I was looking closely at the Pic that alkanfel009 put up and i just noticed. His center head beam isn't bigger. But it its encased in a larger orb.
-
I'm actually intrigued by the idea that its a host locater system. the Guyver could use the orbs as a way to home in on the protrusions on a hosts back. And the gigantic has the extra to find the Guyver. Haha, guess work!!
-
Not that i remember. Guyot mocked genzo cause genzo said that he finally produced a hyper zoanoid.
-
Quick question, when did Guyver one teleport in out of control? and Sho has teleported in the manga and 2005 series but only once.... He was in the gigantic cocoon and responded Mizuki's scream.
-
Something else came to mind. Just because a Zoalord is in range, doesn't mean they know every move that every zoanoid is making at all times. They may be telepaths but they're not omniscient, its not a passive power. It has to be turned on, and directed. Even after the units got stolen it was a while before Guyot intervened.
-
How far was the lake where Sho first turned Guyver from Japan HQ? Guyot was in contact with Genzo in the first enzyme fight.
-
It could be that he was mentally free because there was no Zoalords in range.

Heehee.... I have fond memories of that episode. One Saturday morning when i was 15, my older sister was asleep on the couch in the TV room. I got tired of waiting so started it anyways. She woke up in the middle of the fight and threw up after watching it a little bit. Mom want happy with me that day.

I think his human form was deteriorating as well. He had blots and splotches on his skin around the face and arms. (at least in the ova.) I don't have sciency words or anything to back this up, just my opinion, but i view malmots condition like that of a very premature baby. His body just wasn't finished developing enough to survive on its own, much like a baby would be if the infant was pulled out of its womb a month or so ahead of schedule.

I'm not sure if cronus even knew about the self defense mode. It only came up twice. 1st was when he first became Guyver. No one noticed it wasn't the host in control. 2nd was when he revived in the Japan branch. Tetsuro noticed he wasn't in control.

Well technically speaking.... Mr. Fukamachi did kill Sho. Scooped his brain right out.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie Reboot
Larz Zahn replied to odin's topic in Japanese Entertainment
I wonder if some of the original rangers would cameo. I would so laugh if all the available rangers had some kind of appearance, even if it was only as running civilians. -
I think my favorite thing about the ova was it didn't hold back. It pulled no punches in gore, and yet, the gore and violence was only secondary. The story was the thing that captured my attention. And when he started to fight? There was no feeling of downplaying how vicious the fights were, how cruel the corporation was, how hopeless Sho felt at times. And how incredibly powerful the Guyver was.

You have a black and white version on hand, so what harm would come in trying to make a color version? At least you would know now. But i got faith dude, go for it!

Just to be clear, lost numbers do not have a limited life span. They are qualified successes, but no hope of duplicated results, correct? I can't recall anyone saying the lost commandos only had a few years to live. Murakami and the other protos only had a short time to live because since they were only practice for Guyot, there was no need to make sure they survived. Same goes for enzyme 1. It was an early design and a flaw with the optimization process that lead to his short life. A scientist told Guyot this and he shrugged it off, saying it didn't matter, it was only a test, and they can fix that issue in the future. I never really thought of the limited life span as a way to control someone. I always viewed it as, they left that part out because the subject in particular, was expendable, and meant to die. (protos) or cronus was doing new optimization tests to create a new breed of zoanoid, and the process was hit and miss. Some made it, some don't. (Guyot told Tetsuro this the first time they met)

I'm like lost unit, wish i had even half your skill dude. Was that a image from the manga or anime? I want to say manga, but those lightning arcs are down right gorgeous!
-
Ya know if he just got thrown into the middle if the story with no warning, he would be his worst enemy. Most of his ranged weaponry would be powerful enough to peirce the hull. Imagine the chaos that would cause.
-
While its obvious that it could be Imakarum, i will fight the crowd and go with advent origins. Cause it would be cool.
-
Yeah.... I don't know what to make of it.... Far as i know, they don't plan to mix it up. Didn't like it tho.

Ok, so i saw the movie last night, loved it!! The humor of Spiderman totally made the movie for me! And of course iconic moments.
-
(I'll run with it) Yeah, it's surprised me they were working together again, but what surprised me more was that she got the part for April Oneal. Acting skill aside, i never would of thought of her for April. She doesn't seem like April
-
He would be ok, but everyone else would be in trouble. Probably still have no survivors.

It's rumored that Harrison fords han solo will have a large important role in 7. And Ryuki? I understand what you mean. I get frustrated about Megan fox getting parts in movies just because the director wants eye candy.

The Good and Bad in getting rid of Star Wars expanded
Larz Zahn replied to V Guyver's topic in General 'whatever'.
It's Schrodingers cat. It can be really good, or awfully bad. We just won't know until the big reveal, or reveals, depending on how they decided to release the info. I like the idea that they will pick and choose which cannon to go by, (Chewie's alive!!) I'm mainly concerned on which canon they decide to use. Some eu arcs need to be buried. Crystal star? Dark saber? It didn't do a lot of good, and some novels simply went there own way, completely ignoring previous novels. So yeah, i like that the new eu will be policed and checked. I'm just worried about what will be determined as the nee canon. After all, it all boils down to personal preference, no two are the same. The stories that they decide are creditable and wonderful, i just may despise... Just got to wait and see. -
Imakarum isn't a saint... Let's not forget he has innocent human blood on his hands. T he same fight where Agito literally you're him to pieces, he killed a large number of humans just to prove a point.
