty weird and crazy I guess plus he's indestructable (and doesn't he wear a green sweater all the time. Gives me chills.)

[SPOILER] Got Guyver 22 here! ;)
Wow, I remember when book 20 and 21 came out there was a huge flood of stuff about them, maybe it's too early and not enough people have gotten the book (makes sense to me) I haven't seen book 22 but artist use this Aura stuff to make it look cool or to show how strong the character is and the character doesn't seem to notice this. Does Sho look at his hands and says "Whoa! What is this energy around me?...I feel stronger.." Or something like that because if he is then I wonder how he got stronger.

transelate guyver volume 8+ ?
Guyver Fanatic: Eep! I forgot about that! I'll shut up now.

transelate guyver volume 8+ ?
Guyver Fanatic: Heh, good point but why is the website in english? And why are the books in english?Oh well, I'm being a worry wort as usual. But you can count on me buying them! About scaned stuff: I don't like reading translated scans. I mean, I like reading and seeing Guyver comics that I haven't seen yet but at the same time I feel guilty because I'm not paying for such a great thing.

transelate guyver volume 8+ ?
I don't know. That's great an all. But I can't help but worry that Guyver won't be popular enougth and it'll be stopped (again! ) Because I haven't seen any(if not zero!) advertisting for it. I hope they translate all the books I just can't help but worry it will be cut...short (again )

Where did the Guyver come from?
I know the answer is "the creators brought it with them" but have you ever wonder WHERE they got that purpole stuff inside? I've always thought about this, I think the purpole tenticale thing came from someplace while the control medal and casing is a invention of the Creators. I'll start calling the purpole stuff the "slime". I like to think that the slime stuff is an alien creature. The creature is just one big slime creature that absorbs other organisms for energy (an energy absorber). The Creators saw the this organism and would cut off a piece of it with tools. After study of it they realized it had huge amounts of energy inside of it that could be unlocked. So they created the Control Medal. The CM is what stops the slime from totally comsuming the host (everybody knows this) I also think the CM is what gives the Guyver weapons. From all the energy stored inside of the slime the control medal unleases it into power which increases the host. The CM was also designed to give it weapons (Vibration Blades, Laser Beams ect.) At the begining of book 2 we saw the Guyver Monster. A creature that was a piece of Guyver that went rogue. It took up a humanoind form ,instead of slime, because it's host was human and it didn't have any of the Guyver'ss weapons because all this weapons came from the Control Medal harnessing the slimes stored energy. I'm pretty sure I said something wrong or was incorrect. I'm not totally up to date on this stuff but I like my idea of where the slime part of the Guyver came from. Any good?
