Awesome, I no longer have any worries about not getting a good dosage of action with this episode. But c'mon what did they sound like? I know this is unusual but I'm rather interesed in what kind of sound they make in this verison. Guyot. Oh boy that's scary stuff. May I ask you what you think of the pace of this series? It looks like it goes. Book 1: Episodes 1-8 Book 2: 9-10 Book 3: 11-13/14? ( I've only seen the previews for these eps) I'm a little disapointed that the Bio Boosted Creature didn't appear again and that was one issue, they reduced/mixed the three issue fight of the Lost Numbers with Guyver to one episodes (reasonable) and I don't belive they did the whole "turn yourself in ploy" Oh well, book two is my least favorite but is still a good read.

So we got to see Enzyme II? What does it sound like? Whenever I read the comic I picture them making a screeching or hissing.

Now that I'm thinking about it, yeah I doubt it also. I hope the cover's cool.

*light spoilers to some recent issues* Cool. What issues would this include? Would it have the return of Gigantic Guyver and the Zoalord form of Khan?

I hope they decide to make it at least three books for the next contract. Five would be awesome. Come on, guys kick into gear.

Alas for Bio-Freeze. Though I havn't seen too many pictures of him, nor read a single bit of dialouge I feel for him. He was on our side.

I loved the first episode. Huey causing that dream riot was hilarious especially when that martial artist came out of no where and entered the fray.

Hmmm Gigantic Guyver vs. Evil Aptom. If Guyver I and Bio Freeze were able to fight Aptom about evenly then the upgrade should make things a bit easier. I thinking that Agito might finally have run out of energy while fighting in the Ariziona base. Someday we'll know for sure.

You mean book six, Fanatic? Or one of the later two? Let's see now Book Seven. *spoilers* Nice cover art, once again. Guyver I dashing towards us is cool. I liked the Viz cover for book seven, but it works out because the first page shows this picture (Guyver I's head apearing in front of the Relic). So we have Guyver I and Guyver III exploring the Relic. One thing that was on my mind quite a bit was this:. Dr. Odagiri said that any material that they used to try and cut through the shell of the Relic would be melted by it's interior defense chemicals. So before the two Guyver's exit the outer most layer of the Relic's interior a liquid spills out and fills up the area that they are in. From Viz's translations it seemed like one last barrier to kill off anything that didn't have a Guyver, so then why didn't the camera equipment that they were carrying melt? At least this question was answered in this version by Agito saying "It doesn't appear to be some kind of acid or poision" (of course it might not appear to be harmful due to them having Guyvers but at least it works so that Takaya didn't have a plot hole) Meanwhile Guyot is causing a lot of trouble in Relic Point, due to his fight with Alkanphel. Not only that but Aptom is tearing up the remants of Team Five and has an explosive battle with Zektole. And we get to see Aptom's Fifth form for the first time (Zektole/Elegen form) thought only for a few panels. The book (and Viz's run) ends with Guyot using his trump card, the Pseudo Black Hole. Like Book Six this was a revisit but a improved revisit. Book 7 is certainly awesome what with seeing Guyot himself getting pushed back, Aptom battling the other Hyper Zoanoids and becoming stronger, and the two Guyver's exploration fo the Relic. Aaah, I love the Guyver. Next History in the making Book 8: the book that Viz was too afraid to go to (or rather too cheap).

Yesterday to my supreme joy my Guyver books arrived in the mail. In stead of buying them when they came out I wanted to wait and get all three of them at once, and that was yet more torture but worh the wait. Since we don't have a Chuang Yi comic topic I'm creating this. For now I'll start off with book six. *spoilers* I certainly like the artwork more than the Viz version, I mean on that book we see a character that appears later in book 10 (nice spoiler Viz!) Barcus doesn't look too happy. This is kind of a retread of the first time I read book six last year (viz version), except of course the paper quality is better, the original sound effects are in, and translations differences. But I couldn't help but notice that the scene in which the other eight Zoalords realease that Guyot is a traitor (one of those 'mass gasp' scenes) it's different from the one in the viz version. I wasn't expecting Takaya to redraw these, since I didn't see too much point. Earlier he re-drew Guyver II with a more original look but why this scene? No biggie. Guyot still gets the Unit Remover, Alkanphel appears and defeats Aptom easyly (while looking really good in that white suit. I want one of those!), and thankfully Murakami recovers from his last fight at last. One thing I noticed was that Shin revears to the Zoalord of lighting as "Praxtor" and yet at the end of the book is a chart of all the Zoalords and their names, here he is called what I was expecting him to be "Purg'stall" or something to that degree. No idea but I hope they keep it "Purg'stall" A fine book from Chuang Yi and is a great set up for the next two books. Alkanphel: Are you sane, Guyot?

Samurai_Guyver are you saying that just because I'm a little late in giving it, my opinon is invalid? I didn't get to see what other people thought of the episode before the site went down, because I wanted to see the episode for myself before hearing other people's opinion of it. I want to konw what they thought of it.

Oh yeah, the return of the most important topic ever! I've ordered those books, or rather my bro with his cash (payback for him soon) about three weeks ago. I wonder if he used airmail or there's a problem. Anyway I go berserk when I return home and find no package outside my house. HURRY UP! (ah good edit option) Believe or not ten minutes after first posting this message the mail came WITH MY GUYVER BOOKS! There was some fine reading done yesterday. I love you Chuang Yi!

Maybe more of an error than an interesting scientific situation. *spoiler for episode six* I couldn't help but notice in episode 6 that Enzyme's blood didn't disolve into the ground, shouldn't it have made a least a small hole? I dismissed Zerebubuse's acid not disloving the ground when he killed those two police officers because I figured the acid was all used up for melting their bodies. I'm not really a science wizard unlike you Zeo.

Oh well. Clean sheet it is! Too bad about the old/classic topics being lost though. That's sad

All right I know that this page was hacked and appears to have been royally screwed up but 1) Could this happen again? 2) Can we figure out who did it? 3) Most importaly can we make them burn? I'm happy that this board it back.

(If the people in charge want to create sticky topic and move this there then that's fine.) *deep breath* Anyway I've seen epsiodes Six and Seven of the Guyver Anime. *spoilers* Episode Six: The episode looks like it has quite a bit of character deveoplement in it. I especially liked the part when Tetsuro bowed and thanked Sho for resucing Mizuki from episode five and Sho was like "it's cool." But of course more importatly the battle of Guyver I vs. Enzyme. There is one thing I like about the climate for this battle. It's early in the mornign and there's a fog, it helps add a mood. Though I rather enjoyed the actually battle I felt a little disappointed about it. 1) The man who plays Enzyme needs some practice on roaring and also he roarded a little too much. If one of these problems were to be fixed in the other would also be solved. 2) Enzyme using Guyver I's face as a punching back. Thought it looked kind of neat, I actually giggled a little when I saw it. Enzyme's more a stabber/biter than a puncher. 3) Now this is the main disapointement. When Sho get's stabbed through the megasmasher, get's arm biten off, or has his control medal removed, it just doesn't have that much of an effect. When I first saw Episode five of the original anime I was really upset and mad that Enzyme killed Sho and hey, I even knew he was going to die in Episode Five (I saw the preview at the end of Ep four) Even now I can't help but cringe when Enzyme chomps off G1's arm like an apple (old anime). I mean the first anime G1 vs Enzyme was a classic deathmatch! 4) Not a complaint but more of a mistake. Is it me or shouldn't there be a huge hole in the ground due to Enzyme's blood being able to dissovle even the strongest metals? I guess if were all to make armor out of dirt and police hats (episode four) then we'd have a defense against the acid. After re-watching I liked the fight a bit more, but still I wish it had more of a emotinal jolt. I couldn't help but smile when Guyver I cut off Enzyme's arm, I call it a nod to the first anime (and I can't help but notice these.) I'll give it a 3 to 3 1/2 out of 5 (depends on the mood) And welcome back Guyver Message Board.

Regular Zoanoids: Gregole: Though a Guyver could plow right through these I like the look and it appears often so I get to see if frequently and it was the frist regular Zoanoid we saw (Malmot isn't a regular Zoanoid he was a test subject) Vamore: Love the Zoanoid with laser cannons on it's shoulders, we need to see this one more often (does it appear again anywear in the manga?) Ramotith: How could we forget this one? This is one of the more common Zoanoids, I can't explain why but I like 'im. Hyper Zoanoids: Zerebubuse: The look is cool, I like the claws, the laser beams and it was the first Zoanoid given the enzyme to melt Guyvers. (needs to return) Enzyme: Sometimes it looked a little silly in the comic book but often times it was scary (the anime version is much scarier). This thing seem to have lots of strength and speed and even though it lacked defense it still beat the Guyver but then it was settled to a draw (more or less) Elegen: Not too many powers but I like it's look and it did make Guyver I retract it's armor in book 4. Gaster: Cool offensive Zoanoid, like the liquid bombs built in it's wrists. Darzerb: It's got super strength, look cool and can breath fire! How can you hate Darzerb? Thancrus: Even though GuyverRaziel dislikes Thancrus he is often consider to be one of the cooler Zoanoids of Team Five. He's fast, has a unique look even by Zoanoid terms, and has high frenquency swords for arms! Why does he always die first!!!?? Zektole: Oh yeah! The bad*** of team five, he's got a ton of beam cannons, super armor, great look and has the Mega cannon! And he get's even cooler when he's ugraded to Neo Zektole! How can you hate this one!? Lost Numbers: Aptom: Okay, do I really need to explain the great Aptom? Bio-Freeze: I admit I haven't seen him in action but he sounds cool and he looks awesome and his ice powers intrique me.

Wow, this whole night started four years ago? That's crazy! Four years ago: Sho: *sigh* it looks like it's gonna be one of THOSE nights. (Four years of writing a battle later) I think time has stopped in this comic! Takaya is a great man.

I'm always annoyed when something is censored, but it does sound better than Viz's version (not surprized by that!) *spoiler comeing up* I can't wait to see Aptom's confrontation with Team Five, that's one of my favorite scenes it's just kinda creepy how Aptom is explaining how powerful he has become while melting into Elegen's body. Great scene. I can't wait for book six, has anyone heard anything about a book six and up?

So many funny and cool things have happened to me: -Once I got into a knife fight with a rival gang member expect he had a pistol. I'd stab him and he'd shoot me and it looked like I was about to die when he backed off and began to reload his pistol that's when I moved in and finished him off with another 10 stabs. Then a second gang member come from behind me and shot me. -There's this one HUGE hill in the city. I drove a car up there once and just drove down the hill and finally off a cliff and went FLYING through the air and finally BAM! I landed on all four wheels, very neat. Another time I went up the hill with many cop cars follwing me I tried to do the trick again but I only jumped onto a ledge and landed upside down, then three more police cars landed right by me. I quickly got out and the cars exploded and finally a fourth car landed on me and killed me. -After stealing a police motorcyle I started using my machine gun to shoot at police cars whenever they're get right next to me. After a while I realized that I had only four bulletes left, I though "hmm what can I use four bulletes for?" then I noticed a guy was on a motorcycle right next to me (bingo!) I used my last four bullets and the man fell off his bike and I drove off laughing evily. (That was pretty mean, I admit) Man I love this game I'm just so evil.

Hey, here's something fun to do if you don't mind screwing around and not doing a mission. Last night my brother and I discovered this, take a car and go to the highway then drive into the on coming traffic lane, park car across road and try blocking the traffic so you have a traffic jam, then wait for the fun to begin. If you fire a gun randomly the cars will panic and try and drive over each other eventually one will turn over and exloded thus ignited whatever cars around it and then you'll have a huge trail of explosions. This was hilarios last night because it just happened on accident my brother just blew up twenty cars total in just one attempt. Then he tried to get to a safing spot and finally after a exciting car chase with the poilce he makes it to the front lawn and a police car ran over him and took the remander of his health. Man we were laughing so hard we had tears coming out of our eyes. Fun game.

Tommorow I will dress up as Snake Plisken from Escape from New York. It's an easy costume and sort of my emegency costume. I was going to try and go as Guts from Berserk but I kinda had a lot of homework this week so I couldn't make a Giant HUGE sword nor a mechaincal like looking hand. Snake Plisken is still cool!

Most likely I'd eat all the good candies and give children the candies I don't want while watching some horror movies.Fun!
